We appreciated the airport shuttle service. It was very quick and efficient. Check-in was easy and quick.

Was a great place to stay for one night prior to our cruise. Didn’t like waiting for one hour for the complimentary shuttle to pick us up from the airport.

Good hotel for what it is. Easy getting in and out, good service, OK breakfast, gym is not well maintained and hotel is dated. But overall is a good place for an airport hotel.

Paying $21 for parking was a surprise

The pool was disgusting, room was dirty, bed was rock hard.

This is a great room at a convenient location. I like the check out time being noon as it made such a difference to me in consideration of "value" because having a pool and gym are irrelevant if you dont feasible have time to use them after a flight delay. Only frustration was there was nothing about parking fees in the reservation and I felt a bit tricked as you dont have any other option once youre checked in. I dont think parking should be a charge for guest.

Our stay was only one night but the hotel staff was great. The pool was clean and refreshing.

Very nice hotel near the airport with a good shuttle service. Everything in the room was good. Comfortable bed. Good climate control. The hot breakfast is very good. The fitness room could use better ventilation/AC. It was pretty humid in there. I was drenched in sweat after a short workout.

The shuttle service ruined our stay. We were exhausted after a 24 hours of travelling & waited 90 minutes for the shuttle at 7pm. Every other hotel shuttle arrived, we rang twice & they promised it was coming. When it finally did the driver missed people and we had to go around the other terminal twice.

The room was very dark and dirty. All lamps had water marks. found molds on the side of bed skirt and many places.

The property is very dated when it comes to the rooms and the amenities. The staff however was Great! Just wished the rooms were updated to match the great staff. For instance the beds were very uncomfortable. The mini fridge was on its last leg and barely kept our drinks cold. The bathroom vanity space was VERY small and the bathroom showers were disappointing. The old dated tiled shower that had visible mildew/mold in the grout was unacceptable. The shower pressure and hot water was nonexistent! This was consistent in both of the rooms our family occupied. The location is idea, but the accommodations were NOT!

The room smelled like dog. I was itchy like something was crawling on me! My daughter nose was stuffy and she had allergies when she’s around dogs her nose gets stuffy and eyes get itchy throat gets sore and she had s the symptoms! I don’t think you should put people in the same room as dogs was in ! The elevate like we was in a horror movie! The lobby as the only thing decedent the counter where front desk was there was little ants crawling everywhere! The pool looked dirty the jacuzzi was broken! One of the elevators was out of order! The place needs a whole makeover! The price and the staff was the only thing good about my stay!

Great location, breakfast was average. Rooms were not very clean. Our socks were black & sticky from walking around our room.

The reception was pleasant, and I appreciated how warmly the receptionist welcomed us. We had some difficulty paying the parking fee online, but the receptionist was very helpful. The room was spacious and convenient, although it lacked cleanliness. The bedsheets did not smell fresh, and there was an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Additionally, the towels were not very white, indicating they were getting old. On a positive note, the breakfast service was nice and welcoming.

Room not clean

The staff were friendly, accommodating, and helpful; complimentary breakfast had plenty of great options and the food was hot and fresh; it was a short walk to convenience stores; my only complaint is the floor cleanliness in the rooms - the soles of our feet were black after walking around the room barefoot for a few minutes (but we're Canadian, we take our shoes off indoors, so maybe a mistake on our part). Keep your shoes on - other than that, no complaints.

Reasonable hotel. I like that they offer Continental breakfast and free airport shuttle service. Only thing I don’t like was my room wifi service kept dropping so I couldn’t work remotely.

The room was a great setup for a workspace with separate sleeping area, with a small kitchenette area as well. There were plenty of towels, extra pillows & blankets, very clean, and the staff was extremely friendly.

Booked this property because it offered airport shuttle in the middle of the night (3 am). Worked very well. Property was very nice. Spacious, clean room.

Location of our room ,next to a Mechanical Room and Storage Room. Between the noise of the mechanicals and people entering/exiting storage room, not the peaceful, quiet room we have become familiar with at other Springfield Suite locations.

This was a nice clean hotel. We were able to check in early from our flight which was a plus. However, the walls in the room were extremely thin. We constantly heard the flushing of surrounding rooms toilets in our room which was loud and very annoying. Caused for sleepless nights both nights there. We could also hear slamming of dishes in which I am assuming was coming from the cleaning room next to our room. Other than that, the hotel was nice. Breakfast and coffee were great. Staff was great.

The room we were in was next to was the electrical room which was noisy. Hearing different sounds throughout the night. A couple of times I had my husband check to see if anything was wrong.

The stay was fantastic! Bed was comfortable and room was clean and spacious. We would definitely stay here again. The only down side, you can hear the planes flying in at night. Definitely recommend a sound Machine for light sleepers.

Old bulging. Uncomfortable beds and blankets. Airport transport is good. Sincerly for the same price you can get a better hotel near the airport in Orlando.

Worst experience ever! score 0. I booked a room with 2-queen bed c/w Sofa bed via Expedia. It's for me, my wife and 3 kids. We arrived airport around midnight. We called front desk 5 times for shuttle, nobody answered at all. A nice lady working for airport told us there is a hotel shuttle waiting area, we could go there to see if we got lucky. we went to the spot and finally saw a Van with Springhill name on it, so we got on the shuttle. It was a 10 seat van shared with other hotels. In the hotel, there was a long line-up for check-in but only one employee is on duty. He was handling everything,: check-in, sale snacks and answer phone call etc. The ring never stopped during my line-up but barely get picked up. It's really annoying. I waited in the line for half hour and then the guy, i think his name is Michael, told me there was no 2-queen bed room available, only king bed room left. I was shocked because I booked the room 4 month ago, and I even paid at that time. I asked Michael how could 5 people sleep on one king bed. He was laughing and seemed very happy. He said he could cancel my booking if I dont want the room. It's 1:30am and we travelled with 3 kids, I couldn't believe a hotel employee would say such words. I asked why we couldn't get the room we paid for? He explained: Expedia booking works only like a 'recommendation' , hotel has the right to adjust without notice the platform or customer. Wow, thanks Mike. I never know that BEFORE. lessons learned!

I was not expecting the hotel to be as run down as it was. We booked a two queen room for four of us and the room only had 3 towels. The room furniture showed quite a bit of damage and the walls and ceiling needed cleaning. Other areas like the water feature in the lobby were also run down and needed improvements / cleaned or updated. The hot water in the room took several minutes (2+ minutes) to come out hot. I would like to give the staff a better review because the woman at the front who helped us with check in and with organizing two transport rides was great! As was the early morning driver who took us to the airport after our stay. This guy was on time, drove well, and efficient with the pick up and drop off! However, the evening driver was kind of terrible. We returned our rental car to the airport the night we checked in to the hotel and then called for the transport. After waiting for almost 30 minutes for the van I called the hotel again. The front desk person checked on the eta of the van and said it would be 5 minutes, 10 max. Almost 30 minutes later a very unfriendly man showed up to get us. It was obvious he was a big part of the issue that night because we watched him ignore his 2 way radio a few times in the time we were in the van before eventually answering the person on the other end. He drove so bad he almost hit a toddler in one of the parking lots. If we fly back into Orlando we will not stay at this hotel.

We experienced both great and not so great customer service from the front desk. Check in was hectic and the clerk did not understand wanting to split the bill for the room between our party. But then we experienced some of the Best service ever from,Nuj, she was so friendly and professional even with the phones ringing. Took time to notice that our check out time was before the breakfast service and offered to have a breakfast bag ready for our shuttle to the airport at 4 am the next day. What a wonderful surprise! .

the lady that checked us in was AMAZING!!

My partner and I stayed here before leaving for a cruise. The property was clean, room was nice and overall we enjoyed the hotel. However, our airline had misplaced our luggage, so we planned to have it delivered to the hotel that evening. Long story short, the airline did not make the mistake with my bag, it was the hotel staff that did indeed have the bag, and did not communicate this with each other. There was one female staff member in particular that was truly nasty and cold. My partner approached her the following morning and she did not even make eye contact with him when he told her the situation. Instead, she told him "check with the airline". She made absolutely NO EFFORT to even look behind the desk. We will never, ever return to this hotel because her lack of empathy and effort was disgusting. We run a travel group for teachers back home, and we will strongly recommend against staying here.

Great overall experience. Room and hotel were clean, staff was very attentive and service was excellent. I do not remember her name but the front desk attendant (Russian lady) was so very nice and went out of her way to take care of us and was super patient.

Our layover flight was cancelled so we only needed a room for the night so we chose Springhill Suites because it had complementary support shuttle and breakfast. Once we retrieved our baggage from the airport we called the hotel to request the shuttle but Everytime we called they would pick up and immediately place us on hold. I waited on hold for 15 minutes. My wife, a friend and I all were calling the hotel and Everytime they would immediately place us on hold. We finally gave up after 30 minutes and 20 calls and got an Uber so now we are out another $20. We got to the hotel 20 minutes after our last call to the hotel and there wasn’t a single guest in the lobby. The receptionist said they had a lot of people before we got there and we told them that they should at least acknowledge the phone call and not just place us on hold. She didn’t seem to care too much. My family travels a lot and we almost always stay at Marriott properties but this was a total fail!

From the moment we walked in, we felt welcomed. We had a restful night, a great breakfast, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had an enjoyable experience.

Great staff

Very well suited near airport with shuttle services provided to the airport. You need to call when you arrive and then you need to schedule a departure time. Clean facilities, spacious clean room. Near to several restaurants, good breakfast in the morning is included. Overall very pleased with stay.

The hotel is in the center of a lot of things!

Great option after a late night arrival at MCO. Prompt shuttle service, very clean property, functional if not luxurious. ‘Would stay here again as a pre/post-DIsney night, close to the airport.

Great spot before or after a flight. Lots of dining options. Like 10+ within an easy walk. Across the street from theatres. We took our 7y/o to see a movie. Breakfast was decent (for a comp breakfast).

Generally good, but room had the noisest air conditioning ever. Couldn't hear the tv when it was on. Couldn't be bothered saying something as I was only staying one night and had an early departure. Staff were great and courteous. Also no grab and go breakfast.
