Gîte du Domaine de Brondel – a charming stone and wood house with a large glass wall, located in the heart of the Drôme. Ideally situated, this rental will win you over with its tranquility and authentic style. The house is semi-detached to the owners' residence. The property is spread over two levels: • On the garden level, there is a living area with an open kitchen, dining space, and a lounge corner. • Upstairs, you will find two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and private toilet. You can enjoy a terrace furnished with outdoor seating. The garden, shared with the owners, is spacious and offers plenty of spots to soak up the sun or read in peace. A swimming pool is also available to share with the owners. Underfloor heating and a wood stove keep you warm in winter. Bed linen is available for an extra fee. Bath towels are not provided. Good to know: The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. Please do not bring food or drinks near the pool (stone and polished concrete surfaces). The house is semi-detached to the owners' residence; please respect the peace in the evenings. One roll of toilet paper is provided on arrival; further supplies are the guest's responsibility.
