We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Kriss. Our room was clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The hotel is in a fantastic location; a very short walk into Bardolino centre but also walkable to Garda or Cisarno. The hotel beach and sun beds are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying swimming in the lake. We really enjoyed using the hotel paddle boards too! Breakfast was a real highlight. There was so much choice and it was absolutely delicious! Especially the egg station where you could choose how you’d like your eggs cooked freshly for you. The staff are all wonderful, super friendly and helpful. We loved our holiday and will certainly be back!

sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Design, frühstück gut, tolle ruhige Lage gleich am See mit privatem Steg und Liegen vor dem See, das Essen im Bistro mittags war auch recht lecker , nicht so einladend haben wir die dachterasse empfunden , da könnte man noch was draus machen der Balkon ist leider recht klein und man hat wenig Privatsphäre von den Nachbargästen Alles in allem kommen wir wieder!

Es war mal wieder ein toller Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal, schöne und saubere Zimmer, leckeres und abwechslungsreiches Frühstück und tolle Liegemöglichkeiten in erster Reihe am See. Gibt absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Unser Zimmer war sauber, mit täglich frischen Handtüchern und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Einzige Anmerkung: Die Inneneinrichtung ist veraltet von denn Zimmern aber das Bad war neu renoviert . Leider schade das das Restaurant nicht lange offen hat da steht bis 18 Uhr aber war doch schon um 17 Uhr zu ! Der Balkon war klein und man konnte nur einen kurzen Blick auf den See werfen, aber es war ok. Das Frühstück war das beste von allen😀🙈 es war eine super Auswahl und reichlich von allem . Ich vermisste einen Pool der vor der Türe war noch zu kalt ! Das Beste am Hotel war jedoch das Personal. Die Damen beim Frühstück begrüßten uns jeden Morgen mit einem breiten Lächeln und kannten nach zwei Tagen unsere bevorzugten Heißgetränke.👌

Tolle Unterkunft. Sehr gut gelegen mit vielen Restaurant Möglichkeiten. Der Strand Eingang ist ebenfalls sehr gut. Das Personal ist sehr aufmerksam und sehr freundlich. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Das Hotel liegt nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß vom Zentrum entfernt, direkt am See. Das Personal ist ausgesprochenen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind sauber und ordentlich eingerichtet. Auch besonders erwähnenswert ist das ausgezeichnete Frühstück.

Sehr gutes renoviertes Hotel mit direkter Seelage und tollen Service. Das ganze Team im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer groß neues Bad sehr sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet in Top Qualität und alles vorhanden und die schöne Lage . Es wird sofort bei jedem Anliegen geholfen. Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen. Ich bin öfter in dem Hotel und immer äusserst zufrieden. Nur diesesmal im Nebengebäude, das Licht im Flur ging nicht an. Man musste das Handy zum leuchten benutzen. Der Rollo funktionierte nicht richtig. Und leider waren an der Decke extrem viele Mücken, woher keine Ahnung vielleicht vom Vorgänger noch als er die Türe offen gelassen hat? Und die Bettdecke musste man selbst beziehen. Dafür war es absolut zu teuer. Da ich geschäftlich öfter dort bin, hoffe ich das nächstemal wieder damit, dass alles Top ist wie vorher.

Just a quick stroll away from the many restaurants and shops in Bardolino, this place was a perfect choice. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of the lake. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and the service was excellent our entire stay. The breakfast was great too! Don't hesitate to stay here!

Siamo stati per un breve soggiorno e devo dire che sono rimasta colpita da tutto. Ho riservato una camera con vista lago parziale, era stupenda. Grande, spaziosa, bagno pulito. La vista dal piccolo terrazzo era perfetta. Il servizio di reception ottimo, personale giovane e sempre disponibile. Le ragazze della sala sempre gentili, disponibili, sorridenti.. Ieri mattina, era il compleanno del mio compagno e ci hanno portato una torta con una candela a colazione e gli auguri da parte di tutto lo staff. che dire, consiglieremo questa esperienza a tutti quelli che ce lo chiedono. Sehr gutes renoviertes Hotel mit direkter Seelage und tollen Service. Das ganze Team im Hotel ist ausgezeichnet und sehr freundlich und kompetent. Zimmer groß neues Bad sehr sauber. Frühstück ausgezeichnet in Top Qualität und alles vorhanden und die schöne Lage . Es wird sofort bei jedem Anliegen geholfen. Auf alle Fälle weiter zu empfehlen. We had a wonderful 4 night stay at Hotel Kriss. Our room was clean and comfortable and we slept really well. The hotel is in a fantastic location; a very short walk into Bardolino centre but also walkable to Garda or Cisarno. The hotel beach and sun beds are perfect for sunbathing and enjoying swimming in the lake. We really enjoyed using the hotel paddle boards too! Breakfast was a real highlight. There was so much choice and it was absolutely delicious! Especially the egg station where you could choose how you’d like your eggs cooked freshly for you. The staff are all wonderful, super friendly and helpful. We loved our holiday and will certainly be back!

sehr freundliches Personal, schönes Design, frühstück gut, tolle ruhige Lage gleich am See mit privatem Steg und Liegen vor dem See, das Essen im Bistro mittags war auch recht lecker , nicht so einladend haben wir die dachterasse empfunden , da könnte man noch was draus machen der Balkon ist leider recht klein und man hat wenig Privatsphäre von den Nachbargästen Alles in allem kommen wir wieder!

Just a quick stroll away from the many restaurants and shops in Bardolino, this place was a perfect choice. Our room was very spacious, modern and clean and had a great view of the lake. We were greeted with a glass of prosecco and the service was excellent our entire stay. The breakfast was great too! Don't hesitate to stay here!

Das Personal ist freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Unser Zimmer war sauber, mit täglich frischen Handtüchern und einem Balkon mit Blick auf den See. Einzige Anmerkung: Die Inneneinrichtung ist veraltet von denn Zimmern aber das Bad war neu renoviert . Leider schade das das Restaurant nicht lange offen hat da steht bis 18 Uhr aber war doch schon um 17 Uhr zu ! Der Balkon war klein und man konnte nur einen kurzen Blick auf den See werfen, aber es war ok. Das Frühstück war das beste von allen😀🙈 es war eine super Auswahl und reichlich von allem . Ich vermisste einen Pool der vor der Türe war noch zu kalt ! Das Beste am Hotel war jedoch das Personal. Die Damen beim Frühstück begrüßten uns jeden Morgen mit einem breiten Lächeln und kannten nach zwei Tagen unsere bevorzugten Heißgetränke.👌

The staff were very pleasant and so helpful, particularly Matteo on reception - nothing was too much trouble for him as I had a few issues organising my journey home. Super location.Breakfast excellent. My only issue was the people next doorwho were very noisy, but there was not a lot to be done about that. Would definitely stay again and recommend. I was a solo traveller so the ambience and helpfulness of the staff was very important to me. Thank you so much.

Siamo stati per un breve soggiorno e devo dire che sono rimasta colpita da tutto. Ho riservato una camera con vista lago parziale, era stupenda. Grande, spaziosa, bagno pulito. La vista dal piccolo terrazzo era perfetta. Il servizio di reception ottimo, personale giovane e sempre disponibile. Le ragazze della sala sempre gentili, disponibili, sorridenti.. Ieri mattina, era il compleanno del mio compagno e ci hanno portato una torta con una candela a colazione e gli auguri da parte di tutto lo staff. che dire, consiglieremo questa esperienza a tutti quelli che ce lo chiedono. We stayed for 4 nights, and we really enjoyed our stay at Kriss. The staff was really welcoming and helped us with guiding and booking of activities. The breakfast was delicious. Vi elsket dette hotellet. Dette hotellet drevet av en familie med fler var kjempe flott, så god service og flotte ansatte. Den private delen på 'stranden' var super. Og frokosten var helt fantastisk. Selv for min samboer med cøliaki. Vi kommer igjen.

The best hotel I have stayed in a looooong time! The staff is beyond friendly and helpful, the hotel is beautiful, great location , we were greeted with a glass prosecco and our laguage was taken to the reception. I highly recommend this hotel , also great breakfast! And a nice bar to sit in the evening when it rains outside.......we will definitly be back!
