Nice hotel overall. Its prime location near to the Fatima sanctuary was very convenient. The roorm was very spacious, clean and the bathroom was also very spacious. The breakfast included a nice and wide variety. The only minor inconvenience was the fact that the restaurant and food service was limited to a rigid time schedule. When we came back from the candle procession at 11:00 pm we wanted to have a bite and the restaurant was already closed. In part, this is comprehensible since Fatima is a very small town.

Excellent location - just across from Fatima Sanctuary. Room was spacious and comfortable. We had an accessible room for elderly parent and it was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was also good. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. Free on-site parking a major plus. Would definitely stay here again.

Situated within a two minute walk from the shrine of Fatima, this hotel is most conveniently placed, with a wonderful breakfast buffet. Room was spacious, bright and clean, beds maybe a little firmer than I would like, but this I find is normal in Europe. Black out drapes ensure a dark, quiet restful environment. Front staff is kind, courteous, and most helpful Lots of parking, there is an underground, which we used as we were there for a couple of nights, but beware the narrow drive in, we had a small SUV and the vehicle alarms were screaming at me on the way down.

Was Warmley welcome by the lovely female receptionist, she went out of her way to make my stay pleasant after i had a rough start for my day. Room was lovely. Hotel v clean and spacious.excellent location. Modern, love there was a chapel in the hotel. Nice Bar too that stay open until mid night.

Rooms did not have good sound proofing, we could hear the neighbors cough, sneeze etc. The facilities were lovely but there was carpeting in the halls and rooms that was very worn, dirty and spotty. Appreciated the parking garage.

Early morning, 6am), our lights just turned off. We have the key card on the slot to keep it on. Since it was very dark, we were really struggling trying either card( we had 2 cards). For 20 minutes, our efforts were futile. I tried to call the reception, no one picked up. Went down to the reception (6:20 am) not one person . I tried to call “hello anybody here?” No one. It was scary!!! No one manning that hotel?!?! I went back to our room and tried the phone again . Eventually someone answered!!! It was 6:50 am and someone came up. He cannot resolve the issue himself . Finally he placed his own card stacked with our card and the light went on! Upon check out, I told the reception about it. The same guy who checked us in and casually brushed it off saying we need 2 cards to keep the lights on. He could have told us that at start. As apparently that has been an issue! No apologies at alll! I requested also for a breakfast box for one of my family . The box was not there at 7 am! He just dismissed it that I should have gone there 7 am to pick it up. I said I was there but no box . No apologies again.

This is a very good four star hotel, at just a few meters from the main sanctuary of Fatima, so very conveniently located. The staff are very friendly, especially the Ukrainian waitresses, but one Spanish waiter was quite rude when we just wanted to have some soup and rudely told us "In the Bar" making a gesture of "get out". I understand that the restaurant was quite busy, but the tone he told us was unforgiveable for a hotel this category. Also when we checked in, there was a light bulb burned out at the entrance, leaving the closet/wardrobe quite dark. This was promptly replaced when we complained. Also the next day they took the towels, even though we left them hanging on the rack, but did not replace them. Again, promptly solved after complaining. All in all, highly recommendable.

Perfect location near the church. Took the room facing the church. Paid €20 extra per day. Worth the money. Breakfast was good. Lots of Japanese & Indonesia tourist when I was there. Breakfast was a little unruly with them.

We really enjoyed our two night stay in this hotel. The location was great to other nearby cities we wanted to visit. We enjoyed warming up near the fireplace after a cold day of touring. The food was very good in the main dining area for dinner and our service was excellent. We really enjoyed the breakfast. There were many excellent choices. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
