A very large, unfenced garden offers a great place to relax, play soccer or basketball, and a communal walking path runs alongside the garden. The garage is at your disposal, as is the basement room with the foosball table. A ping-pong table is also available. Upstairs, a fully equipped kitchen is separate from the living room. There is a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. There is one bedroom with two single beds (90x190cm), one bedroom with a queen-size bed, and one bedroom with a queen-size electric bed (160x200cm).
