We came for a beach holiday to relax - the beach was great but there are no seats or loungers because hotel does not have a licence for them. They asked us to sit behind large mesh wired boundaries. Nowhere on their websites or travel web agents does it tell you that you can’t sit in their beach on loungers or deckchairs. They need to inform on their website and booking platforms so customers can make an informed choice.

Thanks to Staff members, service was awesome. It os to note that Miss Aishwarya was excellent and very responsible. Particularly thank her and staff for helping is with our daughter birthday celebration. Her hospitality made the difference for our feelings. We thank her big time. I enjoyed playing golf and I feel Mr. Johnson was the best coach I have ever come across. He made golf soneasy for me. I owenhim a big time.

Never recommend this hotel. Very poor hospitality by staff. Never co operate with customers situations. Room service was poor. Did not change towels. We used wet used towels next day . Check in was so stupidly done. Hotel was vacant still gave us very bad location room. Lied about occupancy. And made money changing us additional 30000 rupees per night giving president suite , saying that they don’t have any deluxe room available. We checked and plenty of rooms were available. Also no facilities on the beach even we were ready to pay for chairs and umbrella. We haven’t been on the beach for five days. Just wasted our vacation staying only in room. No sitting even in lawn. Diwali celebration was poorly done. No chairs in lawn to sit. Cheap hotel in facilities and killing us in amount

Started off negative as there were checkin issues, just left waiting and then given the wrong room. But manager Siddhartha sorted and we had a lovely time again. The pool is currently being redone but only kids side is closed. Highly recommended.

Very good stay. The hotel is very good and comfortable. My young daughter didn’t want to come back she thoroughly enjoyed the property. Food was the only downer a lil since I had opted for alacarte the menu was pretty avg. but once I brought the concern to the chef he personally made sure that he cooked special dishes for me so that was mitigated. The staff is very courteous and friendly and allowed late check out which was really good as I had a late flight. I recommend everyone having meals there to call the chef upfront and put your request. The stay was really good and I highly recommend. PS - the golf course is good recommend all to take coaching lesson.

Just returned from an amazing stay at the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa. This hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is wonderful, set on 56 acres, beautifully decorated, only 2 stories high, very stylish. But what makes the hotel is the staff. From the moment we arrived until we left they staff were absolutely wonderful. We went for breakfast every morning and by the third morning our coffee was waiting for us, when we finished a second cup arrived then we were offered a coffee to go. Indra and his staff made our day. They always met you with a smile and could not do enough for you. The staff round the pool were so kind and considerate, not only giving you towels but placing them on the sun bed and moving the sun bed to wherever you wanted. Water was always readily available and in the heat and humidity it was a necessity. Our room was spotless and kept that way by the cleaning staff who came twice daily to clean and check if anything needed topped up. I can't quite believe it, but not only were our sheets and bedding changed half way through the holiday but the curtains as well. The gardens are beautiful and well tended by gardeners. I like exploring the area, which we did, but if I was told I had to stay in this hotel for two whole weeks and never leave I would be delighted. I cannot say how amazing I thought this hotel was. We will definitely be back in Goa but could not return without staying at the Taj Exortica. Thank you for an amazing time.

The setting is unique - While being guided to the room by reception staff at check-in, my wife slipped because mopping was in progress and floor was wet - there was no signage to indicate this - hopefully the management will use this as a learning activity - it is reduced enjoyment from our 2 night stay as my wife sprained her ankle - Staff were very helpful to address the problem - but could only do limited things afterwards.

We have stayed at many Taj properties and their excellent service, warmth and hospitality is what stands out. Taj exotica Goa outdid our expectations. We made a short, unplanned stay here because of a Air India flight reschedule and it happened to fall on the day of our 7th wedding anniversary. We didn’t even mention it but Mr Abdullah at the check was generally chatting with us and found out about it. He went to all lengths to make our short stay very special for us… there was a surprise cake, some wine, fruits and exotic chocolates in our room to make our day more memorable ❤️ The staff across the property was also exceptionally warm and friendly. It’s people like Mr Abdullah and the staff at Taj exotica that make their hospitality the best in class. The property is generally lovely, the beach pristine, the landscapes lush and the rooms spacious and comfortable. Just what you need on a relaxing holiday. I was a little disappointed with the quality of food this time though. Not that it was bad but usually Taj food is exceptionally delicious so it’s a high benchmark anyway 🙂 This was a short stay and we definitely plan to come back with family next year and get to enjoy some of the activities we didn’t have time for in this trip like the spa, yoga, photoshoot and sunset rituals

This is an amazing hotel. We booked a villa with private pool and it was well worth the upgrade. On a whole the stay was wonderful apart from a few minor points: 1. The staff at the Lobster Village are absolutely miserable. Every else they are fantastic but the team at the Lobster Village are amongst the most unhappy I have ever come across. 2. The bar next to reception is really overpriced. A local larger is 500 rupees yet at all the other bars on the resort its 275 rupees. 3. The hair Salon prices are out of date on the website. a wash and blow dry was advertised as being 1200rupees but was actually 3600 rupees. As stated these are all minor points as the resort and hotel are outstanding.

We had a wonderful and relaxing week at the Taj Exotica end of November 2022. Comfortable big rooms and beds. And most importantly, great staff. Our special thanks go to Gaurish, Chef Kamel and Srinivas Reddy, who all contributed to making our stay a most memorable experience. Despite a big wedding taking place on the premises, we were not negatively impacted but instead enjoyed the show. Well done. And try the amazing Lobster Village restaurant by the beach.

Terrible experience,mattress quality was horrible got back pain;requested for hard mattress but no help with that too.food was below average.wouldn’t recommend anyone to visit.expect far better from India’s premier hospitality chain.they are just running it on brand value and the fact that it’s a great location

I have been traveling with my mother for 15 years. Taj Exotica is without question one of the finest resorts we have stayed in. The staff are fantastic, the kitchens are superb, and the hospitality and conveniences are world class. Bravo!

Just returned from an amazing stay at the Taj Exotica Resort and Spa. This hotel is absolutely amazing. De plus ils prennent les clients en otage notamment concernant les transports à partir de l’hôtel. Nous avons dû payer cinq fois le prix pour pouvoir aller dans une autre ville.

Taj Exotica in South Goa is a beautiful and quiet property. Clinston a staff in the restaurant ,front Manager and the gentleman working in the travel desk were also kind and bent backwards to help us. The staff were welcoming extremely helpful. The only issue we had was the transport back to the Airport at GOI on the way we wanted to visit the Birla temple ,unfortunately it was closed ,the opening time was not known it was only a short detour as it was on the opposite side of the road ,we could not get down from the car but still we were charged Indian Rs 600/=. we were told that we needed to pay the driver extra for the visit it was on the highway to the airport . As we could not visit the temple as they do not open until 1700 in the evenings

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Staff was excellent save for one individual at the reception. We arrived late to the property at midnight or so we lost about most of our first day experience there. So. We asked during checkin if there is a possibility for a late checkout. They said if there is a possibility they will accommodate us. Come checkout day this person at the reception said they don’t have availability and wanted to charge us an extra 4 grand. The money is not a big deal given what we paid already, But we did not appreciate the dishonesty here. We knew for a fact that they had availability and that the people checking in to our room were coming after our checkout. When we talked to someone else at the reception we were able to resolve this quite easily. Overall everyone else at the property were really kind considerate hospitable and helpful.

Lovely place, grounds all kept very well. Easy access to Lovely beach. Food is excellent, also definitely something there for everyone. Downsides sorry to have to say but some, only a few, of the staff could use some advice on hygiene, wash or deodorant. They messed up our bill, charged us correctly but gave us someone else's bill, totally different room number, signed as paid.

Beautiful property, great staff. Our waiter Mr Gladney was superb, he knew everything on the menu so well & enjoyed our amazing lunch because of him and also the chefs at Taj. We also loved Mr Cedric the Singer at the hotel, every evening at the pub he saw lovely classic & modern songs , we loved his singing. We ordered room service & they made us off menu items on request, thank you the the chef & room service team. Overall highly recommend TAJ, they always go above & beyond expectations. Well done to Taj team.
