Amazing hotel. The staff went above and beyond. Nothing was any trouble for them. Pool side great. Free towels. Breakfast was the best ever for choice and a piano playing. Room was huge and comfortable. Would highly recommend and we will be back. Thank you 🙏

The staff was professional and courteous. The hotel and hotel grounds are beautiful. We called the front desk for kettle and coffee cups since the room didn't have and both arrived in a timely manner. Very good food and bar options. Hotel is within walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping. My only issue is the hotel website should include the fact that there is an extra charge for using the gym and the chaise lounges on the beach. These are usually included in the cost of hotel/room. Guests at hotel are able to use the pool and eat at restaurant with Mediterrean Hotel which is hotel nedt to Cleopatra. Overall, I would.highly recommend this hotel.

Great hotel and amazing staff. Breakfast was good and the pool area was very chilled out. Only negatives are the sea view rooms are very noisy from noise on the street outside and people on the beach in the dark. The indoor pool is at a charge .

The hotel is well positioned for the beach, shops, bars and restaurants. Our room was a little close to the nearby karaoke bar. Breakfast provided a good choice and we loved listening to the pianist in the morning. The hotel is a little crowded, particularly around the pool where people are allowed to reserve beds all day (but aren't using them) requiring guests to move people's towels in order to find a place to sunbathe. The rooms are basic and lacking any luxury but the beds are comfortable and everything was in working order.

Nice hotel with spacious room. Room had everything you need including a fridge which was great. Breakfast was excellent and ran from 7 until 10.30. Pool area was well maintained and plenty of sun beds. Only negative for the hotel was the fact that there was no shop .. there was a shop in the sister hotel med palace but no acess until after 6 pm. Also the entertainment was only in the sister hotel..

Being greeted with a glass of Champagne was a very good start. Inside, the hotel looked like a Hollywood set, as was the pool area - a space fit for Cleopatra herself. The breakfast had excellent choices and open for a good time. No in-house restaurant for dinner at this time, which was disappointing, but the main street was 2 minutes away and full of eating places. The beach was outside the front door as was the promenade, which went around the whole bay area. An excellent place to holiday.

The location and the breakfast are fantastic. The team will make all they can to make your stay the best as they can. (thanks to Deil, Antonio, and others). The clean, sandy beach is just outside of the hotel. Go early and take the right side- it's less crowded and the waves are calmer. By the hotel, you will find huge amount of restaurants and shops, and it was very safe to walk around. Don't miss the sunset by the Starbucks' beach. Last thing: don't miss the spa with it's heated seawater pool. And now the "not so good" stuff : 1- the front of the hotel is the "Hard Rock Cafe" but you will not hear the noise. 2- To the opposite, the outside right wing suffers from the street parties till 11:30pm. (rooms 3xxx) 3- The rooms on the outside left wing (7xxx) are quit at evenings and nights but during the day there was some light construction noise from the opposite hotel. I think that maybe it will open by the end of next year (Dec 2024). So after then, consider choosing the rooms with the pool view . 4. If you like a really hot Jacuzzi, please remember that the outside one is only 27 degrees centigrade. the inside one is about 33-34.

La camera con infissi inesistenti ( considerando il rumore) e piccoli insetti nel bagno e sui mobili. Piscina fredda ben al di sotto dei 26 gradi attesi, quando segnalato alla reception mi è stato risposto che sarei stato contattato dal responsabile, ovviamente non è successo come non era vero che l’avessero misurata con un termometro. Molto da migliorare, peccato

This place is awesome! The staff were attentive and nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted. Breakfast was very plentiful with a ton of variety. Close to everything you would need and next to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool and grounds always clean. Not one complaint with our stay and will definitely recommend. Room could have been cleaner. Decor is a bit dated too. All round a good experience.

La struttura è in una delle migliori posizioni possibili, il personale è molto gentile e disponibile, la colazione ottima e abbondante. Unici difetti parcheggio non sempre facile da trovare e la camera non è stata pulita una giornata! Ma complessivamente il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono!

The property is exceptionally clean and the sea view was amazing. The staff were amazing and helped with everything. The breakfast is top notch and set you up with plenty of choice.

The hotel is superb throughout, immaculately clean. Certain areas are a bit dated but the hotel is stunning through out especially the main dining areas. Location excellent, staff are brilliance and you are well looked after.

Das Positive zuerst, die Lage des Hotels ist fantastisch, die Pools sauber, man kann herrlich schwimmen, die Mitarbeiter sind sehr, sehr nett. Leider sind die Zimmer (Suite, 2 Balkone) sehr abgewohnt, die Lampen hängen schief oder funktionierten nur teilweise, die Möbel sind abgeschrammt und mehrfach überlackiert, das Doppelbett steht auf Rollen, quietscht gerne mal bei Bewegung. Wir hatten viele Wasserflecken an den Decken, vielleicht durch die Pools auf den Balkonen über uns. Leider roch es in unserem Bad sehr nach Urin, manchmal blubberte etwas aus der Wanne hoch, dreimal riefen wir nachts die Haustechnik, weil stundenlanges Wasserrauschen im Schlafzimmer und Bad zu hören war. Das Personal war allerdings wirklich immer sehr bemüht und hilfsbereit. Während unseres 14tägigen Aufenthaltes war jeden Morgen das Kaffeetrinken eine echte Herausforderung, 4 Automaten gibt es, meistens funktionierten sie nicht, mussten repariert oder teilweise(oder ganz) gesperrt werden, jede Maschine braute verschiedene Varianten was Stärke und Temperaturbetrifft, für Kaffeliebhaber schrecklich, Teetrinker sind hier klar im Vorteil.

The pool, breakfast & bar area provided a good choice of food & drink options The room we stayed in was large & very clean. Unfortunately, the room had a kettle, but lacked any tea or coffee cups. The tv reception was poor on ocassion. Our main issue, was the NOISE, situated close to the Hard Rock Cafe, the room should have sound proof windows!! We should have been told & received the option to move!!

Lovely location and impressive communal areas. However the room itself was very worn and needs new furniture. Many scuffed or broken parts. Breakfast amazing, varied and well presented.

Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist sehr schön. Wir hatten ein Zimmer direkt am im Hotelkomplex integrierten Hard Rock Cafe und nahe an der Hauptstraße. Das war sehr, sehr laut, insbesondere da im Hard Rock Cafe auch noch Live Konzerte von 21:00 - 23:00 Uhr gegeben wurden. Selbst mit geschlossenem Fenster konnte man kaum den Fernseher verstehen. Ich verstehe nicht, warum man diese Zimmer belegt, wenn das Hotel bei weitem nicht voll ist. Ein Umzug im Hotel kam nicht in Frage, weil wir sowieso nur zwei Tage gebucht hatten.

Whilst we were very happy with our stay I did feel the room itself is a little tired, water damaged furniture and poorly positioned television which was old and had less than 6 English channels that actually received a signal.

We enjoyed our stay there, esp coz it was my fiancee's birthday weekend. It was so lovely meeting Janine at the reception. She gave as a warm welcome oh and her aura!!simply the best. Thankyou Cleopatra, we'll be back☺️

Sadly, our recent stay did not go well - We have stayed at this hotel many times over the years and we have always been impressed and pleased with our stay. However, on this occasion there has been a major change in attitude of management and guest services - rude, not listening and unwilling to listen and not understanding and unwilling to understand. Certainly we were not treated as VIP and felt treated as Low Life - As a senior doctor and nurse, we were officially reprimanded by Guest services for celebrating my Birthday on the balcony at midnight - we were not noisy or drunk. My wife is Registered Blind in the UK and partially Deaf - this was not listened to or understood. The second day, after dinner in town for my Birthday, I was unwell coming home and needed to rest and lie down to fend off a bout of nausea - I have Crohn’s Disease which can cause nausea and sickness after eating - We were shouted out in the hotel and reprimanded for bad behaviour - We were not listened to about my Crohn’s Disease and not understood. Guest services stated repeatedly that it was ‘Not Their Concern’ !! They were only concerned about other guests. We were then quite abruptly asked to leave the hotel the morning after at 11am and told to pack and leave the room within 15 minutes - We were told Management had made this decision but we were not allowed to discuss this with management or guest services. We were escorted out of the hotel with our case and bags with nowhere to stay !!

Have stayed here many times and have always had a great! This time was going well but we all had problems with our key cards for our rooms!! At least once a day the card wouldn’t open our room door!?!? Very frustrating and always received a different reason at reception for the fault!!! At check in, we were offered a 2 hour late check out for both our rooms, which we agreed to! On the day of check out, we were out walking and Reception called and demanded we check out of one room as we only had late check out for one room!!! The staff on Reception Yolanda and Julia(?), were very unpleasant!! It really put a bad taste in our mouth and ruined what, until then had been a lovely holiday!!!

The arrival and check in was amazing. Sinthia on receotion was outstanding!! Super efficient and friendly and did everything to ensure we had the very best service and experience. I cant praise her highly enough. Incredible.

The Cleopatra Palace is just a really nice hotel! Very well located on a stretch of golden sandy beach. Many rooms at the front of the hotel have a sea view balcony offering that refreshing sea breeze when you are sitting out enjoying the relaxing sound of the waves rolling in! Staff very friendly and helpful…

Close to the beach and the main shopping street.Will stay again on our visit around this Autumn.

Beste Lage in der Umgebung. Tolles Hotel, Zimmer leider sehr Renovierungsbedürftig. War seit 8 Jahren nicht mehr dort und empfand es damals schon als Renovierungsbedürftig. Das Frühstück war vor 8 Jahren ein absoluter Traum, jetzt leider sehr enttäuschend. Es gibt aber die Möglichkeit nebenan im Mediterran Palace zu essen und dort ist es super. Ich war bereits zum 3x dort und würde trotzdem immer wieder hin. Es ist einfach ein super Hotel in perfekter Lage direkt am Strand. Ich warte jetzt die Renovierung ab.

I had an amazing stay and I will definitely return for my next holiday. The staff is very friendly, and the service is excellent. The location is right in the middle of everything, as well as being ocean front. I enjoyed every minute of my time there.

Staff were amazingly polite and helpful. Coffee at breakfast dreadful- buy a good cup for 2.50 at the pool bar at 1030 instead . Otherwise breakfast ok. Rooms are a bit dated but good size and perfectly ok. Would go back .

Great view and easy access to the beach. Make sure you have an international adapters for your computer and cell phones. We ended up having to buy 2. The breakfast was tasteless, fruit tasted like it came out of a can and coffee was awful. Food from room service was very good.

Excellent service and very friendly staff who love to help. A gorgeous breakfast buffet with all different styles of food.
