We had to book a hotel at the last minute on the day we arrived in Porto, and there was literally nothing available in Porto or the surrounding area. Everything was booked, apparently because of a conference and a football match. We were very lucky to find a room at this hotel completely by chance. To be honest, we had very low expectations. It was about 30 minutes from Porto, in a small town, and at that point we were simply happy to have found somewhere to stay. But the hotel turned out to be a pleasant surprise. The room was quite basic, but clean, with clean and comfortable beds, which was exactly what we needed. The staff deserves a special mention. Everyone was very attentive and friendly. They recommended a nearby place to eat and even explained the shortest way to get there. Breakfast was also very good and definitely better than we expected. And once again, the staff really stood out. I accidentally left my shopping bag with some important personal things in the room. They responded to my email, I was able to reach them by phone, and they kept my bag safely until I could come back for it. I really appreciated their help. A good hotel for its price range, with truly excellent staff.

Hotel needs a serious upgrade / revamp, walls dirty and carpets worn and dirty. Couch in room dirty; horrible mattresses and pillows; hair in beds; carpet stained, worn and dirty; walls marked and scuffed; kitchenette terrible - taps and sink dirty, extractor oily and smelly. Not to mention the TV... Breakfast limited and selected cappuccino from coffee machine and got a hot chocolate... 🙈 Not at all aligned to the pictures and reviews

O site disponibilizou muito bem o hotel, fácil e ótimo...gostei muito da praticidade e o Hotel muito excelente... Se for viajar pro Porto novamente já sei onde ficar. Muito bom.
