The room is very clean and with enough space. The breakfast buffet is the worse I have ever had in my life, very low quality, the food tasted of nothing. The pool area can only be used until 2-3 pm since thesunshine can reach the area because the hotel is surrounded by other buildings. The terrase is nice, personel very nice as well. This is a good place for low budget.

Great hotel in central location with lift access to the lower pool area (the itch exit to street to beach) and upper reception (with exit to centre). Pool lovely to cool off but not if you want to swim to exercise. Place had a relaxed atmosphere out of season. Carpets in corridors need replacing. Would definitely return.

Very convenient location and access, some extra charges for late check out and pool towels which I think are unnecessary. Recent refurbishments making it more current with nice bathrooms. Gym not acceptable for a four star hotel. All in all a very nice stay.

Mitt rum hade en king size bädd och utsikten var ingen speciell. Hade lite konstiga saker som hände med mobilladdaren som vissa tider inte gav effekt från uttagen i rummet. Toaletten ran lite hela tiden, men i det stora hela var min vistelse utmärkt. Servicen var utmärkt och peronalen kände mig på namn. Frukosten var god och utsikten fantastisk samt man ska inte glömma uppvärmda poolen och cykelgarage med verkstad och cykeltvätt. Vet till nästa gång ta min egna cykel med på resan eller hyra som jag gjorde nu. Jag vill tillbaka helt enkelt.

Food was amazing. Really recommend getting the half board option, amazing value and choice. Will need to go on a diet now I’m back. Helpful staff ands good rooms. Only negative would be the spa. Not a good experience, seems like it hasn’t been used for a while and needed work so wouldn’t recommend paying to use it.

Hotel has had a slight refurb in the last year, this has much improved the lobby area with a much more attractive bar area and terrace. Unfortunately much more to be done and the lifts are still very slow between floors which was frustrating. The housekeeping was good and the housekeeping staff very friendly. Did not use the Spa, the hotels location is convenient for the town and beach. We were given an early check in which we greatly appreciated after a very early flight.

Overall Good Experience. Nice view and breakfast was ok. Hotel entry and lobby as well as bar pretty. Hot tub available but not tried it. Lovely staff - specially reception lady - Angela. Hotel is pleasant but a bit dated. Ordered room with double bed however the bed was to small / short for a tall person. Rooms were clean but there was overhelming smell coming from the bathroom drains in toilet

I do not think I would stay at this property again. It is very dated in style, with the rooms being much smaller and shabbier than shown in the photos online. Las apariencias engañan. Also, ended up having many small fly like bugs on the couch and bed—but thankfully the staff, being quite attentive, came and sprayed immediately. Lesson learned: need to be more detailed in my reserach beforehand.

I never stayed in a 4 star hotel where a have to pay to use the pool towels, here were finger prints on the walls, poor wi-fi signal, one paper cup per stay( no glass), no toilet tissue holder and an enclosed balcoly looking at a rusted staircase.

Hotellet i sig är lite äldre med helt okej! Vårt första rum luktade extremt mycket rök, men vi fick byta rum direkt utan problem. Vi förlängde även vår vistelse här, och då i ytterligare ett nytt rum. Fördelar: - prisvärt - trevlig (men litet) poolområde - närheten till stranden och restauranger - trevlig frukostbuffé, vi hade gärna sett lite mer grönsaker att välja på som pålägg - bekväm säng - trevlig personal Nackdelar: - AC gick ej att reglera, de har ett speciellt system som gör att om de vill att temperaturen ska vara inställt på varmt, så blir det så i hela hotellet. - Förvånansvärt få pratade engelska i personalstyrkan - takfläkt som lät något enormt (vi hade flera olika rum under vistelsen och detta var återkommande, men denna behövdes eftersom AC inte gick att reglera)

Bestilte værelse med altan og hav udsigt - det viste sig at være fransk altan mod gaden, og havudsigten var via et matteret og meget lille badeværelses vindue…. Følte os lidt snydt og af den grund kommer vi nok ikke tilbage, selvom resten af hotellet var ok, og morgenmaden god.

We had a very relaxing 4 night stay. The pool area was great and in April we had no difficulties getting one of the big beds. The pool is heated which was definitely a bonus. The location offers the best of both worlds - access to the sea and the town centre. We stayed in a room with a terrace with partial sea view. The room itself was small, but clean and comfortable. The terrace is a balcony. The sea view was indeed partial and it didn't get any sunlight. It could be just what you need in the height of summer, but it was too chilly for April. My only gripe is that smoking is allowed on the terrace during breakfast. The terrace is spacious with wonderful views over the sea. However, the number of smokers meant that we couldn't enjoy our breakfast outside. I'd definitely recommend banning smoking on the breakfast terrace

Personnel accueil agréable et efficace, très beau grand et joliment décoré espace entrée/bar/coin relax. Bonne location , à pied proche centre ville / train / bus Chambre spacieuse , très propre , mini frigidaire bien utile . Point négatif la petite terrasse qui a un vis à vis direct avec les fenêtres des autres chambres et sur des immeubles. Le bar a une terrasse qui a vue sur la mer. Je recommande à 100% malgré le petit point négatif.

Hotel Review I recently stayed at this hotel and had an average experience overall. Good Points: The hotel decoration was beautiful, with a modern and cozy ambiance that made the space feel welcoming. The staff were friendly and attentive, which made check-in and check-out easy. Additionally, the cleanliness was spot on throughout the hotel, which gave us peace of mind during our stay. Bad Points: Unfortunately, the room placement was less than ideal. We were on the ground floor, and the toilets from the upper floors had a loud sound that resembled a waterfall coming down our wall, which was very disruptive. On top of that, when we went to check out, the showers were unexpectedly cold, which was frustrating, especially after a long stay. Overall, while the hotel has some great qualities, the issues we faced with noise and temperature made our experience less enjoyable.

The rooms are cold and heating doesn’t work. The rooms on level 6 are painfully loud as the buffet is the floor above and you can hear chairs scraping along the floor continually through the night. The last noise I heard was 2:16 am. I was refused breakfast on the last morning - I turned up at 0700 rather than 0730 which I booked as an exam I was taking was earlier than planned. Despite 20+ people already being at breakfast and eating I was told to come back later which was not an option. Would not recommend and I will not be back.

I was told I’m getting free room upgrade but didn’t get it , when show them the booking they said I don’t get balcony even tho it shows in my booking charge me extra money agter they confirmed at a reception I’m getting free upgrade, they had no idea about the VIP platinum member.

We were in a Superior room for our stay. The walls and ceilings are not soundproofed so could hear people and furniture movements/doors closing all throughout the night. On the night of our last stay I had to request for security and reception staff to break up a drunken room party at 03:30am above our room which kept us awake most of the night. On checkout we attempted to complain however the hotel manager was not present as it was a weekend!

Great location from both sides of the city. The one on the top 8th floor where the reception is and at the bottom at the sea level. Good service, tasty food, easy cashless payments. I spent a lot of time researching hotels in Torremolinos and I learned that it really depends on what you plan to do in Torremolinos. For me this hotel was the perfect blend of beach time in the day and going out in the town to the bars at night. As they say location, location, location! This location is the perfect combination. The gentleman that works the reception in the evenings was incredibly helpful in answering my questions. I used the spa for a day and that was a nice perk. The gym is fair, nothing fancy but they do have one. The buffet for dinner had a great selection. My room was very clean and roomy. And the view from lookout on floor H was fantastic! The hotel was quiet, safe and comfortable. I will definitely return to Torremolinos someday and I will plan to stay at Hotel Fenix again. Great hotel!

Hele goede locatie. Vanuit hotel zowel boulevard niveau als centrum zonder te klimmen te bereiken. Kwaliteit ontbijt zeer matig. Maar ligging eetzaal mooi (zeezicht) . Ligging maakt het hotel de moeite waard.
