⭐️Rustic TexMex Home⭐️Close to Downtown⭐️Big Pool⭐️

Kim's house was the perfect place for our group of seven to visit Austin for the first time. Kim thought of everything to make our stay perfect, kitchen was well stocked, enough towels, even had shampoo,conditioner and body wash. The pool was an extra bonus, in the 90 degree weather for people from Montana that is not used to hot weather. Would definitely book again.

We've been to more ethanol one rental in the Austin area and this one was my favorite. The (new) housekeeper left the place in immaculate shape. The separate rooms were a blessing for our crowd, and each person said they were really happy with their space.The pool in the back was very inviting, and there's a kids' play structure right off to the side...which was also inviting. But I controlled myself.The kitchen was well stocked with utensils and there was a stash of spices and other things so that we didn't have to buy things like that just for a few days. It's within a short drive to a lot of nice restaurants and an HEB and more. All in all, it was perfect for us to have a brief reunion and relax in comfort. I'd recommend it highly except I want it to be available when we go there again...

Great stay! Quiet neighborhood and the pool was a big hit with our granddaughter. Communication with Kim was easy. We would definitely book here again.

The house was great. Even better in person. So much character, charm, and unexpected touches we needed. Very clean! We spent 3 nights there for a graduation. Close to campus, HEB’s, restaurants. Kim was very helpful and answered quickly. No issues. We would love to stay there again someday. Great price as well compared to other nearby properties. Perfect Austin vibe!
