Pour des personnes qui ont des enfants ce n’est pas top y’a un emplacement exprès dans la piscine et si par malheur un enfant dépasse de 5 cm la ligne les autres clients hurlent même si l’enfant n’est pas en train de s’agiter et qu’il est sage y’a des manières de s’adresser aux gens cet hôtel n’est pas adapté pour les familles

Parfait en photo...néanmoins le lit était en fin de vie et il y avait à peine un filet d'eau dans la douche. Du jamais vu!

I loved my stay at the Norton Grange from start to finish. Every member of staff was so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much trouble for them. My Privilege Room was lovely, spotlessly clean and with pristine bed linen and towels. I loved the little touches like the Nespresso machine, stocked minibar fridge and a really nice selection of teas and coffee with biscuits! There was also a gorgeous bathrobe and slippers. The bathroom was beautiful, again spotlessly clean and with thoughtful high-quality amenities and toiletries along with lovely huge bath towels. I ate dinner in the restaurant and my meal was delicious, freshly cooked and served very quickly, again by absolutely delightful staff. Breakfast was absolutely stunning with the most amazing selection of delicious food including the best locally produced sausages I have ever tasted. After breakfast I used the spa. It was wonderful. I used the thermal pools and the aroma steam room and I loved them. The pools were amazing, especially the one that is open to the outside where you can look out over the grass and trees and watch the squirrels playing. Everything was just lovely and the cherry on the cake was seeing a beautiful deer in the meadow next to the hotel as I went out to my car to set off home. Absolutely wonderful and I can’t wait to visit again in a few weeks. Thank you to everyone who made it such a lovely experience.

Was looking forward to a quick dip in the jacuzzi after a long day only to be told last entry was 7.15 when it’s advertised as closing at 8pm. Absolutely devastated and probably won’t bother coming next time due to this as we come for a sporting event that finishes late so the pull of the pool is no longer viable

Free parking friendly staff nice room and nice breakfast.
