In the small village of Verdonnet, more precisely in the hamlet of Cestres, in the heart of lush countryside, La Ferme de Tart is a popular stopover. Patricia offers a completely private ground-floor space, with a separate entrance, as an extension of her house. It is rented to groups of guests. This family room consists of an 18m² bedroom with a lovely view of the fields. The bed is 180x200cm. For a third guest, a second bedroom is available, with a 180x190cm double bed that can be converted into two single beds and a child's bed (up to 10 years old). On the landing, there is a separate toilet and a spacious bathroom with a walk-in shower and double sink. Breakfast is served in Patricia's living room/lounge. A beautiful room with exposed beams and a wood-burning stove, and on sunny days, it can be served on the terrace. In addition to the terrace, you also have a small, completely private and enclosed space with a wooden table offering a lovely view of the surrounding countryside. On the borders of the Côte d'Or and Yonne departments, there are many sites to visit nearby: Fontenay Abbey (listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1981) is 20 km away. Ancy-le-Franc Castle is 18 km away. The Crémant de Bourgogne wine route is only 15 kilometers away. And the small towns of Laignes and Ravières (with all shops) are 10 minutes away. A baby crib is available upon request. Motorcycles can be stored in a secure area. This private space consists of two bedrooms, one with a 200x200cm bed, the other with a 140x190cm bed and a child's bed (up to 10 years old). Private bathroom and toilet not connected to the bedroom.
