It took all night for the a/c at 66 to cool down the room, bathroom light over sink was out, no bags in the garbage cans, the lobby smelled of mold and mildew, thankfully it wasn't on the 4th floor, the remote batteries needed changing

Some construction going on. 3-13-24 Limited elevator service. No hot water for morning shower. Lavatory faucet handle not attached well. Television channel selection clumsy. Worse Hampton Inn in my experience. Hopefully better in future.

However, they ran out of breakfast items (grits) and we were told they were only allowed two pots for breakfast-even though the hotel was completely full! The housekeeping staff did not replace all the towels and we were only given one towel for our room. The front desk's reply when asked for more was "housekeeping did not wash or dry the towels for the day and there are none available." There was only one working elevator on the property.

They are doing renovations so clerk set up at folding table in lobby. Had to wait a good 25 minutes because she was helping someone get a roll away bed and she was alone. Grown men fighting on 4th floor Saturday night kept us awake. I mean banging on doors and stomping around right outside my room 423 clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was ok.

I’m pretty sure the window in our room was for decoration only. There was a major storm during the first night, and it poured into the room like a drain. The water was still sitting on the ac unit and all in the window sill when we got up the next morning. The carpet was wet around it. The floors and walls of the elevator appeared to have been wiped down with a dirty rag or dirty mop as everything was streaked. The smell also left a lot to be desired. The staff was very friendly so that was a plus.

The staff were great! The place is being renovated so things were a little more unorganized but the main thing was that it was hot in the hall ways and into the room. We went and bought a $40 fan to help cool down the room but other than that we enjoyed our time.

Very nice and big rooms , comfortable beds, love the pillows . I would definitely talk to the housekeeping the bathroom wasn’t clean had hair in the shower, the sink needs to be unclogged doesn’t drain good . During the stay, large cockroaches on multiple occasions were found even in 2:30 am. They were flying over my face and ceiling. I guess this entire building require immediate pest control. But hotel refused to refund my hotel stay.

There was no curtains on the window and shade was broken. No cover on electric socket in wall. No light bulb in lamp. No maintenance available and so one of the clerks brought us a bulb and blanket to hang over window to block lights from outside. Beds were so uncomfortable. Not the standard of Hamptons ive stayed previously.

An employee was fired and the other staff attempted to fight her as she left the hotel in front of several of the guests in my room to include an 8 yr old child. One of the guests in my room had to intervene to break up the altercation and escort the fired employee to their car to prevent the other employees from attacking her.
