Lifestyle Crown Residence Suites

Overall was good. Food options were very good. In some restaurants food can improve, fish options can be better, in most restaurants will offer salmon and dorado . For the spa the massage that I got and other service they offer , are a little over price in my estimation and the biggest complaint that we have about the whole resort , they have no discotec for people to dance. The one sports bar with a DJ. Friday's only it's not enough,plus you can't dance over carpet. The one vip lounge that they have with music members only " you have to be a property owner, to be able to enter. That is so unfair and unfortunate after you pay for all inclusive., other than that my wife and I had a good time ,staff very friendly, our suite was clean , quiet and the property and facilities were very good. We'll be back when they open a real club or disco to go have fun at night after dining .

We had a beautiful renovated room, very spacious, double sinks and a huge balcony. The a la carts were all delicious, loved the Italian but all were good. The staff are so nice everywhere you go, can't ask for better service. There are 13 pools to choose from, all have bar service, the spa pool is quiet and lovely. We will be going back! We had a great time. It is a huge resort and a lot of walking but shuttles are available and take you where to you need to go. The resort is very safe, the casino is fun at night and open until 2. Most bars close at 11 or 12. You can't go wrong with this resort.

Good - Spacious rooms with a good balcony Bad -Water leak in room and Bathroom - Shuttle frequency to move to other parts of the property is less -There is no alternate transportation unless you are a member - There are a bunch of Golf carts which they won’t even rent . We requested to rent it was told it is for Members only - The pool near the lifestyle crown residence were not accessible during our stay - No food court/ snack bar in crown residence area . Be prepared to walk for snack or food - Felt the discrimination between Member and Non members - Getting dinner reservations in restaurants is challenging

This isn't a true all-inclusive resort as it is a TIMESHARE; you have VERY limited access to facilities unless you become a member; you have to sit through their sales pitch and they are quite aggressive and annoyed once they realize you aren't going to sign up, after hours of trying to get out of it. The vast majority of the staff were wonderful. There was 1 buffet for us to eat at the entire time -even though advertised as 11 restaurants in the description, we could use 2 pool areas out of 11 and access to 2 beach lounge areas. Pools and beach areas close at 6pm. The gym and hot tub/sauna/steam room were only able to use if we booked spa services. Kids couldn't get ice cream at the ice cream place because we were not members. Did not get the room that we booked, was supposed to be a 1 room - 2 bedroom unit, got there and were given 1 room with 2 double beds in it. The hotel ended up giving us 2 rooms for my family, not adjoining rooms, the kids ended up in 1 room and us in the other. If you want wifi, it is terrible and also $25USD per day, in room safe is $3USD per day. Go to the beach to do excursions, there are locals with huts, very friendly and helpful. Would I go back? no - because it is a time share. If non members got all the perks during their stay as suggested in the description, then I probably would.

First stay at this location and first at "Lifestyle" properties. This was an outstanding place to stay, wife and me. Is a gated community with private home villas, rooms, suites, many pools, bars, casino, and stadium that has daily night shows (not great). The staff was overall very friendly and courteous. The only downside is that you have to catch transportation, free shuttle, to get to the different places within this huge facility. The beach area is very rocky. We stayed 1-3 April 20225, and the sea was very rough with high waves, maybe due to the time of year. The suites, are awesome, super big, clean and A/C extremely cold. The bars are kind of poor on drink selection but they do try to accommodate all the orders. In short, we wills stay again and I recommend this stay.

Extremely big, you have to shuttle everywhere, the shuttle system is really good very consistent. Food was amazing a lot of variety. Staff is really nice place is clean well kept the shows were amazing! The place is very kid friendly there’s always activities going on.

This property does not tell you are the areas that are under construction. So most of everything that is happening is in two different places. So staff are rude. There’s a lot of miscommunication. Staff in the dining areas are wonderful as well as staff at the bars. Not too much of a night life if you are looking for one. Companies who are trying to sale things are harassing you most times. It feels like a tug a war. Services on the beach that are locals are not great like for example the henna paid 40 dollars and it came off in an hour. ATVs were okay.

Don’t ever go there, the beach is not close to the hotels, you have to take a bus that comes every 25 minutes and you wait under the sun wasting time, they are so not organize at the front desk. You have to wake up at 8 to make a dinner reservation you can’t make it over the phone!!! Then you have to pick up a ticket at 1pm to be able to go for dinner!!! All the bars are close at 6pm, the pools at 7pm, you can’t get a descent beer, some of them tasted like vinegar. There is only one main bar that is far away from the accommodations… how is it possible that everything closes at 6 when you are on vacation!!!! Overall the place and service was horrible, the kids room smelled like sewer and the worst no WiFi!!! They charge you $7 per hour! The whole idea of that place is to make you buy a lifestyle vacation so they make you waste 2 hours explaining and showing you the place. Anyway I can go on for hours. Please save your money and go somewhere else.

This property is "HUGE" it would take 10 days to visit all the places to swim and dine. Great quality for the Expedia bundle package coming out of Atlanta. Would highly recommend to friends and family.

They need.to train their Shuttle Drivers..to be nicer to the hotel guests...that not tip..Tip is an option..also the wooden chairs at one of the restaurants..need..sliders..which is not expensive.and will reduce the noise .that gives a head ache. to the guests...also a couple of nights they run out of white wine....and No solution to the problem...some one has to have a key to get it.....Also they need a Wine and liquor Menu..that the guests ,that are not members could order..at a charge since the liqour and wine of the all inclusive.offer it's not of prime quality...the food is fine..but could be a more varied menu...Yes l would come back...but need those adjustments...thank you

The grounds are beautiful, the restaurants and staff were excellent. We paid for WiFi for three phones and had no WiFi. They did give us a refund . I had an amazing massage with Paula and when I went to the steam room it was absolutely filthy and so were the showers. Now restaurants, overall staff and housekeeping were wonderful. I was very unhappy with the beach at this location. The sand was not clean and it was super rocky . I was glad that the area by the beach h had jacuzzis.

The room was dirty, mold in the bathroom, stains in bathroom, roaches in the room the Tv was not working and no wifi. It was just horrible. They were more focused on saling the vacation membership.

Disappointing stay, choose somewhere else. Where do I begin?…. The beach isn’t very accessible, I didn’t see anyone in the water during the time I was there. The beach chairs and beach beds are set up two levels up away from the beach (strange set up). The food in the buffets was pretty bad and they made it as difficult as possible to make reservations at the sit down restaurants (you had to go to the lobby between 9-11am the day of, couldn’t make reservations in advance). The one day that I tried I got there at 9:15am and the only dinner time they had available was 9pm seating. We lost water in our unit for a few hours, found a huge dead roach… lots of locals stay there for the weekend so it got a little crowded in the pools. Huge property, not accessible… just bad all around.

The place was ok. The food was good, the room was so so, hard bed & lumpy pillows. The property was kept up but people just leave their trash everywhere. The everyday staff, bartender Jose at the dessert bar was amazing, housekeepers, waitstaff, were all superb. Always smiling and friendly. There is a lot of selling going on. There are timeshares for sale. We were asked several times to take a tour and we declined. There are people waiting in front of the CASABLANCA buffet waiting to sell you things. It’s constant. There is always someone asking to show you something. Within an hour of getting to our rooms, we had 2, we were approached by 2 spa appointment seekers and we booked 3 massages, in front of our rooms and paid cash. That night one in our party fell and hurt their toe. I went to the spa the next morning to cancel and was told that I couldn't get a refund. That the money left the property and that I could either book the massages at a later day of the week, get a credit for 320$ of product or get a certificate to use whenever I returned. I wanted a refund and was told for 3 consecutive days that I couldn’t get one. There is nothing anywhere that states cash cannot be refunded. We booked this on Saturday, canceled on Sunday and was told on Wednesday after days of insisting only a refund was acceptable, to return Friday for the refund. It was like the money was being kept hostage and in the end I only got it back in my hands at 11am while checking out on Saturday. 👎

There wasn’t much that we liked on this property. Our AC wasn’t working and they took more than 4 hours of supposedly fixing it to then switch my room. The next room they switch us to was old and super outdated. They refused to accommodate me and my family for a proper dinner. The staff wasn’t very helpful. You have to pay for everything even the smallest things. Something provided by every hotel and resort like a safe to keep your valuables, you have to pay for. First and last time I go there. And I will never recommend it to anyone

I rented 2 rooms for my family, one of them was fine, but the one I had to sleep in had ants in it, the air conditioning broke down which made my baby not sleep the whole night, much less us, on one occasion my wife stayed brushing her teeth and on another occasion I was left with soap on my head because the water was out, the other services were fine, but at least the apartment I had was not 100% ready for rent.

Great property. This section of the resort is nice and quiet. The staffs friendly and attentive. The apt was clean and comfortable. The shuttle service to the other resorts was convenient and easy to use.

When I got there on the first day of my trip the television was not working, I reported it to the front desk. It took six days for them to repair the television. Some of the open buffets I was not able to go to , because I was not a member of the faculty. They tried to sell me a membership, but I believe if you want to sell me a membership , i should experience the whole facility first.

I was really disappointed with my experience at this resort. For a place that claims to be all-inclusive, there was absolutely no working Wi-Fi available. Even when we tried to pay for it, it was expensive and still didn’t work properly which made things incredibly frustrating. On top of that, the staff constantly pressured us to upgrade to a “premium package” and even forced us to sit through a one hour tour of the premium villas, which felt like a sales pitch more than anything else. The room was nice though. Overall, I expected much better for the price

We went for our belated birthday trip and we loved it! The staff was great and helpful, everything was good. The only downfall was that the lights went out the whole hotel 3 times and the water in the room went completely off back to back 2 days in a row. It was very upsetting especially coming back from an excursion when all you want to do is shower and get ready for dinner which unfortunately we missed. The room was not so great too the shower door kept getting stuck and it was very outdated in style. We were a bit upset especially since we upgraded to VIP service but we hope next time our stay will be better.

What I didnt like was, there was no internet in all areas, i couldnt even send a message from my room, that is so low, I 2025 everywhere has internet. Cant believe this

We liked the size of the room a 1 bedroom suite with a balcony plenty of room for 2 only thing that we were not happy with was as soon as we checked in a couple barged in with access but staff responded immediately explaining that it was a mistake on their part and apologized for inconvenience.transportation was a bit delayed but we did get to use it and was convenient. The one thing we were not pleased with was the beach not much sand wasn’t the the most pleasurable we’ve been to better beaches.

Check in with was good. Complaints were not recorded and acted upon, for example, after a period of heavy rain and thunder one night, upon return to the room it was flooded and the phone was not working. A complaint was made to the lobby but was never conveyed to the next shift (the staff at the crown leaves at 11 pm). Fortunately, my sister who was in another room, came to check on me and called the operator for assistance. Someone came at about 12:20 to dry up the water. The next morning, the front desk at the Crown Residence told me that unfortunately the staff leaves at 10:50 pm so they must have forgotten to report it. I found this very unacceptable and the disdainful treatment by the lobby staff regarding complaints was horrendous. The service otherwise was excellent. The dining/restaurant staff were pleasant & the service was superb. Special mention to Fausto & Maria in Casa Blanca, Noel - Blue Lagoon & the Mexican Restaurant, Clara in housekeeping and all the wonderful staff that provided excellent service - that made the trip for me & my family memorable. The shuttle drivers were amazing & thanks to Jacob who never passed us while waiting - he took us on the gulf cart. Inspite of the unpleasant experience with the lobby staff at the Crown, the trip was good. Customer complaints must be taken seriously and I was especially bothered because I had my elderly mom who could have slipped on the wet floor.

I had a zero communication at the check in second I hay to carried my bags at the third floor they show gal dinner and they just make rice and beans and they tricked us to follow them trying to get me to buy a membership I said that I wasn’t going to buy

The property iz nice, but the front desk service was horrible. Once i arrived to the resort, my itinerary had changed without me knowing. I went to the other check in place and they were only two workers behind the desk attending many customers that had just arrived at the resort or guest that were already there. I waited over 45 minutes in the lobby before i was seen. Mind you it HOT inside of the resort and i was getting very aggie. They should have had more workers assisting with the influx of customers at this time (check in times).

I stayed at the same hotel multiple times, ranging from the lifestyle presidential suite to the lifestyle crown. Overall, my experience was positive, although I don’t plan to return for a while. The menu offerings at the resort were quite repetitive, with minimal variation during my week-long stay, which made dining less exciting. The restaurants I visited were decent; the steakhouse stood out as the best option due to its quality and variety. The bar was quite average, serving typical drinks and limited atmosphere. However, the highlight of my stay was the exceptional service at the spa. I was able to book two different treatments—such as a deep tissue massage and a hydrating facial—and the staff consistently provided professional and friendly service. If I were to award five stars to the resort, it would be primarily for the outstanding spa experience and attentive staff.

Poor communication at the front desk

Shuttle should come constant, more than every 20min. Carts should be available to rent for all visitors, Good food and nice staff, the language barrier was a major issue.

Resort was very large & required a shuttle bus to get around. Extreme amount of steps. No place to sit ON beach, just bed huts to lay on. Even though they say there are a lot of restaurants, pools & beaches you’re only allowed at a few of them. The absolute worst part is high pressure sales to buy a membership-ended up being downright rude to make them leave us alone! Staff are absolutely wonderful! Friendly and very helpful. Food is delicious and plentiful.

Everything is too dar away, too much walking… And the map needs an update, a more understandable version maybe.

The property is not convenient with limited transportation and everything so stretched out. Concern also would be with the grounds being not handicap accessible along with with went the stones become very slick and not safe with all the walking.

Most areas are not wheelchair accessible

The Hotel is beautiful. It looks like a garden. The food menu is very good but very repetitive. I like the stay.

Our stay here was very good, the animation in the Pilon area (karaoke) with Julio Cesar Nice was spectacular and made us feel right at home. Special shoutout to the waiters at the Pilon area too. The only downside is that the resort has no food varieties and my family and I were expecting more.

We arrived at 4 AM and didn’t get a room until 6AM. My reservation was coming up as canceled and I had to pay for a room for that night. Then had to go back at 9AM to verify if my reservation was working again and to get my money back for the room I had to pay. They blamed Expedia. The food was disgusting. I’ve been back home almost a week and I’m still very sick from their food which I barely ate. The drinks will also make you sick and taste like rubbing alcohol. The staff was kind but the people trying to sell you things from the cigar shop and spa were always lurking and watching you to sell things to you even after you say no thank you. There was no entertainment or music.

We have stayed at this property for several years and we have noticed the constant DECLINE. - Rooms are in poor shape. Beds dirty and mattresses are horribly hard. Other amenities are in decay and whatever work has been done to them is shoddy at a minimum. - Air conditioning was constantly not working and had to call the main desk to get someone to fix it. - We requested a third bed for our 7 year old child and the "frame" they brought in was filthy and in poor shape. It looked like they borrowed it from a poor family in the area. - The food was terrible. There was no variety in the menu. The same was served every day for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Everything tasted like fast food. Of the "A la Carte" restaurants only one had some good food options. It was the one serving local cuisine. The other (international menu) restaurants served food that was terrible. - The main pool area was extremely loud. This was the constant complaint we heard from other guests. Luckily, we stayed close to (Crown Residence) pools where it was very quiet and relaxing. Others did not have the same choice. - There were some very loud and obnoxious guests (mostly locals coming from New York) who had no respect for quietness. We had drunk people nocking our suite door late night several times. At one point, we had to call the main desk and have the hotel "security" come by. The guy knocking on our door wanted to fight after I asked him what he wanted. OVERALL POOR EXPERIENCE
