The location of this hotel is amazing, it was conveniently located for our itinerary. However, the pictures of the pool were definitely AI generated and we were extremely disappointed with the condition and lack of seating around the pool. I definitely felt mislead. In addition to the pool, the hotel is in serious need of a facelift. Our shower had a rust streak running down the wall, the elevator located nearest to our room went down, and it was uncomfortably hot in the common areas.

Overall, it is fairly okay hotel. However, there are a few issues with this hotel. 1. Toilet flushing isn’t working properly. Gross experience. They need to sort it out ASAP!!! 2. Lift has been broken for 2 days I had been there. Had to carry all of my bags out of the room when checking out. 3. Breakfast is fairly basic. Not going back!

The hotel was supposed to offer dining and bar options but due to staffing issues the menu options were limited. They could not provide the salad or taco options that were listed on the menu. Also the bar was closed the three nights we were there.

Nice accomodations, but it's time for some renovations.... You can see it's an older establishment (chipped paint, scratches on furniture, worn carpet, etc) However, it was a very comfortable room. Good food and drinks at the bar. Yes, I would stay here again... 👍

We booked 2 rooms. 1 was a double room and 1 was upgraded to a suite. The suite was nice. The double room #101 was a different story. The sheets and covers were stained pretty bad. I think it was clean but in not so good shape.

The hallway to my room was flooded with water and they had just thrown 3 or 4 towels over it. On top of that, the room had not been cleaned thoroughly and various items were in disrepair.

The overall stay wasn’t great. The air in our room didn’t work correctly. It was 74 in our room with the air set on 68. We called the front desk & was told to leave it on 65 or it won’t run. So every time we got cold, we had to shut it off. The comforter on the bed was SUPER filthy. We had the lights off & the TV was on, and when we held the comforter in the air you could see every single stain on it. Hard time sleeping. Won’t be staying here when we are back in town again.

The property had ants on the TV stand. I left a cup of lemonade on the TV stand. The next morning it had around 10 to 15 ants crawling on it. They need to spray the rooms and property.

One of my worst hotel experiences. This hotel room was dirty, although “cleaned” it didn’t look it was thoroughly cleaned. The towels were all off-color. The sheets had black spots, we found a big bug (possibly water bug) that we had to kill. A strange man hanging out in the parking garage day & night made us not feel safe! The lobby carpets and in the elevator were dirty, even the floor right outside the main entrance had long forgotten food stains. So as a guest you are greeted by signs of neglect and careless uncleanliness. Nothing about this stay was pleasant.

The hotel was very clean and in a great location. The were just a few things that could’ve made the stay better. For one the outlets in our room were incredibly loose. Anything plugged in would fall out, making it hard to charge our electronics. The thermostat in the room was not easy to use and would shut on and off. Lastly, the wifi was on the weaker side. A lot of the time it would be running slow making it difficult for anything to load. Overall our stay was pretty good and staff were very helpful and kind. Would consider returning in the future.

The hallway doors SLAM shut all hours of the day/night which is very disturbing if you’re a light sleeper, I was woken up multiple times a night. Clean place, comfortable beds. Probably wouldn’t stay again because of the door situation though.

They gave us a connecting room # 107 and the people in the other room # 105 never slept the whole night talking until we checked out that was 8 am.loud talking and loud music as well, i called the front desk at 6.30 am, they said they will check on it which never happened, i recorded the whole thing and going to put it in the review.

Great stay overall! Just an important feedback to consider- the hotel should provide flexibility with their room TVs. It was literally impossible to watch anything beside the offered channels from the TV provider (DSTV). No Netflix or ability to log in to other streaming networks which limit leisure time.

Excellent Front desk staff ,they made my stay so great ,I have been to other hotels and the Front Desk manager ,Miss Latoya ,is absolutely the Best ,she is kind and professional and knows her job very well ,also VJ,ED,ISIAH AND SELENA were all very great ,the housekeepers clean my room and it was well done ,my door latch was giving some issues however Miss Latoya sent someone to fix the door

The staff was rude they were on their personal cellphones having private conversations. The rooms were dirty, moldy, the elevator hasnt been inspected since 2023, the ac smelled like it was on fire, which isnt good for my family with asthma. The pool was dirty, the building was moldy. The rooms and other areas of the building looks like it needed painted since the paint was all chipped off. The were dirty stuff all smeared over the walls, the hallways were hot at 80 degrees. The door lock wasnt working correctly, the door wasnt shutting properly. I asked for a refunded since it was definitely NOT upto Marriott standards. But the employee definitely flat out said NO. Other people had issues with their rooms as well. I will be filing a complaint with Marriott Bonvoy about this issue.

Great place to stay. The guy who checked is in was very nice. He was having some computer issues and was making it hard to check people in. One customer was not very pleasant but I watched him never lose his cool and keep reassuring her he was doing everything he could to fix it. She was rude he never was rude back.

The employees were very nice, however the hotel was dated, the ceilings were tearing, the electric wall sockets were loose and could not hold my chargers, the bathroom toilet made the loudest noises scarring me out of my sleep, there’s no microwaves, and I was scarred to walk on rugs/floor barefoot. The grille downstairs was never open and they make you pay $19.99 for “breakfast” which was probably continental. Most likely won’t return.

The check in was smooth with no issues. We were on the first floor in what I assume is a wheelchair accessible room. The room was clean and cool (good to find since it was 97 degrees outside!). The only complaint is the bathroom flooded every time you took a shower d/t the lack of barrier in the shower. I also think their $10 breakfast is overcharging for what Fairfield has as complimentary. The hotel was clean and in a convenient spot to Truist park. We enjoyed the perimeter area and would stay in this location again.

The room cleanliness was great but there were other things that made the room go down the list. The shower we had was clogged so the water took awhile to go down the drain. And just the inconvience of have one microwave in the whole hotel everyone had to use was unconvienent. They also charge 19.95 per person for under par breakfast was crazy.

We didn’t eat the breakfast buffet for $15.00, it was your basic complimentary continental breakfast at any other hotel. The staff was very nice and accommodating- we thought there wasn’t a hair dryer in the room, and they brought a new one to us. Btw, it was in the closet hanging in the back in a black bag. The room was clean, bed was comfortable, hot water for the shower. I prefer a more powerful shower, this was a little less, just took me longer to get shampoo/conditioner out of my hair (thick and long). The only problem with the room was all the doors were LOUD and creaky and uneven, and crazy loud lock for the main door ( we had a suite with French doors to separate bedroom). The smoke detectors in both rooms made an awful clicking noise constantly, including through the night. I had to sleep with cotton balls to avoid hearing that noise. We did not get a chance to enjoy the pool so I can’t comment on that. It worked for what we needed it for. We would probably stay there again, only if the smoke detectors get fixed.
