Hotel Zentral Center - Adults only

Clean spacious hotel with nice staff and a nice rooftop pool area. Breakfast was ok Unfortunately there is no bar as such and no food or drink facility at the pool. Maybe different at other times of the year.

Loved my stay here again! I got upgraded as ive been here a few times before, thank you 😊. Hotel rooms are very clean, has amazing views of the mountains and the sea. The pool area at the top floor is great for views! In a very good location too where you dont get too much noise but only 5mins walk away from main areas. A few downsides are that the hot tub doesn't get hot and the wifi in the room is very poor. So maybe top up on your mobile data before you go! But overall a great stay with friendly working staff at reception 🙂

Central location with many shops, bars and restaurants near-by. Also beach is in walkable distance. Room was clean with big wardrobe and many shelves. Breakfast and dinner bufet got many options. Friendly staff. There is a small rooftop pool with spa and sauna. No bar but you can use vending machines for cold drinks.

Not 4* id say 3*.Over all I had a pleasant experience at this hotel. I received an adapted room cause of my disability 108, it had everything I needed. Tea and coffee and kettle, plenty of cupboard space, a safe €3 a day a fridge. I was half board, food was ok, basic really. Pool area was nice on the roof, though I didn’t use the pool as I’d struggle to get in and out. Got an outside shower, toilets nearby and small suna but I didn’t use it. Staff were all friendly and helpful. My downside are no balconies in all rooms as far as I know. I know it’s not a big deal for some but I like to sit out there at night and read before going to bed and coffee in the morning out there to. Shower curtain could do with changing look old and faded. No bar at the pool area just a vending machine. A very quiet hotel I found to quite for me.

No pool bar , no bar at hotel think they had a fridge with some drinks behind reception but pool was on 7th floor , no balcony in the room , not a normal hotel for a holiday , nothing like a 4star hotel, on plus side location was good.

This was my second time at Hotel Zentral. I like that it's in between Los Cristianos and Playa de las americas. About 5-7mins in both directions from the hotel. Hotel was very clean and the receptionist staff were all very friendly and helpful. It has a lovely roof top area, with amazing views of the mountain on one side and the sea on the other. It also has a small pool and hot tub/jacuzzi. They were both quite cold, so that could've been better. Hotel room was very clean and again the view of the mountains, seeing the sunrise every morning was great. Room and bathroom were both very spacious. Bed was also very comfortable. Only downside was the slow wifi so if that could be improved, the room would be perfect. Overall, I had a great experience at Hotel Zentral. Which is why ive been there twice already 🙂 looking forward to an upgrade next time I go 😉

Good hotel but was really disappointed at the lack of a balcony , my fault for not looking at the website properly as it looked liked it had. Wouldn’t return for that reason only . No proper bar either !!

Leider ist das Hotel in jeder Hinsicht überbewertet und überteuert. Aufgrund der Qualität der Dienstleistungen würde ich es eher mit drei Sternen bewerten. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ist ausreichend, aber im Bad war an mehreren Stellen rund um die Badewanne Schimmel. Die tägliche Reinigung bestand hauptsächlich aus dem Entleeren des Mülleimers. Während unseres einwöchigen Aufenthalts wurde die Bettwäsche nicht einmal, die Handtücher zweimal gewechselt. Minibar war nicht vorhanden. Die Matratze auf dem Bett war tadellos, sie hätte für einen ausgezeichneten Schlaf gesorgt, wenn man nicht befürchten müsste, dass das Bettgestell jederzeit zusammenbrechen könnte, es war aus so einfachem und schwachem Material. Die Wände zwischen den Zimmern sind zu dünn. Ich schätze, nicht nur wir interessieren uns nicht für die Beziehungsprobleme oder Sexualgewohnheiten anderer Menschen. Vor allem zwischen 3 und 4 Uhr morgens. Die Frühstücksauswahl ist sehr eintönig. Dies wäre kein Problem, aber die Arbeitsmoral des Frühstückspersonals müsste erheblich verbessert werden. Die Gäste machten mehrere Runden, bis sie einen Tisch fanden, der keine Reste vom vorherigen Gast hatte. Die Sauberkeit der Tische hat zusätzliche Fragen. Wir buchen seit Jahren Unterkünfte auf Hotels.com, weil es immer zuverlässige Informationen über Unterkünfte geliefert hat. Ich hoffe, dass wir danach immer noch vertrauensvoll auf der Seite buchen können.

Verschließene Handtücher ( mit Löcher), Boden nicht feucht gewischt, im Zimmer dunkel( kein Licht am Tisch). Allgemein ist die Sauberkeit auf der Strecke geblieben.

Hotel in pessime condizioni, pulizia che lascia a desiderare, letto non rifatto ma solo rialzata la coperta, bollitore incrostato,vasca della doccia da vergogna.

Third time we have stayed in this hotel and we have never been disappointed. Make sure you read the description, all the things other reviewers complain of are made quite clear. Rooms are very clean and the staff from the cleaners to the reception are always friendly without being overbearing.

Esperienza scadente, struttura bella e grande ma quasi abbandonata, camere ampie ma pulizia 0, asciugamani macchiate e puzzolenti, a colazione non potevi portare con te manco una merendina su in camera. Da non ritornare

Comoda e centrale, camera grande e silenziosa. Vicina a tutti i servizi ed al centro città. Scarso il servizio pulizie, bagni vetisti e non ben manutenuti. Vasca con doccia vecchio stile ed arrugginita, gabinetto che si muoveva con tavoletta rotta... Wifi nella camera non funzionante. Per rifare la stanza abbiamo dovuto attendere le 14.30, probabilmente mancava il personale ai piani.

Enjoyed our stay at the Zentral Center. Stayed here now many times and find the staff very welcoming and friendly. The room we were given on the 7th floor had a good sized balcony. It was a good sized room and was cleaned with new towels every day. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a peaceful stay close to many bars and restaraunts.

The air condition was non-existent! The staff tried to accommodate, but the system was too weak and didn't provide enough cool to the room, despite the technicians trying to investigate twice in two-night stay. At the end of the day, we were miserable during the night due to lack of cooling!

Had a good 4 day break room clean good shower . Only drawback no english tv channels with the digital tv available nowadays could have at least a couple of channels be it movies or bbc and itv. Apart from that good stay.

Best thing is the location, perfect for everything, walks to Los C or Adaje and Americas all directions close. Hotel is great for a few nights, we stayed five, but lack of any kitchen facilities other than a kettle and fridge restricted us eating in which we like to do to break things up. No balcony however we had a lovely see view, so no complaints. No hotel bar available, not a problem for us. Roof top pool was good. TV in the room was good, works with the firestick and decent 5g. Couldn’t access the WiFi. Busses from Zentral are great too.

10 min walk to busy shopping, eating area and beach front. Good location to walk to excursion meeting points. Half board and breakfast choice could do with improving on variety and quality. Reception staff helpful and friendly. We needed to check-out for 11am but flight not until evening, we were able to hold luggage in reception and use pool area, during interim and go out for lunch, on return use pool shower and refresh before taxi being called at reception to airport.

The hotel staff are excellent coming hear for years best hotel in Tenerife 6 stars from us definitely be back great experience highly recommend booking this hotel David is the best always goes that extra mile nothing is a bother see you soon

This is our 2nd stay here - Cant complain about anything - not as fancy as some hotels but that makes it great as the staff are always happy to help if there is something not quite right.

This hotel is within easy access to all areas. Taxi and bus stop right outside hotel. Walking distance to all restaurants, bars and shopping. Hotel staff are very helpful and friendly, rooms very spacious, the decor is very traditionally spanish and comfortable. We stayed eight nights and never heard a sound it was so very quiet. Will certainly return.

A super experience from start to finish. On arrival greeted by Ignacio on reception, who explained everything about the room and the services provided by the hotel and where they were situated pool, restaurant etc. The room was lovely and was cleaned everyday that I was there. I had breakfast on 2 occasions and on both the buffet style continental food was very nice. Nothing was an issue for the staff, they even phoned a taxi for me on several occasions. A very pleasant stay in a very nice hotel.

Bed was clean and comfy and the room was quiet. Gedy on reception was very helpful and the general location was great for most areas. Small points to be rectified...not enough coffee, sugar, shower gel etc.in the room.

was a ok hotel a little out from main area, a concert on at the stadium across the road which made saturday night very noisy, it was clean, breakfast was very basic and not worth price-note no bar. Roof top was ok for sun bathing and there was a small pool

The rooms are spacious, and the breakfast menu is well-rounded and nutritious. However, some fittings might be overly tight, especially in the bathroom, and the parking situation isn't the easiest (although there IS paid parking at the hotel, operated by a separate company).

Onze kamer was prima. Voldoende ruim en zoals omschreven. Ontbijt was oké, niet bijzonder, maar voldoende aanbod (veelal gericht op Engelse bezoekers). Het diner is verschrikkelijk: koud, smakeloos en eenzijdig. Drie dagen geprobeerd en sindsdien elders gaan eten. Personeel reageert er niet op. Op de dag van ons vertrek werden we om 7.30 uur opgehaald. We vroegen of we dan alvast een broodje konden krijgen om 7.15 om mee te nemen (verder niks nodig). Helaas het personeel was onverbiddelijk; om 7.30 uur gaat het restaurant open. Weinig klantvriendelijk. De foto’s op de website van een bruisend winkelaanbod onder het hotel zijn misleidend. Alles staat leeg op 3 shops na. Dat kan, maar pas dan de foto’s aan.

Our second stay and again it was good. Value and location for this hotel is good. Breakfast is poor and should be better but you can manager. Friendly staff.
