Very nice amenities but parking was awful. They lure you into a time share presentation. The room was nice, had some weird quirks. Lights came on in the middle of the night, fan would start and stop randomly. Not enough garbage cans and the toilet ran all night. We were on the 3rd floor and the upstairs neighbors had children running laps every night. I never received the receipt I asked for to find out what the charges were for

The resort was fantastic, my only complaint is not enough parking especially when it’s 112 degrees out and you’re walking from several buildings away. The rooms where wonderful and clean and will definitely stay there again.

Large property with two pools and hot tubs. We relaxed in the cool evenings in the warmth of the hot tub and met some great people. Employees were very friendly. The pool bartender was top notch! Will stay again!

Lovely resort excellent for families. Huge pool with circular slide. Hammocks, corn hole setups, quiet areas and lovely grounds. Separate adult only pool with pool bar. Very nice grounds. Rooms are condo style with kitchens and washer and dryers. Great for extended stay. Clean and neat. Maybe getting a little older, but still very nice. Some roooms have balconies with great views. Resort is located about 40 minutes away from downtown Phoenix. Very much need a rental car to get to and from the airport and to get to local attractions, grocery stories and restaurants.

Love the hot tub. Didn’t like the strong cleaning supplies used to clean room. Towels picked up and no new towels brought. Parking is at a premium at night.

This property is very well maintained and the rooms are excellent. Both pools had ample space, Pickel ball and ping pong were available along with an excellent work out area.

Loved the family pool, but wish the fountain was on earlier then 10 to drown out the noisy kids. Adult pool needs to be updated. Looked in very bad shape!

Every thing was good to great except for parking and no one told us how things in the room worked. I am handicapped and we were visiting family in the area. When we returned, we had to walk fifty yards to our elevator. Some of the cars parked in the handicapped parking didn't have the plate or the permit on their rear view mear.

This is a beautiful place to stay. Upon arrival the check in process is quick and easy, you check in and are directed to the concierge who will give you a map of the property and a list of local shopping and dining options. Each room is equipped with a full kitchen as well as a washer and dryer.. There is a large pool with water slide as well as a hotbpool and a on site food truck that is open 7 days a week serving comfort food. The property has plenty of parking and is located in a safe area with plenty to do nearby. Ive stayed here twice and have enjoyed long walks at the nearby Sunrise peak park. The property is a mile away from a large shopping district with a Fryes, Super Target, Aldi and a handfull of restaurants and fast food places. You don't have to go far to eat or buy food to stock the kitchen that is in your room. Overall this is a great place to stay and I highly recommend it.

Absoulte beautiful property! Cleanliness not so much! We stayed in the master suite and the junior suite. Both were lovely. However the shower floors were filthy. Black to be exact. Just dirt buildup over time and not being properly cleaned. Walls were dirty and main entrance doors to building were dirty as well. Overlook the dirt and its a beautiful property. No restaurant on site just a food truck! Not all junior suites have balconies!

Check in was at 4pm. I had to wait in the sun for an hour for my room because it was not cleaned yet. They called me a little after 5pm to let me know the room was ready and it was absolutely dirty. So the housekeeping manager came and confirmed it was not cleaned properly so I had to wait another hour. For the area and this property being a beautiful resort this was unacceptable

Definite resort feel with amenities. We have stayed here before and will stay again. Its a time-share property so if you’re not an owner your room choice/request will be whatever is leftover (view/access/location). Housekeeping recently changed from third-party to in-house corporate and should get better. Upon check-in we found stained sheets on bed and black-mold on shower tiles. Housekeeping mgr apologized and immediately corrected and explained the old team was let go and brand new staff is being trained during busy holiday week. I noticed the training and teamwork through the week after initial check-in issues.

Property was comfortable, clean and safe

DON'T WASTE YOUR $$! We booked through Expedia at a great price, however, did not know till time of check in that there was an additional fee of $25 PER DAY. The room was absolutely gross! There was splattered grease and food all over the cooktop. (Thankfully, we were planning on eating out during our stay). The floors were so dirty our feet were black. I made our young children wear their flip flops the whole time. The carpet was frayed & torn at the tile transition. There was a layer of dirt on the top of the towel bars, in the corners by the tub surround and all along the floor tile. The fitted sheets didn't fit the bed so you were sleeping on the mattress cover by morning. The bedding for the pull out sofa had a strong chemical smell. The pull out sofa was terribly uncomfortable. All of the fixtures and room decor is out of date. Parking is terrible. Trust me...the pics you see online are not what you get. If they are trying to sell you a vacation ownership, then they should probably put you in a room worthy of owning and wanting to return. Maybe owners get to stay in nicer rooms?? We ended up leaving a day early. Funny...the girl at the front desk didn't even ask why? Was everything ok? etc? No customer service. They are just filling orders. Next time I will pay more and stay somewhere else!

I enjoyed staying at this property. The master suite was very nice, lots of room. However the bathroom sink had a leaky faucet and the shower smelled bad, like rotten eggs. The shower head had something green on it, either mold or lime scale, not sure. The soaking tub wasn’t clean either. Otherwise the room itself and bed were clean and comfortable.

Rooms were awesome but laundry machine smelled like cigarettes. The walls are super thin and the people above us were rearranging furniture and chasing children all hours of the night. I realize that was the other guests and outside the control of the facility but we could hear people in the walkways at the ice machine at the pool and all sides of the room. The internet is total garbage. Unless you pay for the faster one but we had no cell coverage or internet without an additional fee (that in itself will Make me not go back)

The shower had two temperatures. Freezing and scalding. No maid service during stay as well.

The newer buildings on the property are beautiful and modern. The older buildings are dated, carpeting could use a good scrubbing, but still nice. The bedding is super comfortable and clean. We love staying here and hope to return many times!

This place is amazing. Our suite was large and perfect. Nice master bedroom with jacuzzi tub, full kitchen and family room. My whole family loved it. They have nice outdoor grills. The pool area with water slide was a lot of fun as well. Plenty of lounge chairs and space for everyone. The only small downside is that the cell/internet is absolutely horrible. If you plan on working it will be difficult unless you have satellite service. Otherwise awesome place.

Property is a very nice resort. The place I stayed needs some TLC. Handles missing. No Wi-Fi!! That was a major problem. The grounds are beautiful. Staff very friendly. The pools are awesome. All appliances worked well. Very clean resort.

Showers took a solid 10 min to warm up. Rooms were worn, and not very quiet. But clean

We travelled with my 16 year old daughter who needed to sleep on the pull out couch but it was so uncomfortable with no support that she ended up just sleeping on the couch itself. Such a bummer. The bed in the bedroom was a full size which it seemed like there may have been a queen or king previously in the space…replacement bed? Either way, it was very uncomfortable. Overall, if you come for the sun and plan on staying outside a majority of the time, it’s a nice choice. Keep in mind that this resort is not within walking distance of anything, so you have to drive at least ten minutes to get food.

Shower door in on room leaked and bathroom floor was soaked when we showered. Washer in same room didnt work correctly

We went for a weekend getaway, my spouse, 2 children and myself. We booked through hotels.com and they put us in a Jr Suite and that was WAY too small. I would recommend for a couple only but with two kids we were on top of each other. I slept on the sofa couch with my youngest and it was awful. The mattress is maybe 3 inches thick, you feel every part of the couch through it. The tv isn't angled toward the couch it is also outdated and you are unable to mirror a movie from your phone or connect with a cord- would have been useful for the kids since they don't have great options. The bathrooms at the pool were quite disgusting although I know it was a very busy weekend my biggest concern is how unsafe they were. The bathrooms at the pool are slick tile and there are no rubber mats at all when a soaking wet person goes in. My 4 year old slipped the moment she walked in and got hurt. Any encounter I had with staff after check in was okay, they seemed unhappy. House keeping knocked on our door almost an hour before check out asking when we are leaving then waiting outside our door until we left. My last complaint is when you check in you have to go get a parking pass, where you are taken to a room to be bullied into going on a tour of their property so they can sell you a timeshare or something. They were worse than car salesmen. I want to come here to RELAX. I do like the resort it was our second time coming but this time was disappointing.

There was a mix up with my reservation due to booking through a third party. Cynthia was more than willing to accommodate those needs so that our stay was great. Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Terrible communication from front desk staff. We booked two reservations back to back. The desk clerk said she would link them together. The day our second half of our stay was to begin' unknown to us' the deactivated our room keys. We found this out only after carrying groceries all the way up to the 3rd floor. I immediately called the front desk & was told I needed to come to the front desk to obtain new keys. We had to carry everything back to the car & drive to the front desk area. When explaining to "another' staff member what occured it was just' sorry. No additionally compensation was offered. Then we had to drive back to our building' unload everything and head back up to the 3rd floor. This was extremely frustrating as this delayed me getting to the memory care facility to feed my Mom. Very understaffed. Poor commincation' unless of coursev they want to try to sell you a timeshare. The grounds are in need of being updated & refreshed. Grilling area pnly has one grill that is in poor condition, was dirty & had a handle that ihas loose screws & falls off.

everything was fine until the last morning never told us it was a 10am checkout! now for our entire stay they never once cleaned the room we had to ask for towels and toilet paper.At 9:30 they started banging on the door to clean this happened 3 more times b/4 a guy basically threatened me to get out now. We were out by 11 as we thought that was the time B/4 this I had recommended 3 people to stay here

Key cards didn’t work , 2 sets of them , had to have a electrical engineer out to fix lock doors, we were suppose to have a pack an play crib for our grandson after about 3 hrs an like 5 different people they finally said they didn’t have one , had to talk to manger an said that it was totally unexceptional that they need to do something , they went to a store an bought one !! I shouldn’t have had to go through that , what a way to check in an the floors were dirty again !

The property is very nice with an amazingly large pool. The units are very large. They say check in starts at 4:00 but my room wasn't ready until 6:00. I was offered a $50 credit but it was too hot to sit by the pool fully clothed. Check out time is too early, 10:00 a.m. Even a late check out is only 11:00.

Love the grandness of the pool ad 3 story buildings in the southwest flavor, beautiful! We had an enjoyable tasty Arizona, California burgers, chicken tenders and loaded fries at the food truck along with delicious virgin drinks. Loved the people there and Cynthia who helped us tremendously at the front desk!

Great location outside the PHX city noise. Clean rooms, well stocked with home appliances, made you feel like you were in a hotel.

This property is a great location to restaurants and stores. Room was clean and stocked and the property was gorgeous. Had all the amenities that we needed.

It was an easy drive to shopping, gas and restaurants. Not far from the freeway and the area was clean and safe. Will stay here again.

Closer to Peoria and Trilogy. Woke me up at 8am with 2 Gardners blowing their leaf blowers so loud. I would stay here again nice one bedroom full kitchen Great for Northern Peoria

Very pretty property in a good location.

Property is beautiful and employees were all great. Wonderful pool area with water slide is the highlight of the property. There is food on site but not a restaurant, food comes from a food truck that is permanently on site. Food quality is good. No restaurants within walking distance or shops.

Pools were very nice. Some kind of motor running all night, off and on. Really difficult to sleep. Watching a sporting event at adult bar and they closed right as main attraction was starting. About 9:30 pm. Very disappointing.

TV situation is sub par. No streaming options and no program guide for cable. Also need ports for power cords, charging stations, etc. Furniture in suite is not comfortable for relaxing. A proper restaurant/cafe, especially an all-day coffee bar, would be a plus especially because this property is not close to anything. Staff was friendly and helpful. The Spa is top notch, as is the adult pool.

Everything about this stay was excellent. The apartment was spotless and had everything we could need. The pool is one of the best we have seen. Between the pool and on-site activities, everyone was entertained for the days we were there.

We loved the pool and our kids loved the pool as well. The food truck was reasonably priced and good food. The drinks were more expensive than they should have been. We loved playing ping pong, they had some great activities, and the staff was friendly. The room was spacious and clean, although there were not enough blankets for our son from the hide a bed, but when we called to get an extra blanket, we were left on hold for 15 minutes and never got the blanket. Other than that one minor hiccup, we had a great time and enjoyed our stay. We will be back...and that is a threat.
