Villa RosMar Luxury Beachfront House

Mariano and team do an amazing job of making sure everything is taken care of. The beach is basically private ( you get the occasional walkers), you can go out 50 to 60 feet and it is still only 4-5 ft deep. We had Francisco cook for us one evening (Fetachini Alfredo) and it was absolutely amazing! They took care of everything. If you stay here, you will need to rent a car as the city center is 3-4 miles away, but not a big deal. Everyone from the 6 year old, to my 78 year old Dad loved the vacation!

This property was incredible for our multi-family vacation. Our group included 7 adults and 5 children ages 1 to 7. The decor of the house is stunning! Lupita the housekeeper did an amazing job keeping the house spotless every morning! We felt like she became part of the family. The gentleman who took care of the pool and the pool deck also did a beautiful job. This was especially so because we had some very windy days that produced a lot of sand and leaves on the pool deck and in the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was a huge hit with everyone in our group! It has a shallow ledge for the littles, and then ranges between 4 and 5 ft that gave the older children some fun swimming. We did choose to pay for the propane to heat the hot tub for several hours each day. Make sure to only run the heater when you actually are planning to use it or it will get very expensive. What we had to pay was well worth it to me for the hours we used it. We had two children under the age of two for which they provided two very comfortable pack and plays, two high chairs and a gate at the base of the steps! There was always ample pool/beach towels and the indoor linens were very good quality. Mariano, the property manager, is very helpful and responsive. Chef Francisco did an amazing job for the five breakfast and two dinners that we had him and Elsie and the rest of his crew prepare and serve for us. We loved everything they made for us! Truly spectacular, stunning property. The house is absolutely beautiful. Our host, Mariano, was very attentive and offered his assistance to arrange rental cars, private chef at the house, excursions, etc. The housekeeper and pool/grounds keeper are wonderful. You have the beach to yourself. So private! We have traveled a lot with our family, and this rates as one of the most memorable properties.

Four generations gathered to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Joseph had always dreamed of bringing the family together at the beach, and we finally did it. Villa Rosmar could not have been more perfect. Although there were some issues with plumbing, Mariano, our manager, took care of them immediately. Within 24 hours we had a new water heater. The daily staff of Lupita and Jesus cleaned both inside and out side. Lupita, especially made the house shine. The villa itself is extraordinary, with wonderful art on the walls, an entry sculpture, and marble floors. Each room has its own character and either opened onto a balcony overlooking the ocean, the upper sundeck or a tropical garden. The sharks in the family really enjoyed the pool table, and it was hard to get the grandkids out of the swimming pool. There were ample chairs for sunning and giant blowup toys for the kids in the pool area. A shady nook with comfortable furniture provided the perfect setting for us to gather for morning coffee. Mariano went out of his way to take good care of us, even retrieving a favorites stuffed animal, that one of our granddaughters left behind. The crew of three that cooked for us on four nights, provided terrific service, cocktails and delicious food. They even made special arrangements for one of our grandsons, who has a food allergy. All in all the beauty and the extraordinary service that we experienced made this a family vacation to remember. Mil gracias a todos!

Great place. As advertised. We were careful with gas for hot tub, bill was 145, but we used the hot tub most nights for our kids. Rooms were great, kitchen nice, pool fantastic, right on the beach, also great. Really nice place. There were 14 of us, 8 adults, 6 kids and space was totally fine. Kids ages 3-12

Our group consisted of 3 families/friend groups. We had 8 kids between the ages of 7 and 15. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, have a quiet place to be, or have fun together. Here are some of the best things we loved and some helpful tips: *Mariano, the host, was most helpful and friendly. Anything we needed was a quick message and reply. He helped send any transportation we needed, and has lots of ideas for excursions if you're looking for that. *Lupita, the cleaner, was wonderful to have come every day. We appreciated not having to do dishes! *The chefs that are recommended to you will be wonderful. We didn't book early enough so Chef Fransisco was booked, but sent Chef Andrew & Molly from his staff to us. We were able to have dinners provided the 1st 3 nights- we chose 2 Shrimp and 1 Catch of the Day option, and they were amazing dinners! They went above and beyond. Don't hesitate to book with them! *If you need any supplies throughout the week, use WhatsApp to message Fasty Delivery. They will deliver ice, liquor, and meals from any of the local restaurants for usually about a $6-7 fee. So worth it! *If you want a day or 2 at an All-Inclusive, the Melia hotel is a 4 minute walk down the beach. We spent a day there at $50 for adults and $25 for kids and had the best time! Lots of things to do for kids and adults, and meals/drinks were great! No need to register ahead of time- just show up 11 am-5:45 pm were the hours included. *Snorkeling- 9 minute walk down the beach, you will find amazing snorkeling with lots of fish in clear water in front of El Cozumeleno. We brought our own gear (you don't really need flippers, but for sure snorkels/masks) and took the kids down several times. *Hot tub- we felt like we used it quite a bit! Maybe turned it on for about an hour every night and the cost for gas was $60. Worth it. :) So if you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and spacious house for a large group that is a beach walk away from great snorkeling, this is the place for you! We loved our stay...

We spent a week at this beautiful house. It was a family trip for 8 of us, which included a 17 month old baby. Mariano was excellent to work with and provided for our needs. Cribs, high chairs and a baby gate were all set up when we arrived. Mariano was waiting for us when we arrived at the house so check-in was very easy. The house staff were great and very friendly. Lupita was there every day cleaning and doing a great job. Jesus kept the pool and patio area clean for us as well. Some of our party utilized the massage services and were so pleased we asked them to come back the following day. Mariano provided us with a reliable contact for taxi services. They were always prompt and accommodating. One of the best parts of our trip was the chef services provided by Francisco and his crew. We were definitely spoiled by them. Francisco prepared the most delicious meals while Elsi created wonderful margaritas and provided excellent service. They were so pleasant to have in the house and we always looked forward to their return. Don’t hesitate to use their services for at least one meal. You will wish they were cooking for you every day. The house was spacious and we enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi, easy beach access, the pool table and the quiet neighborhood.

Our group of 3 families (14 of us- 6 adults, 8 kids) ages 6-50 stayed for just under a week. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. All of the reviews about Mariano are on par. He was available and helpful at any moment of the day. Any question, concern or issue that need attending to was handled immediately. Bedrooms were cleaned daily and we hired Francisco (recommended by Mariano) to cook several meals for us. Francisco's staff made any adjustment needed by our pickier little eaters and was the best food we had during our stay. The beach was just outside our gate and we took out the plastic chairs and hung out there daily. We were able to take a short walk down the beach and rent wave runners and other water toys! Town was a short taxi (10-15 minutes, but expensive! for the short distance). The pool was surprisingly doable in Jan! Adults and kids alike were in it daily. There is a sound system that plays inside and outside, TV's in each room, a pool table that got used frequently and plenty of room to hang out. The house had everything we needed. It was a great stay with an amazing host. I highly recommend. We did not use the 6th room outside of the house as we orig were going to put a couple teens there. The room was smaller but clean and would be fine for a couple or 2 adults, However, our kids wanted to be in the house (we agreed, as it was close but a little too separate for our comfort to have kids out there) so they made do on super comfy couches in the TV room, which has doors to close it off from the main living areas. It worked out just fine. Thanks Mariano and crew!

Mariano is a great host always communicating and nothing was too much trouble. Mariano organised taxis massages and our chef and was in constant communication with us whenever we needed anything. We had a problem with the air-conditioner in one room and Mariano got technicians to come out to resolve the issue, always communicating and keeping us up-to-date, the house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The location is just a $10 cab ride to town with our own private beach and beautiful pool and spa. The chef that was provided also used great communications. We even made some changes throughout the trip and the breakfasts and dinners were all very tasty and everyone was happy with our meals throughout our stay. We could not have found a better house for the price with lots to do and many long nights around the pool table. Villa RosMar was a great fit for our family of 11, ages 4-77. Mariano, the property manager, was excellent and available for whatever we needed. Lupita, the housekeeper, was lovely, as well as Jesus who took care of the pool area. The location was perfect, we rented cars so it was easy for us to get to town. We booked Francisco, the chef, and his team for some meals at the house that we really enjoyed. We also booked Morgan, the boat offered with the property. The crew was fantastic!!! I recommend this addition to everyone who books Villa RosMar.

I wish I could give 10 stars. I booked the villa for myself and 13 friends for an annual girls beach trip. We couldn't have enjoyed it more! The villa is just as beautiful as it looks online. Even more so actually. The rooms are spacious, quiet and so comfortable. The pool is larger than it looks and the ocean invites from the very private beach. Even better than the spectacular villa was the the care provided to us by the staff. Mariano was so easy to communicate with and took care of every need in a moments notice. Lupita spent hours making the villa look check in fresh every day. Jesus kept the pool sparking and the outside clean daily. We chose to us Francisco and his staff for all meals when we were in the villa and the food and service were exceptional. They shopped and cooked, set the table, provided full service of the meals and cleaned everything before leaving. We literally did not lift a finger during our whole stay and spent less than eating out. Look no further, you have found THE place!

Our family and friends joined us for my husband's 40th birthday celebration in Cozumel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house was amazing! We traveled with 9 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything from the pool, to the beach access, to food and service...the entire stay was perfection! Mariano checked on us daily and was extremely attentive and responsive. Chef Francisco, Elsi and team made sure every meal was better than the last. Extra shout out to Elsi!!! If you see this review...my entire family wants you to know that you helped us have the most memorable time! Finally Jesus and Lupita were there daily to clean the house and who were also always pleasant and warm. We very much felt at home and plan to return again!

We had the best time over 5 days at this villa. It was clean, well maintained and gorgeous. There were 14 of us. 3 couples and 8 kids, so the layout of the bedrooms was perfect. We utilised chef Francisco and his team every breakfast and dinner and they were phenomenal. Honestly, we’ve never eaten better. We also did a day at paradise beach and took a boat snorkeling tour. Mariano arranged everything and was an Amazing host. Overall, we were highly impressed and we stay at lots of vacation homes.

Extremely clean, comfortable and welcoming place for large groups of people. We held a Birthday there and used the option for a chef/service. The food was truly amazing - highly recommend leveraging Francisco and Elsi for everything needed. My only wish was I could of stayed longer!

Before we even departed to Cozumel, our host Mariano provided outstanding service! He was prompt in responding to all our questions before and during our stay. He ensured that we were comfortable. The home is very comfortable and in a beautiful location. The housekeeper and pool man came daily.Both were friendly and provided exceptional service! We hired the chef for two dinners and truly enjoyed our meals. They kept the kitchen extremely clean. This home is well worth the stay!

Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. Francisco and staff provided incredible meals for us, including breakfasts and dinners. We left this place feeling a bit like royalty and would not hesitate visiting again.

The place, staff and host were amazing. Mariano's the man, never more than a 5 minute response to anything. We wanted to stay forever. There were 10 of us ranging from 18 to 60. The weather was definitely hot but the ocean breeze was great and right outside your back door. The Mosquitos are no joke so be prepared. The sunsets were beautiful, the water was warm. You can walk about 5 mins along the shore to the resort for day passes with unlimited food, drinks etc.., I recommend The boat Tour that Mariano suggests, but dont expect to do your own fishing. The Crew anchors a poll while the boat is sailing. Tons of good restaurants, 'aqui & ahora' and Hemmings were my favorites, good food, music, drinks, atmosphere. If you like peanut butter you may want to try the peanut butter Tequila and peanut coffee. The whole cooked fish at Chen Rio was very good. We rented mopeds and had no concerns or fears riding them everywhere. They were about $50 usd per day. The museum in the centro is worth going to, about $7 usd. Taxis are everywhere and reasonable. Be sure you understand what the exchange rate is when talking pesos to your currency. It fluctuated slightly. It took time getting used to the water situation and not flushing toilet paper so i would recommend getting doggie bags or similar for bathroom usage. We used chef Francisco and Elsa 3 times, apertizers on arrival and 2 dinners. Worth every penny. I used paypal to pay but there was an extra fee,, still better than bringing a bunch of cash. Francisco and Elsa are the people ever. The Catch of the day was a big hit for every one that chose that dish. The house is absolutely beautiful. Could use a real deep cleaning to remove some soil on some of the furniture inside and out. The bathroom/shower outside never got cleaned but overall a stunning property. Lupita and Jesus, staff, were friendly and very accomodating. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for the best location, home and staff

We had Chef Francisco and staff come to the house to cook almost daily and it was fabulous. The house was large, well-appointed and everyone especially loved playing billiards. It was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable.

Mariano (property mgr) was fabulous in meeting all our requirements. As well his support staff, especially Lupita, was outstanding. If there was an issue anywhere (pool bathroom) she was there to fix it. Mariano was very helpful in providing information regarding 'staff cooked meals' and massage therapists. The house was large with five outstanding bedrooms, some with double queens. All and all I would recommend this home to anyone from five to fifteen guests.

Host Mariano was helpful and communicative. Housekeeper Lupita and chef Francisco took great care of our group of 10 extended family. The house was beautiful, roomy and comfortable for our group of 10. Sandy beach, with no seaweed (in August)! Mariano was a fantastic host. Also, highly recommend the chef.

This house will ruin you from all other VRBOs! The property is unbelievably better than the pictures. There is so much space! Indoor and outdoor, shady and sunny, blocked from the wind, you will be comfortable whatever the weather. There are so many windows with amazing views. The bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, are beautiful. Even the little auxiliary bedroom with an outdoor entrance is nice. There's also a powder room off of the pool table and an outdoor bathroom and shower near the hot tub! The beds are ridiculously divine. Good luck getting out of those in the morning! The kitchen was well equipped and our party of eight cooked together and dined comfortably in several different locations. The communication with Mariano was above and beyond. He was incredibly helpful with arranging our trip and always responsive to questions. The house staff is incredible. I didn't expect daily housekeeping but Lupita cleaned that place top to bottom every day! Jesus came daily to check the pool and any mechanical issues. He even opened some coconuts for us! The location is great, private and quiet but close to everything. The easy beach access is fantastic. One thing to be prepared for is the sargassum seaweed. Unfortunately it's rampant all over this area but whereas hotels will tractor it away, it builds up on the beach here. We had extra windy days so it might have been more than usual. Mariano was extremely helpful with suggesting activities and add-ons. Do not skip the chef option! The chef was so communicative and gave us tons of choices but also let us custom design a few menus. The price was cheaper than going to a restaurant and the food was all fantastic. We had enough leftovers to make fun brunches every day. The chef's assistant Maggie is delightful. She made margaritas the first day and then just made delicious cocktails with what we had. They put away the leftovers and clean the kitchen and it was the easiest, most pampered experience ever. I would also suggest the private snorkel boat that Mariano recommends. We loved everything about it. Finally, and I feel bad saying this because the ladies were very sweet, but I would skip the in-house massages if you are at all particular about massages and like any pressure. We all asked repeatedly in Spanish to please go more firm, more pressure. They seriously barely touch you, like less pressure than you would use to apply sunscreen to a premature baby. But all in all an incredible stay!

This house is just as represented in pictures. It's beautiful and spacious. We had 6 couples vacationing together, and there was plenty of room for everyone. Garage is big enough for three jeeps. Mariano was quick to respond anytime we had a question or need. We would definitely consider staying here again!

We were 2 families travelling with 10 people. 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9-19. This place is unbelievable!! Mariano (house manager) was super helpful. As we were planning for our trip he was able to provide us information about restaurants, transportation, groceries and excursions. He answered all of my questions and I felt like we were well prepared for our arrival. Mariano met us at the airport and helped us with our transportation into a shuttle van. He then met us at the house and gave us detailed instructions about how to use everything. Ahead of time I sent him a grocery list and he had everything at the house when we arrived. AWESOME! We used the chef Francisco several times while there and the food was fantastic and so much easier than going out. The portions aren't overly large so if you are big eaters you may want to request additional food (we had 5 teen boys!). The massages were awesome, we wish we had done it more than once. We also did a boat excursion. The sea was a bit rough that day and so we didn't get to take as much advantage of good snorkeling as we would have liked. They gave us a choice of 2 options and we picked the wrong one. We did catch fish on the way back and were able to have our chef prepare them. Several people got motion sick so be prepared if you have that tendency. The beach out front is so soft and sandy. Calm ocean. Great pool. Highly Recommend! Mariano and staff are top notch.

We stayed at Mariano's house for a bachelorette party with 13 guests. The house was absolutely beautiful and looked better in person than the pictures. Mariano was a wonderful communicator and responded kindly to my multiple requests prior to arrival. He helped us set up transportation, house decorations, chef and bartender, boat trip, and coffee tasting. Mariano arranged our transportation to and from the house and around the island! He recommended private chef Francisco and bartender Elsi who were phenomenal. They prepared multiple meals for us that were delicious! Mariano has everything you need in the house for a wonderful stay. The pool was relaxing and the house is directly on the beach. The house is in a quiet gated community but walking distance to the more populated beach clubs. The location, house and everything about the place was simply fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better trip. I would definitely recommend Mariano's place and would come back again!

House was perfect for the 8 of us. We hired the recommended private chef and bartender(ask for Elsi great service) and they were fantastic. Unfortunately they were booked for another event on the weekend and kindly referred us over to Chef Andrew who also did a great job. Mariano is a great host always communicating and nothing was too much trouble. Mariano organised taxis massages and our chef and was in constant communication with us whenever we needed anything. We had a problem with the air-conditioner in one room and Mariano got technicians to come out to resolve the issue, always communicating and keeping us up-to-date, the house is perfect for a family or a group of friends. The location is just a $10 cab ride to town with our own private beach and beautiful pool and spa. The chef that was provided also used great communications. We even made some changes throughout the trip and the breakfasts and dinners were all very tasty and everyone was happy with our meals throughout our stay. We could not have found a better house for the price with lots to do and many long nights around the pool table. Mariano and team do an amazing job of making sure everything is taken care of. The beach is basically private ( you get the occasional walkers), you can go out 50 to 60 feet and it is still only 4-5 ft deep. We had Francisco cook for us one evening (Fetachini Alfredo) and it was absolutely amazing! They took care of everything. If you stay here, you will need to rent a car as the city center is 3-4 miles away, but not a big deal. Everyone from the 6 year old, to my 78 year old Dad loved the vacation!

I wish I could give 10 stars. I booked the villa for myself and 13 friends for an annual girls beach trip. We couldn't have enjoyed it more! The villa is just as beautiful as it looks online. Even more so actually. The rooms are spacious, quiet and so comfortable. The pool is larger than it looks and the ocean invites from the very private beach. Even better than the spectacular villa was the the care provided to us by the staff. Mariano was so easy to communicate with and took care of every need in a moments notice. Lupita spent hours making the villa look check in fresh every day. Jesus kept the pool sparking and the outside clean daily. We chose to us Francisco and his staff for all meals when we were in the villa and the food and service were exceptional. They shopped and cooked, set the table, provided full service of the meals and cleaned everything before leaving. We literally did not lift a finger during our whole stay and spent less than eating out. Look no further, you have found THE place!

We stayed at Mariano's house for a bachelorette party with 13 guests. The house was absolutely beautiful and looked better in person than the pictures. Mariano was a wonderful communicator and responded kindly to my multiple requests prior to arrival. He helped us set up transportation, house decorations, chef and bartender, boat trip, and coffee tasting. Mariano arranged our transportation to and from the house and around the island! He recommended private chef Francisco and bartender Elsi who were phenomenal. They prepared multiple meals for us that were delicious! Mariano has everything you need in the house for a wonderful stay. The pool was relaxing and the house is directly on the beach. The house is in a quiet gated community but walking distance to the more populated beach clubs. The location, house and everything about the place was simply fantastic and we couldn't have asked for a better trip. I would definitely recommend Mariano's place and would come back again!

This could not have turned out better! The house is a spacious modern gem on a quiet sandy beach in a nice secure neighborhood close to town and the airport. Host Mariano was helpful and communicative. Housekeeper Lupita and chef Francisco took great care of our group of 10 extended family. We had am amazing time and would book this place again in a heartbeat.

Our family of 12 was well-accommodated in this property. The pool was a nice size and the outdoor area had both sun and shade. Mariano was efficient and spot-on all the time! He met us at the airport, gave us a tour of the property, booked our cabs, and made sure we had cribs and high chairs for our little ones. His communication was stellar! The housekeeping staff and pool guy cleaned daily and managed our laundry as well. The bedrooms with attached bathrooms had individual air conditioning units and were very comfortable. The house is located on the north end of the island which has its pluses as it was quiet and private. The disadvantage is everything is a cab ride away which ran anywhere from $8 to downtown or more if you are headed south. However, the cabs were on time and waiting anytime we needed one. The beach has nice white sand. Unfortunately, when we were there it was windy and the sea grass was plentiful. Yet, the staff did the best they could to keep up. **There is great snorkeling down the beach by the El Cozumeleno which is walkable. The chef and his team were really good! The food was great, the selections were plentiful, the presentation was top notch and best of all they managed the dishes (as there is not a dishwasher) and left the kitchen clean! It could use a new refrigerator and new wallpaper where the air conditioning leaked in a couple of spots. Overall the property is great for a large family or a group of friends.

Our group consisted of 3 families/friend groups. We had 8 kids between the ages of 7 and 15. There was plenty of room for everyone to sleep, have a quiet place to be, or have fun together. Here are some of the best things we loved and some helpful tips: *Mariano, the host, was most helpful and friendly. Anything we needed was a quick message and reply. He helped send any transportation we needed, and has lots of ideas for excursions if you're looking for that. *Lupita, the cleaner, was wonderful to have come every day. We appreciated not having to do dishes! *The chefs that are recommended to you will be wonderful. We didn't book early enough so Chef Fransisco was booked, but sent Chef Andrew & Molly from his staff to us. We were able to have dinners provided the 1st 3 nights- we chose 2 Shrimp and 1 Catch of the Day option, and they were amazing dinners! They went above and beyond. Don't hesitate to book with them! *If you need any supplies throughout the week, use WhatsApp to message Fasty Delivery. They will deliver ice, liquor, and meals from any of the local restaurants for usually about a $6-7 fee. So worth it! *If you want a day or 2 at an All-Inclusive, the Melia hotel is a 4 minute walk down the beach. We spent a day there at $50 for adults and $25 for kids and had the best time! Lots of things to do for kids and adults, and meals/drinks were great! No need to register ahead of time- just show up 11 am-5:45 pm were the hours included. *Snorkeling- 9 minute walk down the beach, you will find amazing snorkeling with lots of fish in clear water in front of El Cozumeleno. We brought our own gear (you don't really need flippers, but for sure snorkels/masks) and took the kids down several times. *Hot tub- we felt like we used it quite a bit! Maybe turned it on for about an hour every night and the cost for gas was $60. Worth it. :) So if you're looking for a beautiful, clean, and spacious house for a large group that is a beach walk away from great snorkeling, this is the place for you! We loved our stay...

Our group of 3 families (14 of us- 6 adults, 8 kids) ages 6-50 stayed for just under a week. We loved our stay and wished we could have stayed longer. All of the reviews about Mariano are on par. He was available and helpful at any moment of the day. Any question, concern or issue that need attending to was handled immediately. Bedrooms were cleaned daily and we hired Francisco (recommended by Mariano) to cook several meals for us. Francisco's staff made any adjustment needed by our pickier little eaters and was the best food we had during our stay. The beach was just outside our gate and we took out the plastic chairs and hung out there daily. We were able to take a short walk down the beach and rent wave runners and other water toys! Town was a short taxi (10-15 minutes, but expensive! for the short distance). The pool was surprisingly doable in Jan! Adults and kids alike were in it daily. There is a sound system that plays inside and outside, TV's in each room, a pool table that got used frequently and plenty of room to hang out. The house had everything we needed. It was a great stay with an amazing host. I highly recommend. We did not use the 6th room outside of the house as we orig were going to put a couple teens there. The room was smaller but clean and would be fine for a couple or 2 adults, However, our kids wanted to be in the house (we agreed, as it was close but a little too separate for our comfort to have kids out there) so they made do on super comfy couches in the TV room, which has doors to close it off from the main living areas. This house is absolutely stunning and so comfortable. There was plenty of room for eight of us without feeling crowded. I love the fact that it was in a private Gated neighborhood. Mariano was very helpful and easy to communicate with. The chef, Francisco did a beautiful job serving a taco dinner and two breakfasts for our group. I will definitely look forward to coming back!

Villa RosMar was a great fit for our family of 11, ages 4-77. Mariano, the property manager, was excellent and available for whatever we needed. Lupita, the housekeeper, was lovely, as well as Jesus who took care of the pool area. The location was perfect, we rented cars so it was easy for us to get to town. We booked Francisco, the chef, and his team for some meals at the house that we really enjoyed. We also booked Morgan, the boat offered with the property. The crew was fantastic!!! I recommend this addition to everyone who books Villa RosMar.

We were 2 families travelling with 10 people. 4 adults and 6 kids ages 9-19. This place is unbelievable!! Mariano (house manager) was super helpful. As we were planning for our trip he was able to provide us information about restaurants, transportation, groceries and excursions. He answered all of my questions and I felt like we were well prepared for our arrival. Mariano met us at the airport and helped us with our transportation into a shuttle van. He then met us at the house and gave us detailed instructions about how to use everything. Ahead of time I sent him a grocery list and he had everything at the house when we arrived. AWESOME! We used the chef Francisco several times while there and the food was fantastic and so much easier than going out. The portions aren't overly large so if you are big eaters you may want to request additional food (we had 5 teen boys!). The massages were awesome, we wish we had done it more than once. We also did a boat excursion. The sea was a bit rough that day and so we didn't get to take as much advantage of good snorkeling as we would have liked. They gave us a choice of 2 options and we picked the wrong one. We did catch fish on the way back and were able to have our chef prepare them. Several people got motion sick so be prepared if you have that tendency. The beach out front is so soft and sandy. Calm ocean. Great pool. Highly Recommend! Mariano and staff are top notch.

This property was incredible for our multi-family vacation. Our group included 7 adults and 5 children ages 1 to 7. The decor of the house is stunning! Lupita the housekeeper did an amazing job keeping the house spotless every morning! We felt like she became part of the family. The gentleman who took care of the pool and the pool deck also did a beautiful job. This was especially so because we had some very windy days that produced a lot of sand and leaves on the pool deck and in the pool. Speaking of the pool, it was a huge hit with everyone in our group! It has a shallow ledge for the littles, and then ranges between 4 and 5 ft that gave the older children some fun swimming. We did choose to pay for the propane to heat the hot tub for several hours each day. Make sure to only run the heater when you actually are planning to use it or it will get very expensive. What we had to pay was well worth it to me for the hours we used it. We had two children under the age of two for which they provided two very comfortable pack and plays, two high chairs and a gate at the base of the steps! There was always ample pool/beach towels and the indoor linens were very good quality. Mariano, the property manager, is very helpful and responsive. Chef Francisco did an amazing job for the five breakfast and two dinners that we had him and Elsie and the rest of his crew prepare and serve for us. We loved everything they made for us! Thank you Mariano for booking 3 great massage therapists!

Our family and friends joined us for my husband's 40th birthday celebration in Cozumel and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! The house was amazing! We traveled with 9 adults and 3 children and there was more than enough space for all of us. Everything from the pool, to the beach access, to food and service...the entire stay was perfection! Mariano checked on us daily and was extremely attentive and responsive. Chef Francisco, Elsi and team made sure every meal was better than the last. Extra shout out to Elsi!!! If you see this review...my entire family wants you to know that you helped us have the most memorable time! Finally Jesus and Lupita were there daily to clean the house and who were also always pleasant and warm. We very much felt at home and plan to return again!

Four generations gathered to celebrate my husband’s birthday. Joseph had always dreamed of bringing the family together at the beach, and we finally did it. Villa Rosmar could not have been more perfect. Although there were some issues with plumbing, Mariano, our manager, took care of them immediately. Within 24 hours we had a new water heater. The daily staff of Lupita and Jesus cleaned both inside and out side. Lupita, especially made the house shine. The villa itself is extraordinary, with wonderful art on the walls, an entry sculpture, and marble floors. Each room has its own character and either opened onto a balcony overlooking the ocean, the upper sundeck or a tropical garden. The sharks in the family really enjoyed the pool table, and it was hard to get the grandkids out of the swimming pool. There were ample chairs for sunning and giant blowup toys for the kids in the pool area. A shady nook with comfortable furniture provided the perfect setting for us to gather for morning coffee. Mariano went out of his way to take good care of us, even retrieving a favorites stuffed animal, that one of our granddaughters left behind. The crew of three that cooked for us on four nights, provided terrific service, cocktails and delicious food. They even made special arrangements for one of our grandsons, who has a food allergy. All in all the beauty and the extraordinary service that we experienced made this a family vacation to remember. Mil gracias a todos!

Villa RosMar was perfect for our 11 adults visiting Cozumel for the week. The house is exactly as advertised, palatial and clean. Mariano was the perfect host, arranging transportation and entertainment with just a few minutes notice. The house and pool were cleaned daily too. Francisco and staff provided incredible meals for us, including breakfasts and dinners. We left this place feeling a bit like royalty and would not hesitate visiting again.

The property is amazing and has plenty of space to gather as a group or get some alone time to relax. Mariano is an amazing host and makes it all happen very discretely. Chef Francisco and his staff did an amazing job through out our stay. They even were able to accommodate us when we caught a Wahoo on the Yacht and prepared the most amazing meal on short notice! Mariano also booked a yacht was amazing and took our group to some spectacular clear water where the stingrays and fish darted in and around out feet. We finished up fishing on the way back to the dock and caught 3 amazing fish, unbelievable!! Mariano also recommended a photographer to capture my Fiancés birthday properly. The Mariachis were a perfect surprise, and a memory that will last forever. I can't say enough about the property and the superb job the staff did keeping everything clean and tidy. I would highly recommend this property if you looking to relax or party it has it all. BTW the in house massages were a great way to welcome the day! Thanks for everything and I'm sure we will see you again!

House was perfect for the 8 of us. We hired the recommended private chef and bartender(ask for Elsi great service) and they were fantastic. Unfortunately they were booked for another event on the weekend and kindly referred us over to Chef Andrew who also did a great job. The property manager Mariano was easy to contact and very helpful during our stay.

Our stay was fantastic! The house was stunning, and both the pool and beach were perfect. We enjoyed Chef Fernando’s delicious breakfasts and dinners every day—each meal was exceptional. Elsie was a wonderful host and an expert at making margaritas. Mariano was incredibly attentive and helped us with all our excursions. We highly recommend this place and hope to return again in the future!

Our family of six enjoyed a fabulous stay at the RosMar Villa. Mariano was an exceptional host, and was in contact in the weeks leading up to our arrival to make arrangements like booking tours, car rentals and massages for us. We had Chef Francisco and staff come to the house to cook almost daily and it was fabulous. The house was large, well-appointed and everyone especially loved playing billiards. It was very clean, well-maintained and comfortable.
