The property is not kept in good condition. During our 4 day stay, the hallway to our room (both carpet and tile) was never cleaned. Our room was never vacuumed during our stay even though we never put the do not clean sign on our door. The most disappointing part was the condition of the outdoor spaces mainly the pool and patio area. Again, during our stay, the areas were never cleaned. The patio furniture is in terrible condition along with the overall condition of the pool area. The hotel is in an awesome location, facing docks of high end boats. This was its only redeeming quality as far as the physical facility goes. Another bright spot was the staff, especially the servers in the hotel restaurant. They were always friendly.

Trolley service was a nice touch if you need transportation to get downtown. Outdoor pool area was nice! Cute Tiki hut! Large parking lot was a plus! Indoor pool area was very strong with chemical smells. Beds were not super comfortable they are on the harder side. Caulk in the tub is very unappealing to the eye. Vent in the bathroom appeared to not have been cleaned in months!! Vent was packed with dust! Hallways are very moist, hot, and musty.

We loved this hotel so much and already plan to go back next year and stay longer! Location is awesome, on the water, only about 10 minutes from Grand Haven State Park. Property was clean and well maintained. Beds are super comfortable, rooms all have small balconies. Indoor pool and hot tub, outdoor pool were big, comfortable temperature. Outdoor space with cornhole, volleyball net, giant chess. Burger Theory (restaurant) had great food - we loved the pizza and chicken tenders, breakfast was great too! Outdoor Tiki Bar - chill vibes, awesome service. All staff was friendly and welcoming.

There are two issues with our stay. 1. We were told by the front desk at check-in that breakfast was included and it’s open until 11. When I went down for breakfast, the manager said yes, it’s included but there was no buffet, just made-to-order via the menu. Odd. The waiter told me later that it’s not included and “the front desk screwed up.” 2. The indoor hot tub is in need of repairs and updates. The nozzles don’t work properly and just bubble up the wall. Useless. There’s a lot of mildew and stains and the floor throughout the indoor area is damaged and unsightly.

Hotel was nice! Nothing exciting. A bit out dated but that doesn’t affect the stay. Staff was very friendly. Hotel room was fine, bed comfortable. Faucet in bathroom was a silly design…made water go all over the sink every time you washed your hands. Could have been a little cleaner in areas and the breakfast we ordered was cold by the time they served it to us. Loved that they had a shuttle from hotel to the shopping and restaurant and gave you a tour along the way! The driver was so nice and sweet!!

No silverware, nothing labeled as to what was what, out of half the stuff and we got there at 9, it closed at 11. When I asked for a napkin the lady working there told me “In front of your face” very rudely. It was not indeed in front of my face but halfway down the bar was a pile of napkins covered in cereal, apparently I was to know those were for the taking. 2nd floor was freezing. Going to the pool and back kinda sucked because it was such a cold walk. If there were lack of options we would stay here again but skip the restaurant and pool.

Why I am I getting this again? I already responded to one email. The property and room were not clean. The room literally had 2 double beds and an uncomfortable office chair. No exhaust fanning the bathroom. Dirty windows/ screen door. Fruit flies on breakfast buffet. All for only $500 per night. Never again.

Room was not available early at all even after telling me to come after 1 pm. Came back at 230 pm and sat and waited for an update . Almost not available at 3 pm check in time until I got really upset and had a convo saying that’s unacceptable. Asked for my safe to be reset .. never happened so was unable to use safe In Room entire time. Will it return here again which is too bad because great location

All in all was good experience other than the room was a ice box and thermostat never seemed to work. Outside weather was in 40's yet the ac was blasting and we kept trying to turn up heat never seemed to work ask at desk for maintenance to take a look at it never got confirmation but at 11:30 at night didnt care just wanted to sleep. Curtains were busted sliding door need alot of work. I have stayed here before and was always beautiful has gone down hill quite a bit since I was here last.

The gal that checked us in was wonderful-friendly, welcoming, and kind. The problem was the restaurant. They were short staffed which is understandable in these times. However, after standing in line at the hostess stand for 20 minutes, we were rudely told, “we are on a wait!” I said that it was ok we would wait. But no, the C woman again rudely said, we are on a WAIT! You can go wait in the lobby!” No one took our name or asked us the number of our party. So, I was not going to go wait in the lobby without checking in somehow. When I started this I was told that the kitchen is behind and we are on a wait. My partner and I left to go to Grand Haven to give our business to another restaurant. I can assure you that we did not try the restaurant chain for breakfast. I would not recommend this restaurant.

The room was very clean, though the hall needed to be vacuumed, but it was okay. The bar/restaurant had no character, but it was clean. The front desk people, particularly Max, were so friendly, helpful, and welcoming. We had noise from next door, but I think that is the trouble with being in an adjoining room when you are not with those people. Sound travels through doors. The view over the marina was lovely. All in all, we were quite happy.

We stayed this property doing the Memorial Day weekend. When I was checking in and the front desk person was on the phone… so I went out to check out the hotel outside; when I came back she’s on the phone still… after we checked in and found out there was no hairdryer and the phone is not working too! I had to walk to the front desk twice to get the hairdryer finally after about half hour that was around 11:00pm!

Great Hotel! Location was close to Grand Haven State Park, we stayed for the Kite Festival. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, room was really clean and quiet. Pool area was great, hot tub was a bonus. Loved how the hotel was on a channel so we could watch the boats on the little boardwalk and we could walk under the bridge to a great little Bbq place, Dr Rolf’s Bbq. Breakfast was amazing, the ladies in the morning rocked! So friendly. Will definitely recommend and sty again if in the area.

Property is in a great location, we were downtown in 6 minutes. Shuttle service was friendly and on time. Staff was friendly and efficient. My only complaint was the upkeep of the building. I wouldn’t say it was dirty as much as in need of better upkeep. It’s obviously a well used, popular hotel and the wear and tear is starting to show. I would stay here again, but would feel better going into it knowing the conditions and having better expectations.

Great Hotel! Location was close to Grand Haven State Park, we stayed for the Kite Festival. Check in was quick, staff was friendly, room was really clean and quiet. The hotel was clean, staff was amazing, and having the restaurant inside the property was very convenient since we got hit with a snow storm. The restaurant staff were all amazing and friendly, food was delicious and the bartender made delicious drinks. Our whole experience was awesome and we enjoyed it. Breakfast options were delicious as well. I highly recommend the breakfast package.
