Vattnet i poolen var iskallt, även på eftermiddagen när solen borde värmt lite. Det var omständigt att ta sig till rummen. Först fick man åka 1 hiss från markplan upp till lobby, och där byta hiss för att komm till rummen. Smhissarna var alldeles för få, man fick alltid stå och vänta länge på dom.

Five star hotel with excellent location , friendly and cooperative staff. Decent breakfast and really good facilities such as gym and pool. Only issue is the elevator waiting time ..sometimes I had to wait for more than 5 minutes to get the elevator .. guess the elevator logic system needs an improvement

Great hotel, conveniently located at the central world mega shopping mall. Close to BTS station and walkable to many places in the city center. Feels new, clean, amazing view, great gym and swimming pool, very nice restaurants and bars.

Top of the line hotel in Bangkok. Amazing rooftop restaurants and bars and if you get to the top, you can have a 360 view of the city. Rooms were upgraded and modern. Very comfortable and clean. Staff was excellent and beyond helpful from bellhop to concierge to house keepers. For example, concierge helped us book massages nearby, or the house keepers would wipe down our bathroom floors and made sure everything was clean and tidy. This hotel may be in a more vibrant part of the city, but because it's high up, there's no noise. Connected to CentralWorld and The Groove, and walkable to the rest of the malls like Siam Paragon, Siam Discovery, and MBK. Also walkable to MRT. Overall 10/10.

there needs to be a jacuzzi cause the pool is freezing!! And maybe more noodles or like fried stuff for breakfast cause me personally I don’t like breakfast stuff for breakfast. Thanks

Excellent hotel , very modern, and the buffet breakfast. Probably the best I’ve ever had. Pool was on 26th floor over looking Bangkok. No faults what so ever , can’t fault it

Connectivity - connected to Centralworld (though you would need to take 1 lift to level 23 and then connect to another lift to bring you to level 7 and then walk through the carpark to get to Centralworld) About 5-10min walk to Siam BTS Being near to Centralworld meant that shopping and dining options were plentiful. However the traffic leading out of the hotel was bad most of the time. Do factor in extra time if you're taking a taxi or private hire. Room was spacious and clean, no complaints there. Pillows were on the soft side.

I had a wonderful stay here. The hotel offers very nice views and is kept spotlessly clean. The staff were consistently helpful, which made the experience smooth and welcoming. Since I don’t know Bangkok well, I appreciated that the hotel is located right in what felt like a very busy and central part of the city—perfect for exploring and getting a sense of the energy of Bangkok.

The hotel boasts itself as a 5 star hotel and unfortunately, the guests that it receives are not close to 5 stars. Our room was adjacent to a family suite so we constantly heard children running, screaming and playing with the door bells. There were also 3 families at the other end of the hallway who enjoy talking along the hallway with their coffee in hand. Perhaps the hotel can improve on its soundproofing. We were hoping to play some tennis but the courts were converted into a hydroponics farm. The hotel is attached to a convention hall. There was a constant flow of men in suit who were unruly and impatient. Our bags were sent to our rooms as their check in was 3pm local time. My haversack was tipping over the edge of the open wardrobe and my friend's luggage appeared to be just wheeled in from the door. Not what you expect from a 5 star hotel. Nevertheless, the view of the city was wonderful. The water pressure was good. The welcome drinks served at the bar were tasty. Thank you.

There is nothing better than staying at a hotel above CentralWorld right in the heart of Bangkok's shopping destination. There are 8 hotel guests' private high-speed elevators that have direct access to CentralWorld from 3rd floor to 10th floor. The lobby is located on 23rd floor with stunning view and a very cozy decoration. Our room is so spacious with walk-in closet and bathroom taking up half of the room which is very nice and convenience for ladies in our family. Breakfast is on 24th floor at Ventisi. This is how a 5-star breakfast should be with internation selections, some Thai signature dishes and beverages, plenty of seats, several healthy choices/gluten free/vegetarian menus, and I love the Zemex's fresh orange juice machine. Overall, an impressive stay. Highly recommended for those who want to visit CentralWorld, Siam Paragon, MBK and Pratunam or Watergate for just 10-minute walk via connecting bridge.

This hotel is in a fantastic location, directly connected to a shopping centre with plenty of food options all around. The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff are amazing—friendly, helpful, and always willing to go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.

Conveniently located at Central World and close to both Chitlom and Siam BTS stations. The only complaint I would say is at times it takes forever for the elevator/lift to become available, sometimes you are waiting for up to a minute each time. Other than that, the property is well maintained and the room is clean. The bed is also very comfortable. Although, I will say the light controls for the room were quite difficult to use (trying to turn off the master lights, room lights, night lights, etc.).

The experience checking in to the hotel was frustrating. We had just driven 7 hours to get to the hotel and before I knew what was happening my bags were whisked away and I was ushered up to the check in desk which is on floor 23. Of course the first thing asked for was a Passport which was in my bags which had disappeared so then I had to wait for my bags to come back again. I then had to go through the process of learning where everything is and where all the places are in the hotel to spend money and then had to install an app on my phone and be shown all the details on that when all I wanted to do was get to my room and use the bathroom. My room was supposedly upgraded but it was very cramped although the bathroom was spectacular and very spacious. The pool area was nice but service was not very good and the wait time was long, I ordered a cocktail but it was basically a 500thb glass of orange juice that maybe had alcohol in it? The restaurant and buffet breakfast was outstanding though. The main reason for my stay was access to Centralworld but it was not very clear how to access the centre.

Both the hotel location and room is good. However, I’m totally disappointed about the crowd flow control at 23rd floor’s lift lobby. There’s lot of people waiting lift but only one security staff there (even not every night with staff on duty) and the staff did nothing. People came from both side without queueing in order. Some people even jump the queue but the staff has no action. When the lift arrived, everyone rushed into the lift and it’s chaotic. Simply place fence rope and signage to guide the queue can solve the problem but as a 5 star hotel, it did nothing. It’s totally unaccepted and it’s intolerable for same situation everyday. And no one respond after feedback by email.

Loved my stay here! The staff is very welcoming, location is very convenient as it is connected to Centralworld mall.The staff here really listen! At first, the disposable slippers were a bit thin (not great for walking around the room), but when I mentioned it, they immediately brought me a better pair—really appreciated that! Would 100% stay here again. Service was excellent, location is perfect, and the little details (like fixing the slipper issue right away) made me feel special. Great for both relaxation and exploring Bangkok.

Excellent location and stay. Service was occasionally slow (delivery of bags to room and some confusion in regard to our room in the beginning. Room service varied between two nights with the same dish, one night the tuna nicoise was perfect and the second night it was almost a different dish. Other than this would recommend.

Had the most excellent stay at Centara Grand, will definitely come back here each time I come to Bangkok! Location is excellent, connected to CentralWorld where shopping and dining options are amazing. Service is unparalleled - it was my dad’s bday and they sent up a really delicious cake and a very sweet handwritten note with drawings which added such a heartwarming and personalised touch. Thank you so much!! Concierge was also really great in helping to facilitate our laundry service and delivery. Room cleaning folks are super friendly too. Room is very comfy and spacious with a great view. Breakfast has plenty of options, worth a try. Really a wonderful experience :)

Beautiful property and very clean. A bit of a long walk from the subway and through the mall. If you have luggage, just take a Grab or taxi because of the long walk. The breakfast buffet was very delicious, with tons of options and a variety of international cuisines. We loved it! The staff is what makes this place amazing! The late night front desk employee was so kind and sweet. I booked an extra night because I had a 4am flight. At checkout, they surprised us with a togo breakfast goody bag because they said we were going to miss breakfast at the hotel because of the early flight. It was filled with fruits, baked goods, water, and juice! So thoughtful!! And it was more delicious than what was served on the airplane! Thank you again for your kindness and consideration. Would stay here again and highly recommend!

Mine and my wifes stay was a christmas shopping weekend so the location of the hotel is excellent because central shopping centre is basically attached and siam paragon is a 5mins walk away and you'll find everything and more between the two the hotel is excellent apart from the breakfast the breakfast room was very cold which in turn made the hot breakfast food very cold

Location excellent, connected to CentralWorld on the L7 and Lobby at L23. Up to L42 is normal room and higher is club FL. Welcome drink on L54 not much view. Bad side, they are using low quality toilet tissue and no electronic bidet. Walking to Big-C or Train are quite a distance due to mall too big. Big-C thru H&M will be fastest. Breakfast limited of choices, and they don't change much everyday (no Thai curry only Arab veg curry). Some hotels(Terminal 21) offer daily changes to selected items. Overall, price high but quality provided not up to value. Only Plus point location.

My family of four (inclusive of two teenagers) had an absolutely wonderful stay. The hotel links into the massive shopping mall next door and is only a short walk to the nearby BTS (sky train) terminal. The buffet breakfast on the 51st floor is available to “Club” guests and is fantastic. Be sure to try out their a la carte menu items.
