Great location, good size apartment for 5 of us with gorgeous sea view. The hotel needs updating, cracked tiles etc but for a weekend with friends this wasnt an issue for us. Good pool area, hot tubs looked dirty though. Good ammenities over all. If you are not bothered about luxury but want a good sized apartment in a great location at a good price they do the job. Staff are brilliant.

The animation team at the pool were superb! Made the holiday for my daughter. Breakfast buffet was very comprehensive, well stocked and tasty. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. Would happily stay at palm beach again

Flott opphold på Tenerife. Personalet på hotellet er veldig hyggelig og hjelpsom. Flott bassengområde, men presset inn veldig mange senger, så du må like å ligge nært. Håndukmafiaen i full sving på de beste plassene, å så kommer de sent på dagen eller ikke i det hele tatt. Veldig bra opplegg ved bassenget. Yoga, vanngym, noe for barna og party stemning fra kl. 16. Stor suksess med skumparty en gang i uka. Rommet var ikke mer en ok. Slitt og skakt. Skrudde fast skapdører. Bad slitent. Ok med utstyr i kjøkken. Det absolutt beste var at vi hadde leilighet i topp etage, 12. Nydelig solnedgang og utsikt til basseng og en flott lagune på stranden. Mange gode restauranter, men dårlig renhold. Alt var klissete. Alt i alt, et fint opphold. Skal tilbake til Tenerife.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist hervorragend und bietet ideale Voraussetzungen für einen erholsamen Urlaub. Das Zimmer war frisch gestrichen und machte einen sauberen Eindruck, allerdings wurden die Möbel nicht erneuert, was dem Gesamteindruck etwas Abbruch tat. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben ist das Animationsteam, das einen exzellenten Job gemacht hat und für viel Unterhaltung und gute Stimmung sorgte. Ein Wermutstropfen war die laufende Modernisierung des Restaurantbereichs. Dadurch wurde das Essen im Poolbereich serviert, was zwar eine kreative Lösung darstellte, jedoch zu Stoßzeiten an seine Kapazitätsgrenzen stieß. Dies wirkte sich gelegentlich negativ auf den Komfort beim Essen aus. Das Personal war jedoch stets bemüht, diese Einschränkungen bestmöglich auszugleichen und zeigte großen Einsatz. Was aus meiner Sicht nicht akzeptabel war: Weder bei der Buchung noch danach wurde darüber informiert, dass sich der Restaurantbereich im Umbau befindet. Eine transparente Kommunikation im Vorfeld wäre hier wünschenswert gewesen.

Room was facing the beach and sea and had been refurbished.Location was convenient for everything. Buffet breakfast had a huge choice,and all fresh. Staff were lovely and pool area was kept very clean. Sometimes pool area was very busy and bagging sunbeds with towels remains a problem.Very noisy bar below complex -did not need to be that loud until midnight.

Plenty of choice for breakfast but the space was cluttered. The furnishings in the rooms were very tired Communication was very hit and miss We had to mop the terrace ourselves. Building work on new restaurant was very noisy and we were not pre warned. Position of property is excellent, close to beach, shops and restaurants

The property was very dated and not very clean. Towels only changed once in a week and bins only emptied once. We paid for an apartment with a pool view, but we could barely see it were put in an apartment furthest away in front of the car park. The location was ok easy enough to walk anywhere. Not many English staying here but that was not a problem. Wouldn't return too dated.

Hotel is dirty, rooms not up to oar, at least our suite was terrible. Both bacony doors (exterior ground level) did not lock, waited over 4hrs in room for maintenace. Roaches walking all over, moldy bathroom. Unable to ever speak with a manager, kept getting the run around. We checked out after fjrst night.

Property was “tired”, breakfast area far to small for hotel size, it was a free for all, layout chaotic. Best thing was balcony— all rooms have sun from sunrise to sunset. Rooms only cleaned twice a week and then very basic.

Leider kann ich nicht verstehen, wie diese „gute“ Bewertung des Hotels zustande kommt. Unser Zimmer im 4. Stock war direkt über den Shops gelegen und unser Ausblick auf ein rotes, dreckiges Dach, auf dem wir ein benutztes Kondom vorgefunden haben. Das Hotelzimmer war nicht gesaugt - es lag Staub und Haare auf dem Boden. An der Toilette war noch ein brauner Fleck, der die Toilette runtergelaufen war. Barthaare waren am Waschbecken. Die Balkontür war defekt. Nachdem wir an der Rezeption Bescheid gesagt haben, wurde wenigstens die Toilette gereinigt und die Tür repariert - das Waschbecken wurde leider nicht gesäubert und es wurde auch nicht gesaugt. Das Hotelzimmer wird regulär nur alle 3 Tage gereinigt - danach hatten wir dreckige Bettwäsche… Die Bartstoppeln waren immer noch da. Das Mobiliar ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen und wirklich verwohnt! Eine Renovierung ist dringend nötig! Eine Kakerlake ist uns zum Glück erst am letzten Tag im Badezimmer begegnet, sonst wären wir sicherlich schon früher abgereist. Beim Frühstück konnte man froh sein, einen sauberen Teller oder Glas zu finden. Die Auswahl war groß- allerdings nicht so unser Geschmack. Die Tische wurden nur selten abgeräumt und man durfte oftmals zwischen Tauben frühstücken. Zudem musste man für Badetücher sowie für den Safe zahlen. Einzig die Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption sind wirklich zu loben - sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! Ich würde das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen! und unter keinen Umständen nochmal besuchen!

Receptionisten kunde varit lite mer "serviceminded". Även om rummet var klart vid incheckning så fick vi inte det förrän exakt kl 16.00 då incheckningen började. Rummet behöver verkligen renoveras. Trasiga skåp och lampor som hänger på sista skruven. Städpersonalen var toppen och städningen var helt fläckfri. Mycket bra läge mitt på stranden och god frukost! Bra hotell för att vara 3-stjärnor och uppfyller de basbehov man har.

I checked in on line as recommended by the hotel . They still wanted passports ( twice ). €100 deposit which displayed my pin on the card machine ! . Beds were good. Room very basic but did have kettle, cups, wine glasses fridge. Extractor fan by shower shower head was filthy. Spot light outside bedroom ( in corridor ) short non black out blinds. Room was darker during the day than at night !

Furniture in room unclean. Bed & pillows in comfy poor quality. Shower broke I pin arrival. Patio doors weren’t sure & worn. General appearance was that venue needed uplift. Pool toilets and changing rooms were not good unclean / out of order. Staff were friendly apart from 1 member of reception who was not inviting. Good location.

Great choice of food at the buffet. Great location, with a shopping mall at the ground floor and right next to the beach. The wifi didn’t work in our room “I’ll report it” was the answer I got and still no wifi. So noisy at night just outside the hotel.

Large, clean and well-run hotel in a prime location close to the beach and main strip. Rooms all have a balcony with pool or sea view. Be warned - mattresses are very hard.

The hotel location was very good. Rooms were a decent size but look VERY VERY tired and tacky and need a major refurbishment. Cracks and stains on floor tiles, bath in a disgusting state. Bedding and furniture old and tired looking. VERY noisy and can hear everything during the night, needs better soundproofing. Tap in bathroom didn't work properly. Room only cleaned once during my 5 days. Balcony was nice and nice view over pool. Pool area was nice. Staff at reception were very helpful. Suspicious strong smell of cannabis around the hotel. Overall I would say room layout was good but furnishing is very old and needs major refurbishment and work to fix some issues. It was ok but wouldn't stay again.

On arrival we got a really small 2 bedroom apartment but to be fair to the staff we moved the first morning to a much more spacious one albeit with a slight extra cost. Rooms and hotel is a little dated and could do with a revamp. The entertainment around the pool was very good and the performers were excellent!

Room didn't have a beach view, we knew that before arrival, balcony looked onto pool area, issue on first night, patio doors didn't lock, power tripped 3 times. Both issued were fixed quickly. Sofa bed wasn't used, but was to uncomfortable to sit on as couch.

Hotel staff were lovely and very efficient we had trouble with noise from next door and I call reception and they sent security up and sorted it straight away they were also given a written warning saying if it happened again they would be asked to leave and we had no more trouble from them for the rest of our stay, Brilliant. Hotel is in great location, easy walking to beach and sea front, lovely pool with lots of fun for children so can get a bit noisy at times. Apartment was a bit dated and could do with a make over especially the bed settee and the beds are a bit firm , the shower has great water pressure and there was always hot water. We had an apartment with breakfast included and there was a good selection of hot and cold food. We had a great week’s holiday and would visit again

This hotel was in a great central location. It is clean although some rooms are dated . Mine included The teams are hard working and very profile. The animation team put in lots of effort . Aarons yoga was amazing . The pool is very clean and has a lifeguard. Buffet breakfast has a wide choice and again great staff as is the shop . The room deposit was a surprise and not yet received back? Nor a reply to my email so not so.good.

The hotel was perfectly located. The rooms are slightly dated but spotless. The hotel its self has everything you need and the pool area is clean and plenty of sun beds. We had breakfast included that was excellent with a wide range of items to cater for anyone. Would definitely stay here again.

Staff are not remotely friendly and extremely rude. No cleaning or towel change in 3 days. Have to beg for toilet rolls. Room in urgent need of renovation. Woke up to a cockroach in my bed. Breakfast is poor. Omlette ediable thats about it. Location is the only good thing about the hotel. If you get 1 of the lower floor rooms you will have no view. Lifts hardly work. Lots of water spilled roudn the place that was never getting cleaned up. Check in staff are horrendous and need to learn some customer service skills. You will not be allowed to check in till 5pm even if your room is ready. Luggage area is not secure. The lock does not work. Entertainment guy is the only decent thing at the complex.

Great hotel fpr both famlies, couples and friends. Peter at reception could not help me enough. I asked for a pool and sea view and i received what i ask for and peter made sure i was happy and asked me when i was next down was room ok. Loads of entertainment during the day for kids and adults. Location is great close to everything. Will be returning.

Smart amazing rooms could do with a bit of updating but clean and functional, breakfast good selection but ate out in evenings so can’t comment on evening meals, location is superb for beach shops and restaurants and 10m walk to Siam Park

Very dated property that really needs a refurb. Staff are very nice and it is kept very clean. There was construction work going on in the hotel which was not advertised beforehand. The kitchen/dining area is not big enough for the size of the property but the breakfast was good. Best thing about the place was the location but felt it was not worth the money I paid.

Overall stay was ok, all staff around the hotel were very friendly. Rooms are a bit tired but we're clean and had everything we needed... Beds could be better... We had B&B but only used it a couple of times as the food was cold....

The staff were fantastic, and both we and our children had a great time at the park. The location of the hotel is also very good. However, the hotel could be much cleaner, and the breakfast could definitely be improved. I would prefer fewer options but better-quality food. Unfortunately, I didn’t find the breakfast very good this time, and the breakfast area also didn’t feel clean enough.

We went for stag do and found that location wise it was perfect. The Breakfast wouldn't meet the standards for everyone but for what you pay there was no complaints. There are also plenty of alternative places within walking distance if you want to get food. We also visited Siam Park which is about a 10/15 minute walk from reception but be prepared as it's uphill. The reception staff were great and polite and the pool was big and warm. It did look like they had some Childrens entertainment there and they advertised a foam party, I wouldn't regret staying there again.

Took over an hour on arrival to check in, got up to room and there were hairs everywhere and on bed lining. Woke up the following morning and there were ants on the bedside tables. Location was good, breakfast was ok and lifts were quick. Would not be back.

Room must have been decorated in 1970’s and given a clean not long after ! Light switch beside the bed would not turn off , only way to sleep was to take the key out and have no electric ! Could nt charge phones for trip home Avoid this hotel
