Leider wurde mir nicht gesagt, dass unterhalb des Hotels ebenfalls Parkplätze sind. Das Schild, welches daraufhin weißt, habe ich in der Dunkelheit nicht gesehen. An der Repzeption hat mich die Dame auch nicht daraufhin gewiesen. Während meines dreitägigen Aufenthalts war ein Aufzug durchgehend defekt. Mein Zimmer war im 4ten Stock, direkt an der Straße. Obwohl die Fenster geschlossen waren, war der Lärm der Autos zuhören. Zum Frühstück kann ich nichts sagen. Immerhin war das Zimmer sauber. Und es gab einen Wasserkocher mit Kaffee und Tee. Eine gratis Wasserflasche gab es leider nicht.

Prima hotel met gunstige ligging tov snelweg A5. Bij het hotel is gratis parkeerruimte. De kamers zijn ruim en netjes. Er zijn koffie- en theezetfaciliteiten op de kamer. Uitstekend overnachtingshotel onderweg naar zuiden van Europa of op terugweg.

Dejligt hotel med gode parkeringsforhold - kør op ad rampen til hotellets parkeringsplads, og hotelindgangen ligger så lige i hjørnet. Glimrende restaurant og morgenmadsbuffet. Ved receptionen skiltene man med mulighed for vand til vinduesvask på bilen - men det manglede ude på parkeringspladsen; ellers en utrolig god ide og service, som vi tidligere så ved et hotel i Walsrode.

The location of the hotel is nearby the Black Forrest. Great for holiday and road trips. In Rastatt you will find many shops and you can walk in 12 minutes to the train station. Parking is easy and behind the hotel there are two supermarkets. At arrival there was nobody at the reception desk. I’ve waited for 10 minutes. The room wasn’t clean. There were stains on the toilet seat and I’ve found 4 ‘silver fish’ (bugs) in the room. So I bought some hygienic towels to clean by myself. Luckily the next nights the room was clean. The airconditioner didn’t work. It was 24 degrees. In the evening it was very warm in the room. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t open.

das Zimmer war in Ordnung . Der Empgang kühl. Man wird gleich erst Mal mit einem Parkplatzpreis von 12,00 € überfallen. Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back.

It is not the height of luxury, but you cannot beat the location. On a good run, an hour to Stuttgart and to Haguenau. The staff are a little 'cool' in their customer service, but being in the industry i might be a little picky. Facilities are fine, but i assume most people use it as a stop gap to break up a journey, or a low cost option to travel in and around the area. Loads of free parking, reqlly good sized rooms and a decent shower in the bathroom.

We went to stay at rastatt best western. Upon arrival we were given our key, we went in and the room we were assigned was dirty, so we returned to the front desk and got keys to a different room. After that, not one but two other guests walked into our room after being assigned to the same room. Later that evening our door wouldn't lock. We checked out two days early due to these problems. After speaking with the front desk, we were told to contact expedia for a refund, of which we attempted to contact the property where they never responded. Definitely will not be booking with best western again, and seriously considering not booking with expedia again. Disappointing.

Vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse her. Familie på 4 med 2 dobbeltrom. Renholdet var veldig bra. Aircondition funket perfekt. Servicen var også upåklagelig. Rommene hadde grei størrelse. Frokosten var ikke som på et dyrt hotell, men den hadde det vi trengte: ferskt brød/rundstykker, pålegg , frisk drikke og kaffe. Kan absolutt anbefale dette stedet.

Freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit war okay. Es waren noch fremde Haare in der Dusche der Lichtschalter am Bett und drumherum etwas klebrig. Betten sind bequem. Frühstück im Mittelfeld. Leider sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer darüber.
Freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit war okay. Es waren noch fremde Haare in der Dusche der Lichtschalter am Bett und drumherum etwas klebrig. Betten sind bequem. Frühstück im Mittelfeld. Leider sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer darüber.

Gutes Hotel für eine Nacht. Hat leider keinen Schrank oder ähnliches um Kleidung abzulegen. Nach dem einchecken stand spät am Abend jemand von der Rezeption an der Türe weil sie zu unserem Zimmer plötzlich keinen Gast hatte!?

We went to stay at rastatt best western. Upon arrival we were given our key, we went in and the room we were assigned was dirty, so we returned to the front desk and got keys to a different room. After that, not one but two other guests walked into our room after being assigned to the same room. Later that evening our door wouldn't lock. We checked out two days early due to these problems. After speaking with the front desk, we were told to contact expedia for a refund, of which we attempted to contact the property where they never responded. Definitely will not be booking with best western again, and seriously considering not booking with expedia again. Disappointing.

The location of the hotel is nearby the Black Forrest. Great for holiday and road trips. In Rastatt you will find many shops and you can walk in 12 minutes to the train station. Parking is easy and behind the hotel there are two supermarkets. At arrival there was nobody at the reception desk. I’ve waited for 10 minutes. The room wasn’t clean. There were stains on the toilet seat and I’ve found 4 ‘silver fish’ (bugs) in the room. So I bought some hygienic towels to clean by myself. Luckily the next nights the room was clean. The airconditioner didn’t work. It was 24 degrees. In the evening it was very warm in the room. The bed was comfortable. The restaurant wasn’t open.

Vi hadde en veldig god opplevelse her. Familie på 4 med 2 dobbeltrom. Renholdet var veldig bra. Aircondition funket perfekt. Servicen var også upåklagelig. Rommene hadde grei størrelse. Clean room with comfortable beds. Lovely area with good restaurants. Very helpfull staff. We paid for two nights of parking. The second night we arrived late and the parking lot was full and there was no place to park. The staff helped us find parking in the area and the next day we got the parkings fee back.

It is not the height of luxury, but you cannot beat the location. On a good run, an hour to Stuttgart and to Haguenau. The staff are a little 'cool' in their customer service, but being in the industry i might be a little picky. Facilities are fine, but i assume most people use it as a stop gap to break up a journey, or a low cost option to travel in and around the area. Loads of free parking, reqlly good sized rooms and a decent shower in the bathroom.

Dejligt hotel med gode parkeringsforhold - kør op ad rampen til hotellets parkeringsplads, og hotelindgangen ligger så lige i hjørnet. Glimrende restaurant og morgenmadsbuffet. Ved receptionen skiltene man med mulighed for vand til vinduesvask på bilen - men det manglede ude på parkeringspladsen; ellers en utrolig god ide og service, som vi tidligere så ved et hotel i Walsrode.

Freundliches Personal. Sauberkeit war okay. Es waren noch fremde Haare in der Dusche der Lichtschalter am Bett und drumherum etwas klebrig. Betten sind bequem. Frühstück im Mittelfeld. Leider sehr hellhörig, man hört jeden Schritt vom Zimmer darüber.

Alles war bestens. Wir waren nur eine Nacht. Das Frühstück war lecker und auch das Abendessen ist sehr zu empfehlen. Die Zimmer sind mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Klimaanlage war von Vorteil.
