Lady on reception when checking in was very helpful , showing us maps , ferry time tables , suggested places to visit. . Very nice hotel. And a convenient short walk into town/ferry.

This has been the loveliest hotel I’ve been to in a long time. A welcoming hotel which made our holiday relaxing. The reception staff are lovely. The room was spacious with beautiful views and very quiet. The cleaning staff were very friendly and kept the hotel and rooms very clean and tidy. The pools are beautiful with a choice of four with different vibes. We were able to hire and e-bike for a day of sightseeing in the neighbouring towns. Thoroughly enjoyed my stay and I will hope to be back to Bardolino for a third time very soon.

We have been driving all over Europe for 4 weeks and this is one of the Best places we have stayed. Clean great staff n the hotel is like an art museum. I did not use any of the pools but they are beautiful and heated. The restaurant is incredible ! Breakfast as well. The area is gorgeous. I would stay here whenever I could and Highly recommend it!!!!!
