Hotel needs a big update. Very dated

The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean but cold. Even though we had the thermostat set to 74, it was still cold. All the amenities were great. It would have been nice if the room beds had been made and if fresh towels had been left in the room. Housekeeping didn't show up until 5:30 pm

Difficulty with early check-in that was established 2 days before check-in. No room service available because of valentine's day. Had to door dash. Did reach customer service representative named Beverley that was very nice and helpful.
