Hotel tres vieillissant, très peu de service, le bar ne propose que très peu de boissons et les plats proposés sortent du congélateur. Le point positif est qu’il près de l’aéroport mais pas du tout au niveau d’un Ibis rouge, je pense même moins bien qu’un Ibis budget. Très décevant

There is no free shuttle to the airport, and transportation is limited to taxis, so if you do not have a car you will have to splurge paying taxis to the airport or the city of Valencia. Only public bus is available close to the hotel. The train line is about ten minutes by car.

Niet duur en dichtbij de luchthaven. Wij kwamen pas om 21.30u toe, ideaal om daar een eerste nachtje te slapen en dan verder te gaan. De kamers zijn ruimer dan ik verwacht had, genoeg stopcontacten, aangenaam. Ook de badkamer is prima. Je kan vlak naast het hotel gratis parkeren. In de bar kan je ook eten tot 23u, was helemaal niet slecht. Een aanrader als je voor een nachtje dichtbij de luchtbaven wilt slapen.

Niet duur en dichtbij de luchthaven. Wij kwamen pas om 21.30u toe, ideaal om daar een eerste nachtje te slapen en dan verder te gaan. De kamers zijn ruimer dan ik verwacht had, genoeg stopcontacten, aangenaam. Ook de badkamer is prima. Je kan vlak naast het hotel gratis parkeren. In de bar kan je ook eten tot 23u, was helemaal niet slecht. Een aanrader als je voor een nachtje dichtbij de luchtbaven wilt slapen.

Alles was in orde. Het enige minpunt is dat er een restaurant is dat normaal gezien open is om 18u30. Toen we om 18u45 wilden eten, ging het niet, buiten enkele kleine hapjes, want er had juist een grote groep ingecheckt. We konden pas na 20u gaan eten

The property is great ans the staff are friendly. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was turned off because of the "season" and as a result the room was pretty warm. The staff gave me a fan but that was not enough. They shiuld consider that the winter season here is still pretty warm and some of us are not used to our rooms being that warm at night. Otherwise, this is a great, affordable place to stay.

Hotel alejado del centro. Sin coche no hay mada que hacer. Es un hotel funcional y muy básico. Personal agradable. El baño era como el de los aviones… un poco claustrofóbico! Había demasiado ruido por la noche (niños corriendo por los pasillos, gente hablando en voz alta, etc.) Desayuno variado, pero calidad muy normalita. No destaca por nada! Es un aprobado raspado!

El hotel esta muy bien situado y accesible alado del centro comercial bonaire, unas camas muy comodas, un hotel muy elegante, el baño esta bien aunque la calidad es mejorable, el desayuno un poco caro, 9€, pero buffet muy completo. Algo que mejoraria seria una neverita en las habitaciones, que en mi caso no habia y es algo necesario em verano, y algo que destacaria es la television de la habitacion, es de gran tamaño y bastante nueva, algo que se agradece. Mi opinion personal es completamente satisfecho, no esperaba tanto de este hotel y estas estrellas.

The breakfast was good and room was spacious but garbage wasn't empty in bathroom. They didn't really have staff at the front desk, so we had to go to the Kitchen when we need to call a taxi. It was inconvenient. They need more staff.

Posso consigliare questo hotel al 100%100 come accoglienza, disponibilità, gentilezza, cordialità.su tutti i servizi. Unica pecca e l'accessibilità, dal centro di Valencia e anche se vicinissimo all'aeroporto non è raggiungibile a piedi assolutamente ne in metrò che non arriva a l'hôtel. Unico mezzo se non si viaggia in auto è il taxi. Purtroppo abbiamo fatto chiamare un taxi all'hotel ma il taxista aveva già il taxímetro a 9 € quando siamo partiti quindi alla fine pagamento 15€ invece dei reali 7€ corretti. Ma non dipende dall'hotel assolutamente.

Posso consigliare questo hotel al 100%100 come accoglienza, disponibilità, gentilezza, cordialità.su tutti i servizi. We stopped here overnight on a drive south from Barcelona. Clean, quiet, excellent coffee at the bar. It’s at the edge of a large mall and near the airport so scenery wasn’t great but we drove 20 minutes to Valencia and had fabulous paella.

Das Einkaufszentrum nebenan bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rundum ein sehr zufriedenstellendes Hotel. Wenn man auf öffentlichen Nahverkehr angewiesen ist um in die Innenstadt Valencias zu kommen muss man sich auf rund 40 Minuten Busfahrt einstellen.

Das Einkaufszentrum nebenan bietet zahlreiche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants. Sehr freundliches Personal. Rundum ein sehr zufriedenstellendes Hotel. Wenn man auf öffentlichen Nahverkehr angewiesen ist um in die Innenstadt Valencias zu kommen muss man sich auf rund 40 Minuten Busfahrt einstellen.

Hotel tres vieillissant, très peu de service, le bar ne propose que très peu de boissons et les plats proposés sortent du congélateur. Le point positif est qu’il près de l’aéroport mais pas du tout au niveau d’un Ibis rouge, je pense même moins bien qu’un Ibis budget. Très décevant

L’hôtel et la chambre et le confort étaient bien et lit confortable avec un bon matelas et oreiller. Seul bémol c’est wc dans la salle de bain . En ce qui concerne la restauration c’etait la catastrophe, tous les produits étaient surgelés et le prix très cher on a été très très déçu. Patatas bravas à 7,50 c’était surgelé aucun goût et les wings pareil 10euros surgelés , le burger cher or que le steak surgelé est cuit au four devant nous et il y a juste salade , fromage non fondu c’etait juste degeulasse la bouffe. Les autres clients se sont beaucoup plaints aussi franchement on aurait dû faire un uber eats. Je vous conseille de dormir là-bas si vous prenez l’avion le lendemain mais manger hors de question. Les employés pas souriants ni avenants.

Our dislikes, the rooms didn’t have a garage can only the bathroom . The bottle water in room could be larger. The breakfast choices were limited, no cut fresh fruit, or pastries. If you want to have people return, give a little more 👍😊

I hate to give this hotel so low of a rating because the staff were great and it was really clean, but I have never had such a horrible night sleep. It is so incredibly loud there are people running down the hallways and all hours of night. They don’t keep the hallway doors closed to help muffle some of the sound from the main bar area. I maybe got two hours of sleep because I was disrupted from so much yelling and shouting and running and the walls are so thin.

This was a side trip for the purpose of seeing the total solar eclipse. Not much around the hotel. Mainly an industrial area near the airport, and a shopping mall. Fairly good selection of restaurants in the mall, and a grocery/department store. 25 Euro taxi ride to Valencia Centro and locations of tourist interest. Staff is helpful. Breakfast is good, but doesn't vary from day to day. An in room refrigerator would have improved things greatly. Convenient to airport, but we were traveling by train. 20 minutes to train station.

The hotel was evacuated and roads closed due to wildfires and police did not let me in, but IBIS refuses to refund me my money, when they were closed. I have attempted several times to get a refund with no response.
