There was four staff members that made my stay enjoyable. Naomi, Joel and Daniel at the front desk and I lady who always greeted us at the buffet she had a pleasant smile always accommodating. With out those four staff members we would of left and hone to another hotel.

Lipstick on a pig. Very old facility. Air conditioning did not work,tv was not working properly, patio door is worn out did not lock.

The property is superold!! This is NOT A 4 STAR HOTEL!! We had all inclusive and premium and thanks to this we could enjoy some silence outside the normal fully crowded areas. The building hasn't been renovated since 20 years inside..at least! Cockroaches in the bath room is apparently something you have to count with. No what so ever cozy place in the hotel... beside your own balcony. The hotel photos have probably been taken long time ago.. never coming back to this 3 star hotel.

Är ingen Catalonia standard på detta hotell.. men namnet är tryckt på hotellet.. tänk dig 80 talet o sen inget gjort sen dess.. poolomorådet extremt tråkigt, och det rum vi hade var under all kritik. Vi hade gör kat med oss med oss men de tar 22€ extra för detta och då vill man inte ha ngt från öststaterna rum. Men så blev det, i värdig ok frukost men inget mer än vad man förväntar sig.

Me equivoqué de alojamiento Un hotel de “4 estrellas” no puede tener muebles bufados en la habitación,sin nevera,sin mando sin aire acondicionado,sin funcionar el ventilador,con un palmo de los marcos del baño comidos por la humedad Las toallas rascan como la lija…y podría seguir
