The hotel is everything you can look for in a fantastic stay at a very reasonable rate. The room Is comfortable with lots of details (universal outlet, bottle opener, toiletries, lots of lighting, chairs, etc). The food was fantastic and extensive, the facilities are gorgeous and clean, and the staff is really accommodating. This hotel has it all and is a fabulous place to stay. Unfortunately, I got sick while here and the staff went above and beyond to care for me. Este hotel lo tiene todo. La habitación es cómoda y tiene muchos detalles (enchufe universal, abrebotellas, mucha iluminación, sillas, etc). La comida era fantástica y extensa, las instalaciones eran preciosas y muy limpias, y el personal es muy acogedor. Excellent hotel resort. Lots to do. Mostly included in the price. However, you have to pay extra for spa pool , tennis and more well known drinks. By the pool we were sometimes pestered by flies. Don’t let them stay on you as they bite!!

Nous avons été très déçus par notre séjour à l’H10 Taburiente Playa, surtout compte tenu du tarif payé et de l’image de l’établissement. Dès notre arrivée, la chambre s’est révélée mal isolée. L’une des baies vitrées était impossible à ouvrir et la paroi de baignoire/douche fuyait. Les oreillers étaient sans maintien ni forme, ce qui n’a pas aidé au confort général. Côté restauration, la nourriture proposée est de qualité industrielle et répétitive. La salle de restaurant est extrêmement bruyante et plusieurs tables étaient bancales et collantes, ce qui renforce l’impression d’un manque d’entretien. Quelques membres du personnel du restaurant ne sont pas très souriants, ce qui n’améliore pas l’ambiance déjà chargée. Les installations extérieures étaient elles aussi très décevantes. Sur trois piscines annoncées, une seule – la plus petite mais la plus profonde – était ouverte, sans aucune information préalable sur les travaux en cours. Les transats sont vieillissants et une odeur d’égout persistait autour de la piscine. En revanche, quelques points positifs méritent d’être notés : la proximité du port et de l’aéroport, très pratique si vous arrivez ou repartez de l’île de nuit. Et surtout, si vous choisissez cet hôtel, optez absolument pour une chambre vue mer : la vue sur l’océan est splendide et permet de contempler un lever de soleil magnifique chaque matin. Évitez en revanche les chambres ou suites situées aux abords de la route, beaucoup plus bruyantes.

En sejour all in. Superbe hotel avec piscines magnifiques. Buffet varié frais qui change regulierement. Rien a voir avec les resorts cantine de Tenerife. Chambre superbe avec cafetiere capsules remises 2 fois par jour. Staff aux petits soins hyper serviables. Pas de sono autour de la piscine donc parfait pour lire et se reposer. A 5min de l aeroport et commerces restaurants autour. Un regret...celui d avoir choisi l hacienda pour le reste du sejour.

Das Hotel bietet eigentlich alles, was man für einen Urlaub benötigt, teilweise ist das Hotel etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Man sieht aber auch, dass vieles schon saniert und restauriert wurde. Das Personal ist so freundlich, wie ich es selten in Hotels angetroffen habe. Die Verpflegung, ob Frühstück oder Abendessen sind gut. Für jeden etwas da. Sobald etwas nicht mehr verfügbar ist, wird es aus der Küche nachgeliefert. Schöne Poolanlage, schöne Lage. Meerblick, Zimmer wunderbar. Da wir Ende Februar da waren und die Nächte etwas kalt waren, hätte ich mir gewünscht, dass man die Klimaanlage auf warm stellen kann. Alles in allem ein gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Vier Sterne sind gerechtfertigt.

Pleasant staff. Good location very near airport- used public bus. Shops nearby. Handy for local buses to access different areas for walking routes. Spacious, clean and comfortable room. Should not be a four star hotel , very dated, carpets ripped and stained, room furniture old room was smelled, fridge rust stained and the bed mattress was so hard i could feel the springs worst bed if you don't like extreme hard beds! No tea or coffee or kettle in the room just a coffee machine with no pods supplied. Overall i wouldn't stay there again and wouldn't recommended it to anybody.

El personal es muy simpatico y las onstalaviones muy buenas, el equipamiento de baño excelente. Muy bien situado con acceso a playas y carreteras centrales para ir en cualquier direccion. Las almohadas muy bien aunque habia de mas (tres). Pero los colchones necesitan renovarse, yo notaba un poco los muelles. Y los pasillos se nota que estan viejos, tienen que darles una nueva cara, y la comifa buffet vi mucho desperdicio.

Großzügig und geräumig. Was mir nicht gefallen hat: sehr hellhörig. Mein Nachbar hörte die ganze Zeit sehr laute Rockmusik. Verbesserungsvorschlag: die Eier neben der Zubereitung der Frühstücksomelettes waren nur Dekoration. Verwendet wurde eine gelbe Flüssigkeit (vermutlich aus Eipulver). Ich schlage vor, nur frische, kanarische Bio Eier zu verwenden.

H10 is a large hotel about 5 min drive from the airport. On arrival the receptionist dealt with my booking whilst also talking on the phone to someone else (not very professional). My room was on the ground floor and could hear music from the bar area. Dinner and breakfast was average. Limited choice and the hot dishes were only warm. I was on half-board and surprised that no drinks were included for dinner.. not even water!

The front desk staff are extremely unfriendly and their manor is very unkind! I have informed them through Expedia.com 2 months ahead of time that I need to arrive at their hotel very late at night and requested for a reserved parking space. When we arrived at this hotel at about 9:00 pm, they did reserve at least 6 parking spaces, but their manager refused to offer any of them to let us park. He ordered us to park at the street at least 200 meters from the hotel. The next morning, I found out that there was not a single car being parking in those 6 reserved spots!

Check in was great, did an upgrade to a Suite, but the service has been terrible, we requested at 5:00 pm extra pillows and it’s already 12:30 and nothing yet, called The front desk 30 min ago and artillery nothing, My husband suffers from back pain and need the extra pillows to sleep, also only one garbage can on the bathroom, requested another and still waiting, this is a 5 star hotel but the pillow on the chair on the living room is all ripped….

The view of the airport was unique and fascinating, watching the planes come and go without being disrupted was a daily entertainment! The view from our room 419 was superb, sun, ocean and pool view. On avery clear day, you can see Tenerife and La Gomera. The convenience of access to transportation, Santa Cruz and many excursions. All so close. We strongly recommend a car to access this beautiful but very mountainous island. There is no driving in a straight flat line! We found the food varied and generous but you had to make it early enough at meal times to get best selection. On the other hand, the dining room’s acoustics or lack there of made eating or dining a less than romantic experience… say, cafeteria with wine and noise from constant table clearing, supply carts on ceramic….hum…. the food was tasty though and well worth the aggravation. Staff smiling and efficient and we will miss this great deal for a pleasant affordable holiday on La Palma

Excellent value for money in a lovely setting, the half board buffet was good quality. All staff were friendly. I stayed after getting off a cruise and was allowed access to my room at 10am, this was really appreciated. Would definitely return to the hotel. It is beside a beautiful beach and lovely coastal walk.

Hôtel à proximite de l'aéroport et du port, ce qui est pratique. Nous étions dans une suite avec vue mer. Malheureusement la qualité de la literie (surtout pour ma compage), le bruit de la chambre (l'espace nuit de la suite donne sur la rue et je suis sensible aux bruits), et surtout la qualité de la restauration n'est pas au rendez-vous (nous étions en demi-pension).

Die Anlage ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und dies lässt sich an einigen Stellen auch nicht verstecken. Insgesamt aber sauber. Das Essen war etwas eintönig, man hat zwar immer etwas gefunden, aber es fehlte eben die Abwechslung. Nach 7 Tagen haben wir uns dann sehr auf die heimische Küche gefreut.

Really great hotel , we had a sea view which was fab , really helpful staff , only down side was the buffet breakfast was cold every day apart from the omelette station which was great .

We had a lovely sea vue suite with comfortable beds and plenty of towels. A coffee maker is provided with some coffee. we took our own kettle and tea bags as tea drinkers are not catered for ( I learnt this from previous reviews). The only other problem is that although the hotel has lifts in the main part of the building the sea view suites are in a separate building without lifts. Our building at level 4 was connected via an indoor bridge to the main building. As we were on level six we had to climb 36 steps to reach our room. This should be mentioned in the room descriptions as these rooms are clearly not suitable for the less mobile or families with buggies or wheelchairs. The hotel is very close to the aiport and a taxi was only 10 euros. A bus stop is also close by and it was easy to move about the island by bus.

Everything was ok We had just 1 night They give us a nice room, thanks! On the breakfast area was a big panic. The hotel needs to improve this, as well the quality of the breakfast and dinner food.

Roads under construction doubled travel time - not your fault. But pounding during 10am seemed overly loud. Bothered others. The lack of a coffee maker of Tea water warmer was quickly remedied by asking for one at front desk. But warning to future guests - bring your own coffee, AND water.
