Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great house, great location, nicely appointed warm & welcoming. Enjoyed access to the beach, great for walking the dog. Quiet neighborhood, with no house parties or cars parked everywhere. Really enjoyed the stay. Will definitely be back!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We loved 20 SidDunes and hope to stay again. The home was clean and well stocked with beach chairs and kitchen equipment. The neighborhood was well maintained, quiet and beautiful--especially the boardwalk and beach. Great location for our family! Property company communicated well and made sure we had what we needed.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Beautiful property but the owners need to be a bit more progressive to assist the renter. There were no instructions on how to use the thermostat, for front door lock & the streaming TV was not very convenient. We even missed the Super Bowl because their TV did not provide the proper channels. Hot water never reached the upstairs bathroom sink. Definitely would not stay here again.
