Facilities are simple: a bar, cozy lobby and a very limited restaurant mainly serving pizza. Parking is across at the airport and usually paid, with discounts handled by reception; a sauna is also available.

Cleanliness feedback is mixed: many found rooms and public areas clean, but others reported dusty or poorly cleaned rooms, unclean shared bathrooms, and drainage issues causing water on bathroom floors or unpleasant smells.

Rooms are basic and compact, with some bunks and shared bathrooms; TVs can be tiny or absent. Many mention hard or uncomfortable beds, thin walls, temperature issues (no AC leading to hot rooms or occasionally cold), and showers that soak the floor.

Staff are consistently described as friendly, welcoming and helpful at reception and around the hotel.

Exceptionally convenient for Skavsta Airport—directly across from the terminal and practical for late or early flights. Some guests also found it surprisingly quiet and noted bus connections to Nyköping and Stockholm.

Breakfast is basic, mostly cold items; several guests missed hot dishes, though others felt it adequate for the price. Evening dining is limited and largely pizza-based, with mixed quality; a bar is available.
