Fab hotel and stay, from location, vibe, food , enetrtainment to amenities , modern & clean asthetics . Very close to beach, airport and transport to Malaga. Great choice of adult entertainment. Staff was extra friendly and overall experience was brilliant as place is well managed . Our stay was birthday surprise and all needs described during booking process was catered for. Complimentary aknowledgment of person birthday and bottle of bubbly made it extra special during our stay , showing the customers needs are being met. I will give the Pablo 10 out of 10 with big thank you to all staff that made our stay special. I would consider coming back in summer to try outdoor swiming pools. Aditionaly hotel entry to complex is being guarded by security person and locked gate for extra security. I miss the place already. The Mirabel on reception was very kind , and housekeepers were lovely too. Night time entertainment Flamenco night and Estrella was brilliant. Overall very happy customer. One thing I would improve is indoor pool area , however that is located in don Pedro area of complex, and I guess it is on the cards for the future. Thank you for making our stay so special. Appreciated.

Nice standard 4 star property. Large and comfortable- nice and pleasant staff. Easy access to the beachfront . Poolwas busy with families and usual suspects hogging the sunbeds by placing towels in the morning. Safe bet for a stay in Torremelinos.

Part of a group of 3 hotels, next to each other Great to be able to wander into all 3 and use the facilities in them all. We stayed half board for one week in early September at Don Pablo. They have a separate gluten free menu, and were very accommodating of our extra allergies. One of our party uses a wheelchair. Getting around the hotel wasn’t a problem, but we did have problems accessing some of the swimming pools. The sunbeds around the main pool are on different levels, mostly they are not accessible to wheelchair users, and the area that was accessible had so many sunbeds packed in that getting past them at the end of the ramp was almost impossible. This did spoil the holiday for us, and because of this, I’m not sure if we would return.

Flott hotell beliggende på stranden. Nydelig uteområde. Skal noe trekke ned må det være at det ikke er lov å legge ut håndklær på sengene, men dette ble ikke fulgt opp. Frokosten er i en klasse for seg selv - helt enormt stort utvalg - noe det sikkert var til lunsj også. Kjøkkenet på dette hotellet fortjener ros! Kommer gjerne tilbake til dette hotellet.

Loved the property… felt very comfortable and safe. The breakfast service was excellent. I did feel that some areas needed a little tweaking like bar service and food service around the pool. It was very slow. The entertainment , although good, needs to be brought up to another level for a 4 star hotel.

We checked in quickly and easily on Monday 27th June 2022 and had booked a twin sea view room. The room was lovely and had the most loveliest views. We did have just one bed, albeit a huge double bed which was nice as it was supposed to be two separate beds but as it was huge, it was fine. It would have been nice, as the air conditioning gets too cold, have access to a duvet as one light sheet is not enough. We had booked B&B and breakfast was lovely, so much choice and no queuing at all. It was a shame to see other holiday makers piling up their plates with everything and anything to then just leave the food half eaten - such a waste, hopefully the hotel gives the left over food away to the homeless. The pools were lovely, but anytime after 8am do not expect to get a sun lounger, they are all taken with people no where to be seen but their towels on the loungers - such a shame for everyone else. The outside pool bar is great, super quick and large selection of drinks. Would I stay at this hotel again - yes I would!

Het hotel is mooi gerenoveerd. Het personeel is vriendelijk. Het zwembad is klein en niet gerenoveerd. De ligstoelen moeten eens gereinigd worden. Het restaurant is basic. Vaak aanschuiven aan het buffet en de gerechten zijn niet altijd warm. De groenten zijn uit blik. Het is een goed hotel om als koppel te verblijven als je Malaga wil bezoeken. Torremolinos is geen plek om je vakantie met familie door te brengen. Het is wat verouderd.

Super hotel, bardzo czysto - pokoje i łazienki nowe, codzienne sprzątanie, duży balkon z bocznym widokiem na morze, dobre jedzenie (duży wybór). Codziennie animacje - w ciągu dnia przy basenach, wieczorem w restauracji koncerty i występy. Wszystko niezbyt głośne, nie przeszkadza osobom, które nie chcą w nich uczestniczyć. Well, first, the room: every hotel I have visited has AC and heating. Unfortunately, this brand doesn't have those services. We have to leave the balcony door open all day to keep the air cool. Also, my neighbor on the side of our room smokes a lot. We have to choose: leave the door open and smell the cigarette smoke all day, or close the door and suffer the room heat. I have requested assistance from the hotel, but they don't have any way to help. Regarding the second point, the room service isn't good; the food is always the same. The breakfast menu is two plates only and never changes. Dinner is the same, only one menu plate, disgusting, all amenities need an update On the other hand, the staff are very professional.

Lovely hotel (the pictures on the website doesn’t really do it justice) but the bathrooms in particular are very dated and not user friendly. The terrace has an annoying ledge which is really difficult to see and we all kept on stubbing our toes on it and were worried about our toddler hurting herself. Little improvements that would make a big difference such as having water in the gym. Kids club was good and entertainers very friendly.

Pool was good, area is nice, staff are great but room lacked some amenties (kettle, lock on bathroom door and had to request for thing's such as iron and tissues) and air conditioning wouldn't work, would end up giving hot air. Breakfast selection was great and lots to do within facility, 3pm check in is rather late.

When checking in, I had to wait 40 minutes due to the hotel didnt have enough staff to handle the checking counter. My plan was to visit the spa before it closed, bbut was not able to because of this. When checking out I had to wait 15 minutes. The termostat/air con in the room did not work. I woke up to 26 degrees. I booked this hotel to have a relaxing stay, but the only thing that was relaxing was the bed. Also I enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my stay here has been completely overshadowed by a constant, loud mechanical noise (like an engine or AC plant/room) that makes it impossible to relax or sleep properly. ( and I mean the whole night, every 120 seconds you could feel the vibration of whatever that is making the noise. When I raised this with the staff, I was simply told there’s nothing they could do about it. 2 days later after I email them directly they offered me a room, next door literally! For a hotel that positions itself as a place of rest and comfort, this is unacceptable. Noise this disruptive should be addressed seriously, not brushed aside. Sadly, instead of a restful stay, I’ve left more exhausted than when I arrived The staff, restaurant and such were really good! I hope the hotel management do something about that as I am sure I am not the first one bringing this up and for future guests. I stayed at room 1235

Nous avons apprécié notre chambre avec vue sur la mer dans cet hôtel Don Pablo Tout était très bien et nous reviendrons avec plaisir ! Le personnel est courtois et très accueillant bravo à eux ! Quelques points d’améliorations à suggérer : La qualité du café dans les machines automatique au petit dej est vraiment médiocre - je suis amateur de bon café je l’admets ! Tous les balcons restent éclairés toute la nuit , aucune gêne dans la chambre mais est ce bien utile dans le cadre d’une politique ecoresponsable ? Merci pour tout !

Ett hotell som har sett sina bästa dagar och behöver en renovering. Dessutom en mycket tråkig ton bland personal som arbetade på hotellet. Att känna sig som att man alltid besvärar någon gör inte att jag kommer åka tillbaka. När dessutom alla priser är extremt höga på restaurangerna på hotellet så blir det inte gärna att man stannar på hotellet. Dessutom känns det tråkigt då rummen är mycket spartanskt inredda, ex inte ens en kaffekopp.

Kjempegod service og hyggelig betjening. Vi ble uheldigvis syke under turen og måtte til og med inn og ut av sykehus et par ganger. Besetningen var utrolig snille og hjelpsomme. Trøstet min datter på 2 år med masse gratis leker, mat og underholdning. Vi fikk til og med gratis room service fordi vi var for syke til å gå noe sted. Utrolig fornøyd med service og all hjelpen vi fikk. Var en Securitas der som var utrolig omsorgsfull og hjelpsom da vi var på vårt værste og var tilstede hele tiden frem til ambulansen kom. Og ikke minst Guest Experience Gaurdian Mamen Garcia var også en helt fantastisk person som stilte opp! All heder og ære til disse to menneskene!

Teilweise lange Wartezeiten an den Aufzügen, obwohl insgesamt 4 zur Verfügung standen. Teilweise haben wir auch lange auf die Kellner gewartet, die uns Getränke im Speisesaal brachten. Jedoch war die Essensauswahl hervorragend und auch alles sehr lecker. Das Hotel liegt direkt an der Strandpromenade und man kann alles zu Fuß erreichen. Rundherum war es ein wirklich super toller all inklusive Urlaub und wir würden jederzeit wieder dieses Hotel wählen und auch weiterempfehlen.

I went on holiday with my 2 teenage daughters to this hotel in a triple room. Out of season it was really quiet until the Valentines night when I didn't get any sleep all night because a group of people had an all night party in the room and on the balcony next door and trashed their room. I did explain at reception the next day and asked for a change of room for the remainder of our stay but when she looked it up she assured me they were checking out - which they did. It was a shame as that day was ruined because I had a banging headache due to sleep deprivation. The dining staff were fabulous as were all the bar staff. Plenty of choice for dinner and breakfast and they accommodated my gluten free diet. Entertainment was great and the female pool lifeguard was very good.

Nice property, very friendly staff. Close to the beach if u wanted to go, but just as comfortable by one of the pools. A fair Walk up hill to shops and restaurants but you can also use a lift for 50 cents a person. Great variety of shops , restaurants and views of the sea

The location is a few steps from the beach. The hotel is huge and very popular. We had a full board reservation. The food was good, we really loved the corner with the chef who cooked freshly meat or fish at every meal. The room was ok, with a queen bed. Just we didn't like that we asked for all inclusive option, but the policy said you need to spend at least five nights with them and we only had 3 nights.

The Hotel was very clean, friendly helpful staff, comfortable beds, great choice at breakfast and the food was always hot. The location is on the beach with plenty of places to eat around the hotel. There's a plug point in the bathroom, but a plug near a mirror in the bedrooms would be helpful.
