It should have been so much better. A hotel in an historic building with midetn facilities. The check in staff were friendly, especially the young man who dealt with us, but the process took too long. When we went to the bar, what we assumed to be the head barman (the older person) was incredibly surly. The waiting staff in the restaurant had a couldn't care less attitude, especially the waitress who attended us. The additional charges on thecrestaurant menu were illogical and petty. We assume the poor, unprofessional attitude of the staff stems from the topmanagement

The history of the hotel was great, the only down side was the rooms were really hot and the air condition was only set to warm. The walls however were wafer thin

Typical continental. When leaving I saw another guest with a nice English style cooked breakfast which I would have like. Server did not look approachable.

Good Parador with great views over the city and mountains. Rooms large and well equipped with balconies. Plenty of parking on site. Staff friendly and helpful. Food in the restaurant was disappointing. Would stay again. Ebro delta is beautiful.
