Hidden Heights - by The Chalets

The property was amazing! Beautiful area, nestled in a secluded forest area. Family of 12 stayed. We had an awesome trip and we enjoyed every moment. Thank you for sharing your home.

I am a Regional Manager for a property management company and frequently travel for both business and leisure. I selected this property because I was looking for a peaceful and enjoyable experience and was particularly excited to visit the area with friends who were traveling from different states. Unfortunately, our experience did not meet reasonable expectations. When we were on the way to hidden heights by The Chalets. I notified that the internet is not working. When i called them the lady on the other side of the phone was rude and when i told her we have few people with us and they need internet because of their work requirements. What they will do if they don’t have internet. Her reply stunt me. She said “ I don’t know what you will do”. We spend the whole time without the internet. The second issue involved the condition of one of the bathrooms. The sink in the third bathroom was clogged and unusable, which limited our group to using only two bathrooms throughout our stay. The third and most concerning issue involved a pair of AirPods that I accidentally left at the property, i called them and I was initially informed that no AirPods had been found. I then explained that I was able to track. I am disappointed because I paid the full amount requested for this accommodation but did not receive the level of comfort, service, or professionalism that I reasonably expected. Everything was great, hot tub was super nice and the house is crazy spacious. Would not recommend for anyone has issue with stairs. Both sets of stairs are very steep and hard for older people and little ones. Literally everything else was perfect.

It was nice and big covered the whole family. We will be back.

Best weekend we’ve had in a long time, the property was so nice and relaxing! Would absolutely recommend to anyone and everyone looking for somewhere to stay in the area. Was a lot bigger than we were expecting, as well.
