Friendly staff, Well equipped , appointed and comfortable rooms. Cleaning was regular all around the hotel. Breakfast was a good choice, downside was hot food wasnt very hot under the heat lamps. Swimming pool nice, adults only roof terrace was good can get a bit noisy at times. Sun loungers not allowed to put your towels out and leave which is good. Animation team are great and lively with lots of activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We have been to the GF Fanabe on many occasions as this hotel suits us very well and we would have no hesitation in returning. The hotel retains many of its staff over a number of years and it is always good to see them again and meet new ones. We love the adult only roof space but it is becoming increasigly difficult to find a sun lounger. People put their towels on them but dont use them for most of the day, and while this is not the fault of the hotel, it should perhaps be monitored. The dining area is large with a number of food stations but can be quite busy. The food is varied and really should suit all tastes. I do think that hotel must be due for a refurbishment as it is looking a bit dated now

Great pool and roof top However, Room decor a bit jaded. It would have been nice to have a kettle in the room, plus a complimentray bottle of water and a bin. Better information should be supplied on checking in regardig the meal options. Bar should accept cash.

We stayed B&B. Lovely choice for breakfast and served till 10.15 am. Room was large with air con. Excellent facilities. Balcony with a sea view . Couldn’t fault hotel. Entertainment every night but we chose to go out for evening meal and to try different restaurants. Roof top terrace a bonus . Room cleaned daily.

Plezierige bediening, alleen bij eten inefficiënt met melden bij balie, iemand die je naar tafel brengt, iemand die je drinken op papiertje schrijft, iemand die papiertje komt ophalen en dan iemand die het drinken komt brengen 🤔 Prima eten, voor ieder wat lekkers te vinden, ene dag wat meer keus als de andere. Oudjaarsavond leuke shows en chique eten 👍 All-inclusive scheelt je hoop geld op eten en drinken. Enige jammere voor onze jongste is dat de ☀️sunrooftop ☀️alleen voor adults is want zwembad ligt enigszins in de schaduw van het hotel.

Really enjoyed the roof top to get some sun. Wonderful views around the property. Also enjoyed the Thursday local vendor market close by. Some noise issues from a child on the first night, but no noise issues on the rest of the stay.

The rooftop is only as high as a 5th floor but the views are stunning, of the harbour to the front and mountains to the rear. It was so peaceful up there. Children are not allowed on the rooftop.

It was nice to stay in GF Fanabe. Breakfast was enough and delicious. Pool is available. But I got allergy from the beds and doctor said it is because of bed bugs!!

While visit this property, we really enjoyed how close it was to many of the activities around the area, beach, restaurants, and shopping center. One of my caveat is the lock of sanitary in the property. 1) Lack of well cleaning bathrooms in our room, unwell washes dishes, and falling paint of swimming adult pool. Have a clear and better organization for check out and check-in.

Really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Found the atmosphere to be very laid back even though its a busy hotel. Its kept impeccably clean everywhere. Yes the rooms are a little dated but again you cant fault how clean they are. Rooms are spacious too. Would recommend.

We have been to Tenerife south many times and this hotel was by far the best experience. Our suite on the third floor was excellent with a big balcony and sun loungers and parasol. There is always something small that needs attention. We could not find the control switch for the AC for three days and it was annoying at night time trying to sleep.A booklet in the room explaining where everything is would be very helpful.

Opted for half board. A wide variety of well presented and delicious food was provided on a daily basis. The room was spacious having both a bath and shower as well as a fridge and balcony. The only thing lacking was a kettle. Staff were extremely accomodating and friendly. The location of the hotel was also ideal opposite a supermarket and other shops. Would stay again.

Hotel was ok. Had it’s good and bad points. Pros: 1. Good location next to supermarket/shopping centre, taxi rank across the road, good transport links. 2. Decent breakfast 3. Clean (although rooms and bathrooms looked a bit more dated than in the pictures online) Cons: 1. Although beach is 5-10 mins walk away, it is an uphill walk on the way back which is not easy for anyone with mobility or health issues especially in the heat. 2. No kettle or cups in rooms - have to pay to hire a kettle from reception and get cups from the bar. 3. We did breakfast only which we’re glad about - there were no vegetarian options at all for lunch or dinner. 4. Drunk guy woke up our whole floor second night in at 3.30am, trying to open bedroom doors and shouting at the top of his voice to a point that the police had to be called. 5. Fridge in the room barely worked. We bought milk which went off quick within 2 days.

Staff were excellent. Rooms were a decent size. Our sliding door lock was broken which meant opening amd closing it was a pain. And the shower screen seal was perished so after each shower the bathroom floor needed mopping. Great other than that.

Reception staff on arrival were terrible unwelcoming & unhelpful. Tried to palm us off with an inferior room also Eventually we were given correct room. But was a struggle To make matters even worse we declined hotels offer to attend their Gala night immediately as we had prior engagement yet we were charged €300 which they refused to return Hotels.com stepped in and refunded us Many thanks to them

We are a family of 4 with 6 years old twins. Just returned back from GF Fanabe and we really had a good time. The hotel is well located to many shops , malls, beach. The check in and out super fast. All of the staff work very hard and try their best but the really makes this hotel work is the entertainment team. They are all so lovely and friendly our favorite Alexandra was but really a big thank u for all of u to make my kids so special this week. They loved every moment. The disappointing unfortunately is the food option , and not much choice for lunch. Sometimes the same sausages from morning for lunch too. The pools were cold only thr kids pool was warmer so we stayed there lots of sunbeds no rush to get them. The coctails were nice and served us fast from bar from outdide a little wait we had. The shows were nice too . So all total this a nice hotel onlh need to improve with food .

Check in lady was brutal. I booked a room through hotels, then my mom decided to join us so I booked another direct with hotel. I called the hotel ahead to ensure our two rooms were close together, the booking lady put it right on our booking. upon arrival we were far apart. I kindly requested a change and the front desk lady was insanely rude. I tried to kindly show her the email confirmation with rooms together, she didn’t want to see it and told me to take it up with management in the morning & kept insisting there was nothing on file about rooms together. I’ve never had such a non caring and rude customer service. However, the Rest of the staff there was nice!! Room was not what we booked. Don’t believe online pics. Beds for kids were uncomfortable. Kids ended up sleeping with us. Took 3 days to get our two twin beds made into one bed. Bathtub with a shower head but no proper shower so you have to hold the shower head with one hand and shower with the other. Jacuzzi tub was broken as was the sliding door to balcony. Eggs tasted funny & resulted in food poisoning. It’s a nice place, pools are great! Overall, I would not choose this property again.

To be honest the pictures does not do the property justice. No it's not the most modern hotel, but it doesn't look as old as the pictures present. All the staff on all levels are professional, courtesy and attentive. The beds and showers are amazing. Their breakfast provide a lot of options and was always full even when I came down late on my whole 8 nights. It's located walking distance from the beach ,10 mins and all the restaurants. It has two supermarkets across the street and buses I. Front of the hotel. I was there for an event so I was out Nightly. They also offer nightly entertainment. It's great for s mature crowd and family. No it's not the Hot spot for partying. THANK YOU!!! But that is close by as well.

Hotel was ok. Had it’s good and bad points. Pros: 1. Good location next to supermarket/shopping centre, taxi rank across the road, good transport links. 2. Decent breakfast 3. Although beach is 5-10 mins walk away, it is an uphill walk on the way back which is not easy for anyone with mobility or health issues especially in the heat. 2. We did breakfast only which we’re glad about - there were no vegetarian options at all for lunch or dinner. 4. Drunk guy woke up our whole floor second night in at 3.30am, trying to open bedroom doors and shouting at the top of his voice to a point that the police had to be called. 5. Fridge in the room barely worked. We bought milk which went off quick within 2 days.

Had a fabulous room on the third floor. It was huge! The included breakfast in the morning was excellent with a great variety of dishes to suit everyone. The hotel is well located with easy access to the promenade and beach. Would love to return one day.

Friendly staff, Well equipped , appointed and comfortable rooms. Cleaning was regular all around the hotel. Breakfast was a good choice, downside was hot food wasnt very hot under the heat lamps. Swimming pool nice, adults only roof terrace was good can get a bit noisy at times. Sun loungers not allowed to put your towels out and leave which is good. Animation team are great and lively with lots of activities. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

We stayed B&B. Lovely choice for breakfast and served till 10.15 am. Room was large with air con. Excellent facilities. Balcony with a sea view . Couldn’t fault hotel. Entertainment every night but we chose to go out for evening meal and to try different restaurants. Roof top terrace a bonus . Room cleaned daily.

Hotel rather ugly on the outside but a lot nicer inside. Great size rooms and really clean. Breakfast was ok, busy and felt like a canteen rather than a restaurant. Glad we only had breakfast, would not have wanted this experience more than once a day.

Food was plentiful and very good quality apart from giant prawns which unfortunately on one evening were not cleaned inside. This can be dangerous and is a health hazard. Apart from that cannot fault hotel. Staff very courteous and helpful. Overall a lovely stay and we would definitely return

We had lovely stay.Entertainment and activities for all age group. Near to the beach. Breakfast was good. Dinner was ok, limited options for vegetarians. It would have been good if there were few more vegetarian dishes ever day. and salads and veg food needs to arranged separately. Bedding were good had good sleep. We had road facing room which we felt was best. Hotel needs refurbishment. Easy access to public transport. over all very good stay will definitely go back.

We only needed a one night stay before moving onto another area. The room we were given was excellent. Spotlessly clean. Everywhere seemed to be gleaming.
