Bathroom refurbishment is an improvement. The rest of the bedroom is now looking tired and in need of an up-date. The restaurant table staff do not always cater for the solo traveller. On several occasions my table had been cleared and been occupied by another guest by the time I had returned to the table. It was suggested I leave my mobile phone on the table in my absence -I was not prepared to do this for obvious reasons. Another suggestion was that I leave my room card on the table - I did this on one occasion and this was ignored too. Hotels.com state that parking is free. There are a select few parking spaces but these are not generally available. Parking is charged at 10 Euros per night. The food provided was really good and the kitchen staff are to be commended for the quality and presentation. Overall - enjoyable stay.

Room was fine but would have liked to see a kettle in the room. Reception staff were not very friendly Pool bar snacks were poor, only pizza or chicken nuggets and chips in an adult only hotel , I’m not 5! Couldn’t see why you had to pay to use the cabana beds, it costs you nothing?? Entertainment staff were amazing they worked super hard and make everyone feel included, they are a credit to you.

Good quality hotel especially for the price. Located fairly close to the beach which is only a short walk. Buffet food was good and the chef station was well run. Evening entertainment was ok. Paying extra for parking and a safe isn’t great service.

Hotel was spotlessly clean but some of the staff arrogant and the entertainment was atrocious. Foam party was one of the worst sights I have ever seen, evening entertainment lasted 1.5hrs at most, mostly quiz or bingo you need to scan a QR code for to join in. A 5yr old could of done a better magic show. Another night someone was just spinning a pot on their head. It wasn't entertaining at all and this was one of the main things that sold this hotel for me and my partner. Being adults only one would expect a much better experience and one that was adult orientated. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

Great hotel, well placed for Las Americas and Adeje. Was not Adults only though. Contacted Hotels.com who informed me it was Adults only in November! I was there in late August early September.

Positivo Las instalaciones del hotel están bastante bien, el hall, la piscina y el bar de la piscina están muy bien. La habitación es grande, pero quizá le hace falta una actualización al baño. La limpieza un 10, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. La comida de calidad y con variedad. El personal de recepción, limpieza y de comedor muy amable y atento. Negativo Hotel enfocado sobre todo al público inglés. Apenas hay animación y la que hay muy enfocada a ellos, a veces apenas se habla en español. El todo incluido no es un todo incluido como podrías esperar de un hotel de 4 estrellas, el alcohol malo y barato (ni siquiera alcohol nacional), apenas entran cócteles, no hay apenas snacks y si quieres algo, todo tiene sobrecoste. A pesar de que todo el personal es muy amable y atento, hay que mencionar que no ocurre lo mismo en el bar de la piscina (a no ser que seas extranjero o una chica joven). Algunos camareros son bastante desagradables y algo “babosetes” con las chicas jovenes y extranjeras con comportamientos y comentarios entre ellos algo desafortunados.

Felt like we arrived through a back entrance, but once inside the foyer was decorated nicely for Christmas. Staff at the desk were not as welcoming, not rude, just aloof. Shocked to hear about additional costs to use the safe in our room & for towels. It was cheaper to buy a towel.The welcome drink was a nice touch, though. We wanted a twin room, but there was no way to separate the beds. They were so uncomfortable (hard, lumpy, noisy) that I ended up sleeping on the sofa (which had stains) for the whole weekend anyway. I'm kind of glad we opted for the suite, so we could do this. There was a very pointless window in the bedroom. An interesting view of a busy roundabout greeted us from the balcony. It wasn't overly noisy, on the 3rd floor. The air conditioning controls were only on or off, not adjustable. The fridge was in a cupboard which couldn't open fully, but the fridge door opened the opposite way, so it was awkward. The shower was good, but not enclosed enough. We did have some nice toiletries in the bathroom, but no hand soap. There was a sewage smell lingering outside the hotel. "Lifeguard" was rude when we used sunbeds we weren't told you had to pay for. Also told off for drinking near the pool, which wasn't listed in the rules. I think he was bored. The only thing that felt 4* was the food. A great selection for every diet. Limited cocktail menu. Invisible spa? The entertainment felt like it was designed for older generations. The staff party sounded more lively

Fourth stay at hotel. Facilities good, good choice of food and attentive staff. However, bedrooms are looking very tired and in need of refurbishment. The hotel claims to be adult only. There were several children present and not that made any difference. However, the claim should but be made.

Ett fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis. Vi var där i 18 dagar och nöjda med allt. Det städades kontinuerligt på alla ställen, mycket rent. Maten var god och varierad. Personalen var alla mycket trevliga och hjälpsamma, rest mycket men aldrig träffat på så trevlig personal både reception, servitörer och städerskor. Vi rekommenderar det varmt.
Ett fantastiskt hotell på alla sätt och vis. Vi var där i 18 dagar och nöjda med allt. Det städades kontinuerligt på alla ställen, mycket rent. Maten var god och varierad. Paying for a suite wasn’t worth it. The bedroom was located next to the hall way. Unfortunately also near a place for smoking. The noise from other guests coming back at night was also a pain. Other downside, the walls are so thin that you can hear the water falling down from the upper floors…

Fermo restando l’ottimo buffet per i pasti e la gentilezza del personale, la struttura non supera un mediocre standard 3 stelle ma la camera in cui ho alloggiato scende anche a 2 stelle. Rumore notturno per la mancanza di chiusura degli infissi vetusti e rotti, cattivissimo odore di fogna dai bagni. Insomma struttura che ha bisogno di un forte rinnovamento.
Fermo restando l’ottimo buffet per i pasti e la gentilezza del personale, la struttura non supera un mediocre standard 3 stelle ma la camera in cui ho alloggiato scende anche a 2 stelle. Rumore notturno per la mancanza di chiusura degli infissi vetusti e rotti, cattivissimo odore di fogna dai bagni. Insomma struttura che ha bisogno di un forte rinnovamento.

Arcueil et services formidables. Chambre ( la porte d'entrée de la chambre ne jointait pas ( ph d'isolation phonique ), ainsi que le vasistas de la salle de bain. Petits déjeuners supers, apéritifs supers et repas du soir bien cuisinés. Super séjour mis à part un problème de maintenance ( chambre 320).

I'm kind of glad we opted for the suite, so we could do this. There was a very pointless window in the bedroom. An interesting view of a busy roundabout greeted us from the balcony. It wasn't overly noisy, on the 3rd floor. The air conditioning controls were only on or off, not adjustable. The fridge was in a cupboard which couldn't open fully, but the fridge door opened the opposite way, so it was awkward. The shower was good, but not enclosed enough. We did have some nice toiletries in the bathroom, but no hand soap. There was a sewage smell lingering outside the hotel. "Lifeguard" was rude when we used sunbeds we weren't told you had to pay for. Also told off for drinking near the pool, which wasn't listed in the rules. I think he was bored. The only thing that felt 4* was the food. A great selection for every diet. Limited cocktail menu. Invisible spa? The entertainment felt like it was designed for older generations. The staff party sounded more lively

All welcoming friendly hotel, with a great atmosphere! They dealt promptly with some noisy/disruptive people, which was reassuring. However, we witnessed a group reporting suitcases having been stolen from their room on the evening of their arrival, with all clothing/passports/money having being taken from a 6th floor room! The staff did not seem to respond favourably, and they weren't taking this seriously- concerning!!

Hotel was spotlessly clean but some of the staff arrogant and the entertainment was atrocious. Foam party was one of the worst sights I have ever seen, evening entertainment lasted 1.5hrs at most, mostly quiz or bingo you need to scan a QR code for to join in. A 5yr old could of done a better magic show. Another night someone was just spinning a pot on their head. It wasn't entertaining at all and this was one of the main things that sold this hotel for me and my partner. Being adults only one would expect a much better experience and one that was adult orientated. I wouldn't stay again for this reason.

Positivo Las instalaciones del hotel están bastante bien, el hall, la piscina y el bar de la piscina están muy bien. La habitación es grande, pero quizá le hace falta una actualización al baño. La limpieza un 10, las habitaciones estaban muy limpias. La comida de calidad y con variedad. El personal de recepción, limpieza y de comedor muy amable y atento. Negativo Hotel enfocado sobre todo al público inglés. Apenas hay animación y la que hay muy enfocada a ellos, a veces apenas se habla en español. El todo incluido no es un todo incluido como podrías esperar de un hotel de 4 estrellas, el alcohol malo y barato (ni siquiera alcohol nacional), apenas entran cócteles, no hay apenas snacks y si quieres algo, todo tiene sobrecoste. Felt like we arrived through a back entrance, but once inside the foyer was decorated nicely for Christmas. Staff at the desk were not as welcoming, not rude, just aloof. Hotel facile da raggiungere per chi noleggia un'auto in aeroporto. Posizione strategica per ristoranti, servizi di escursioni e passeggiante. Nota negativa nel periodo del nostro soggiorno ci sono stati parecchi addi al celibato di ragazzi inglesi con relative nottate molto chiassose. Probabilmente chi alloggiava al 7° piano non si è accorto di nulla.

Schoon en prima hotel voor stellen. Ik zou hier niet zo snel met kids heen gaan. In het hotel verblijven ook veel jongeren. Ondanks dat het aan drukke straat ligt, hebben wij daar weinig last van gehad. Ook niet van thuiskomende jongeren snachts. Prima hotel dus op 5 minuten lopen van het strand. Zou het zeker nog eens bezoeken. Ontbijt en diner ook prima met veel keuze.

Si lo que buscas es un hotel para extranjeros y no hacer nada, este hotel tiene opciones de ocio y comida cerca. Sin embargo, si buscas sitios interesantes, este hotel ni en general el sur de la isla son interesantes. Lo que menos me gustó del hotel fueron las cenas, los desayunos bien pero demasiado enfocado al Ingles / americano. Ni una sólo opción en los 4 días, de comida autóctona.

Have used this hotel on a number of occasions now. Staff generally friendly, food good and varied, and full entertainment programme. Can be a little noisy at night but where in Tenerife isn't?
