had a wonderful time overall. The hotel is incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and the staff were absolutely excellent—always friendly and helpful throughout our stay. ​The only significant issue we encountered was with our second room. It was located on the 1st floor, and the patio door lock was broken. Being on the lower level, this made us feel quite unsafe. I did mention it to a staff member at the desk, but unfortunately, no action was taken to fix it. I didn't push the issue or bring it up a second time because I managed to barricade the door securely using our luggage for peace of mind. ​Aside from this security lapse, everything else about the hotel was fantastic. If the maintenance team can be a bit more proactive with fixing door locks, it would easily be a perfect 5-star experience!

I stayed in the junior suite and it was spacious and clean. The staff was very attentive, professional, and friendly. The hotel offers a variety of activities for adults, including water activities, as well as amenities for kids, such as a pool, babysitting services, and arcade games. The pool is nice and clean. My room had 1 patio door lock broken but I managed to prop a piece of luggage to block the door. The hotel is within walking distance of the beach and the restaurants around there are very good. Overall a very good experience.

Food absolutely dreadful. Ran out of alcohol most night. Miserable bloke frying eggs. Food always cold. Nice and helpful reception staff. Useless waiters and bar staff. Terrible attitude

Overall, our stay was decent, but there were some disappointing aspects. We unfortunately saw a cockroach twice near the indoor pool area, which was concerning and affected our overall impression of the hotel. The general cleanliness also did not meet our expectations. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast was good with a nice variety of options. The location was convenient for beach access, which was great, but there was not much else nearby in terms of restaurants, shopping, or entertainment. If your main goal is a relaxing beach stay, this hotel may suit you well. However, if you are looking for a more lively area with more things to do around the hotel, I would recommend considering a different location.
