The DoubleTree by Hilton Stratford-upon-Avon

Chambre parfaite avec un très grand lit double et douillet, la chambre était également spacieuse et agréable. Possibilité de se faire un café ou un thé , frigo à disposition. Facilité de se garer, payant certes mais pas très cher. Je n’ai ni pris le pdj, ni manger au resto, la carte me semblait un peu légère et courte. Il y a beaucoup de possibilités de restauration à proximité

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times. Our room was very spacious and clean. The first night we ate in the restaurant and were very surprised that a few items on the menu were not available. The food was however very good and fairly reasonably priced. However we decided to eat in the restaurant on the second night of our stay and the items not available on the first night had doubled. In particular on both nights there was no cheese. As we were a reasonable sized group it was extremely disappointing. The staff were very apologetic.The hotel needs to get their food purchasing sorted. The food available was on the whole good particularly on our first night. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.You had to pay for overnight parking but there were plenty of parking spaces. After driving 100 miles you don’t want to find you cannot find a parking space. Lots of hotels in Stratford seem to suffer with limited parking. The hotel is well situated and only a 10 minute walk at most from the centre of town

Parking was safe and easy, hotel was clean and secure.

Friendly staff on reception. Breakfast was very good and the staff again helpful and friendly. Comfy bed too.
