The Hand Shower was broken, so you only can shower when sitting. The big pool was a bit heated, kids pool was freezing cold, not good for our 3 y o. The view from our room was perfekt. We had cockroaches in our room. The dinner was good for me, great salad buffet. But not for my husband, meat and main dishes were not good in quality and selection. To use the inside pool in the spa you need to pay 15€ per person a day. For one small pool the kid would use for maybe an hour, this is way too expensive. Didn’t expect to pay anything, not very attractive.

Excellent stay. Great value. Food was great staff friendly. Loved it when staff showed you to a table rather than the usual all inclusive scrum to get seated together. Food refreshed frequently and wide variety to suit picky kids. Hardly any queues to bar. Ok the lifts are a bit slow but if that’s the negative …. Definitely visit again

The views from the balcony of our room were very nice. We could hear the waves from the ocean when we woke up. That’s the positive. The negative: It says parking is available, but that’s a stretch of the truth. There are a few spots available—maybe 10–but it’s first come, first served. No reservations accepted. We stayed three nights and were never able to park there. Where can you park? On the street if you can find a spot. We looked and looked, without success. You can park at the mall for 35€ a day. Next—breakfasts and dinner are included and the dinner was bad enough that we only ate there once out of three nights. Next—the cleaning service knocks on the door and opens it at the same time. They saw me in my bra a few times, as I had no warning. Maintenance came to fix the tub (that wasn’t broken and I didn’t call them) and just keyed in at the same time he knocked. He saw me naked. Should also note that this is a place that caters to small children. It’s full of kids having fun, crying, screaming, etc. I would not stay here again.

El alojamiento en general bueno, las instalaciones no eran muy nuevas, algunas necesitan restaurarse. El buffet completo y la calidad buena, en relación calidad-precio. La piscina genial, podías disponer de tumbona sin problema y con zonas de sol y sombra. El parking un poco caro. La habitación normalita para un cuatro estrellas. La atención del personal muy buena. La conexión de horarios entre el bufete, bar piscina y bar hotel ha sido buena porque siempre podías disponer de algo abierto y eso se agradece, en el todo incluido. La ubicación buenísima, céntrico para ir al mar, pasear y centro pueblo. En general la estancia muy buena.

Equipes accueillantes et agreables. Magnifique vue sur la mer de la chambre. Je recommande le "all inclusif" avec un repas au restaurant à la carte compris. Déçue de la piscine couverte non ouverte, le club enfant pas disponible et SURTOUT il était ecrit " baby sitter disponible" sur le site expédia et cela est complément faux !! Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour ce service et il n'existe pas !! Extrêmement déçue par cette fausse information qui nous a coûté 2 places de funiculaire que l'on a pas pu faire :(

The horrible: A group of football players took over the hotel causing chaos, constant noise, taking over the pool, buffet, bars. They completely ruined our experience and the front desk could only shrug and say "Sorry" without doing anything. They ended up leaving 2 days before we left, so 4 days of our vacation of getting woken up all the time, having absolutely no fun at the pool and not being able to get any peace eating at the buffet. The hotel did not really care about our constant complaints on this topic, even though they were reactive for other topics.

L’équipe animation est géniale ! la piscine très agréable … ménage nickel, les serveurs pétillants et le restaurant italien un bonheur … Le personnel est très gentil ! Merci à toutes et tous Valérie ..

Habitación standar decoración completamente obsoleta, mal insonorizada con puerta que daba a otra habitación y que los niños de al lado intentaban abrir (teníamos 2 habitaciones pero no comunicadas entre sí, se comunicaban con otros clientes. Pocos enchufes pedimos regletas y nos dieron la dirección de una ferretería (tenemos el mapa) Aire acondicionado ruidoso y sin marcas en el termostato Baño anticuado con una sola pastilla de jabón y dispensadores de gel, mala iluminación 1 solo enchufe Intentamos cancelar pero no fue posible sin penalización y el reembolso tampoco era posible, se pago en el hotel y tardaban más de 7 días El buffet era de muy bajo nivel, habíamos comprado el pack completo, e intentamos anular el primer dia. Pero hoteles.com dijo que lo tenía que hacer el hotel y el hotel que hoteles.com Solo hemos desayunado 2 personas. En la semana solo hicimos 2 cenas en los restaurantes de las instalaciones también bastante mejorables También hay un sistema de reserva de horarios para el desayuno y comidas cuártelario , que tampoco evita las colas Igualmente los ascensores o están mal programado o son pinsuficientes . Mejor por las escaleras Las instalaciones de las piscinas con tumbona también suponen cierta habilidad para coger alguna . Como no viajábamos con niños no podemos decir nada de ese tema Hemos pagado la estancia del parking La situación del hotel es buena , te permite ir a cualquier otro sitio rápidamente EL PERSONAL es 10

We had a really disappointing experience at this hotel. It is definitely not 4 stars, 3 if you get a renovated room, less if you’re in the others (which make up the majority). We were given the latter to start with and the room was shabby and dirty, paint peeling off all of the furniture and mould in the bathroom. The food was average (avoid the a la carte restaurants completely as these are worse, and charge you if half board). The pool area is nice and it’s a convenient location. The spa was nice but again this is an extra charge and not made clear. Some staff cheerful and helpful, others are really rude. Not quite sure how this hotel has the ratings it does, maybe from a few returning customers. I’d definitely avoid.

Nice view, polite personel, nice ground floor and park with pool area. Room floors and room were looking a bit tired after many years. Over all impression is good and it was a pleasent stay. overallin use.

The lounge bar often had queues in the evening thought the staff worked very hard to keep things moving. Didn’t like the fact that only local spirits on offer for all inclusive and full price charged for branded spirits. Other hotel I have visited charged a supplement not full price.

Todo increíble. Las instalaciones maravillosas, tranquilas, limpias y bonitas. El menú buffet bastante variado cada día. La atención del personal fue increíble por parte de todos, pero destacar el trabajo de las animadoras (Ale y Eri), siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y con toda la buena actitud. Y de los camareros, Moisés. Super amable, muy atento y un encanto de persona, cuidenlo bien :)

Nice hotel with a great sea view, close to Puerto De La Cruz historical center, nice staff, good food. Good place to relax. A few more deckchairs by the pool and a few more parking spaces would be welcome

Eine schöne Anlage in zentraler Randlage. Die Promenade ist fussläufig erreichbar und lädt zum Spazieren ein. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und höflich. Die Speisen sind gut und vielfältig. Die Einrichtung und die Zimmer könnten an manchen Stellen eine Renovierung vertragen, der aktuelle Zustand scheint aber landesüblich zu sein.

Eine schöne Anlage in zentraler Randlage. Die Promenade ist fussläufig erreichbar und lädt zum Spazieren ein. Das Personal ist hilfsbereit und höflich. Die Speisen sind gut und vielfältig. La atención del personal fue increíble por parte de todos, pero destacar el trabajo de las animadoras (Ale y Eri), siempre con una sonrisa en la cara y con toda la buena actitud. Y de los camareros, Moisés. Super amable, muy atento y un encanto de persona, cuidenlo bien :)

The good: We had a great time. Everything was very clean and the staff was very attentive. The entertainment staff did an amazing job with the kids. The food was always good and plentiful as were the drinks. The location couldn't have been more perfect. The bad:Elevators definitely need serviced. Showers have poor water pressure. The air conditioning didnt work on our first night and there was a leak in our ceiling. One bartender always seemed a bit grumpy. All of the entertainment was geared towards the kids leaving the adults with only drinking to entertain ourselves.

Aftenbuffeten bør være meget meget bedre…alt kødet er tørstegt, maden mangler salt, cafeteria mad og præsenteret som sådan i store fade og bøtter… desserten kan dog snige sig op på een stjerne mere…
