Brambles is a privately owned and run B&B with 4 letting rooms. I had the room upstairs in the main cottage building. It had a superb view overlooking the garden and the countryside beyond. Be aware the stairs are quite steep. There are also 3 ground floor rooms. Alison and David provided useful travel information beforehand. They were helpful on arrival and everything was clear. Breakfast was generous and excellent, as was the hospitality tray in the room. The room and ensuite were satisfactorily serviced each day. I spent 7 nights and was fully satisfied.

Absolutely lovely B&B. Hosts were super friendly on arrival. Love the little touches like bin emptying and replenishment of drinks and biscuits daily. Shower was super powerful and complementary toiletries were gratefully received. Would highly recommended this lovely little B&B.

All of the 3 rooms we booked had excellent facilities, everything we needed was there and more than we expected - from an extensive range of teas and other hot drink options to snacks and wine glasses. The garden is fabulous and the views across the open countryside are extensive. The owners were very friendly and helpful and we all slept very well in the extremely comfortable beds.

We had a fantastic stay. The room was warm and clean and I’m so grateful to Alison and her husband for being so welcoming and accommodating, and for the hearty breakfast in the morning! Look forward to returning soon!
