너무 너무 좋은호텔입니다. 위치가 역에서 아주 가까워서 좋아요. 호텔이 castle 성처럼 멋지고 넓고 나무도 많습니다. 멋진 정원이 있어서 호텔안에만 있어도 좋을정도임.직원들도 친절해요.

The hotel was well maintained, our room was very spacious but cold, I phoned reception, got no response so went down and asked for heating to be put on. When we got back from theatre the room was still cold! The actual reception was professional but not overly welcoming. Breakfast was good but it is a self service buffet breakfast including hot drinks. Parking at £11.50 seems excessive.

The room is clean and walking distance away from the city Center.

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant at all times. Our room was very spacious and clean. The first night we ate in the restaurant and were very surprised that a few items on the menu were not available. The food was however very good and fairly reasonably priced. However we decided to eat in the restaurant on the second night of our stay and the items not available on the first night had doubled. In particular on both nights there was no cheese. As we were a reasonable sized group it was extremely disappointing. The staff were very apologetic.The hotel needs to get their food purchasing sorted. The food available was on the whole good particularly on our first night. Breakfast was very good with plenty of choice.You had to pay for overnight parking but there were plenty of parking spaces. After driving 100 miles you don’t want to find you cannot find a parking space. Lots of hotels in Stratford seem to suffer with limited parking. The hotel is well situated and only a 10 minute walk at most from the centre of town
