Vending machines dont work properly. Electricity outage for a morning, no elevators to top floor for breakfast room. And no compensation for missed breakfast. Very bad emergency lighting in stairs. Half didnt work. What if a real emergency ?

Closer to 2 stars than 4. Roof terrace , pool, sunbeds and bar not available due to maintenance, not communicated to us in advance. Lift are below capacity, rooms are narrow, beds are hard, and bathroom is cold. Location in Marbella is perfect and breakfast as expected

Location on beach front next coffee shops, restaurants beach activities and closeness to old town. The staff were helpful and friendly. I didn't like that the property charged me $3/night for using the safe inside the unit. Also, if you happen to be driving a car, dropping luggage off at property on such a busy street before knowing where to park can be very challenging.

There was building work going on next door drilling from 8:30-6 so very noisy (you couldn’t sit on balcony) and walls very thin so could hear neighbours talking & coughing. Reception did not tell us that we had to pay for the safe until we went to say we couldn’t get it to work. In a good position for old town and the front promenade and car park next door.

An apart hotel with a grand entrance, lovely rooftop terrace, small swimming pool and all the amenities you'd need. Clean, well laid out, fully equipped studio apartment with a small but functional private balcony. Nice location on the sea front with public underground parking next door at €23 for 24 hours. Loved the shower

Um belo hotel. Tudo muito bem cuidado, com uma apresentação nova no quarto e todos equipamentos necessários, inclusive se quiser fazer uma refeição lá. A equipe da recepção extremamente atenciosa. Localização ótima, permitindo se locomover a pé por todo centro de Marbella. Um custo/benefício bem interessante.

Sentral og fint hotell nærme gamlebyen, shopping og strand. God størrelse på rommet med alt man trengte. Fin utsikt siden hadde bestilt med sjøutsikt. God frokost i øverste etg i hotellet, men ikke sitt på uteterrassen med mat for da kommer måkene! Hyggelig betjening i resepsjonen. Var mye støv på gulvlister og i kriker og kroker, ellers ok renhold. Liker harde madrasser og det hadde de her

Zimmer groß und sauber, tolle Lage direkt am Strand, sehr freundliches Personal. Ordentliches Frühstück. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Einziges Manko: Der Teppichboden im Flur muss dringend raus, ist fleckig und kaputt.

We got a one bedroom apt with sea view balcony - a little dated but low season we got a great rate. This hotel is in an excellent location right on the waterfront walkway, and just 10 min max walk into Marbella Old Town. The bedroom was v roomy, beds decent, kitchen was utilitarian: all you need. Two closets a great bonus. Deck was big: nice having tables & chairs out there for a drink or snack. We didn't do the breakfast because we like to walk early - but did check out the location in a nice room at the top of the hotel with sea views. This hotel is a great value - lots of room even if you don't need the fridge it's nice to have glasses and a deck. PARKING TIP: parkades are exp in Marbella. However, we easily found parking right next to the hotel: €1.50 for two hours (max you can do). Parking is charged from 9 - 2, free 2-4:30 then charged 4:30-8. We arrived 2 pm on one day, left at noon the 2nd day, paid €9 for the entire time.

I’d really liked the location of the property and the availability of parking nearby. However, parking was more expensive than listed in the property wasn’t really or nearly even four star. It was more like 2 1/2 three star property with amazing location and very good cleanliness, that being said, I would stay there again and recommend it to others. I would just tell them that the properties not up to par compared how it was rated on Expedia. Also, the Wi-Fi wasn’t working.

It shows 4 star hotel. To me it’s more 3.5 Very good breakfast, friendly staff, excellent location but it does not give the feeling of 4 star hotel. Old building. Old doors and you can hear your next door neighbor clearly.

The staff were very helpful. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay. We had breakfast which was very nice with plenty of choice. The aparthotel is in a quiet spot on the sea front, but only a few minutes walk from bars and restaurants on the promenade and to the beautiful Old Town. We would definitely stay there again.

Staff were very helpful and even tolerated my poor attempts at Spanish. The room was comfortable and well-appointed. The location was excellent - and as advertised. In short, were we to return to Marbella in similar circumstances, I'd re-book without a moment's hesitation. One minor quibble; why charge for use of a room-safe? This is a common practice but one that annoys me. Yes, it is "only a few euros" but that argument cuts both ways. Is the income worth the irritation to , in my case, a tired and grumpy old man, who can't secure vital stuff without going down to reception and paying something extra. Please just factor it into the cost! Overall - excellent. Many thanks

Reasonable pricing beginning of November for a hotel located directly at the sea walk. What I don’t like: everyone must enter via a tablet the own data including name, address, email, phone number,….in parallel with a copy of an ID. Is this the 2025 check in service topped with “latest” IT technology? And why shall I provide my phone number and email address? To get additional spam in the future?

Very friendly staff, very helpful and they take the time to help you in all your needs. Paco at the front desk was great! He explained in detailed any question we might have. Even though hotel is old, they have it in good condition and clean. I did not give the 5 stars because of the fact they don’t have parking and you have to either park on the street (hard to find a place) or at a parking garage in the side (quite expensive)

Lovely apartment in great location, Overlooking the promenade. The whole hotel is kept spotless clean by the excellent housekeeping staff. Reception area is vey welcoming and the staff are friendly and helpful. Apartment was comfortable with everything required to self cater. The roof top terrace is gorgeous and bar /food prices were very good. The small pool is separate but close to the terrace which was very convenient. Underground car park is right beside the hotel and had a lift to street level

Great value walking distance to old town and is beachfront. Nice rooftop pool. Staff is excellent. Taxi and UBER available for short trip to Puente Romano and Puerto Banus. Also a nearby catamaran to Puerto Banus.

The location of this property is excellent , beach , shops, old town and choice of restaurants . The view from the pool is stunning . The staff are very efficient and friendly . We did have breakfast which is adequate with a superb view but expensive for what it is and so many lovely places to go in town but perfect if you like early start as a lot of places don’t open until 10

Rather disappointing that there was no way to grab a bite and a drink in the hotel. We tried to go to the Irish Pub, which we thought was part of the hotel. But after having to go outside of the hotel (in the rain) and up an outside (uncovered) stairway (no elevator or even a ramp) we discovered they were already closed (maybe between 7 and 8:00)! However, if our room was any closer to the water, we would have gotten wet🤗. And the staff was delightful, especially Mercedes😘
