The ground floor comprises a fully equipped kitchen with a permanent filter coffee maker, a laundry room, a living room with a flat-screen TV and Wi-Fi (fiber optic), and a toilet. Upstairs, there is one bedroom with a double bed (140x200cm) and another bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), each with its own shower room and toilet. Amenities include central heating, a private outdoor terrace with garden furniture, sun loungers, a barbecue, private parking, and a shared enclosed garden with a swing. Motorcycle shelter is also available. Located in the heart of the Morvan Regional Natural Park, near the lakes (Pannecière, Les Settons), the cottage offers opportunities for boating, swimming, and all kinds of water sports.
