The pool and the view is what you are paying for. They are great, but I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star. More like a 3-4 it’s also pretty expensive and not worth the price they charge. The food was mediocre at best. And the neighbors gave us a noise complaint on a Saturday night for chatting on the phone on the balcony. Overall nice place, staff was friendly but not worth the price. Will not stay again

This was our first stay at Rocabella Hotel in Myconos. The hotel was much more beautiful than what we expected and the service was excellent. The ocean view is breath taking, you get to see a beautiful and huge view of a beautiful bay. Although Mykonos is a very Windy City all year round, the hotel has an open restaurant next to the pool that is very comfortable and lets you enjoy the views while having a nice meal. The rooms are nicely decorated in the Mediterranean style, with minibar and a coffee machine. The air conditioner is very good and the window shutters are very helpful for good night sleep. The bathroom amenities are thoughtful with very good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The gym is just in front of the ocean view so you can workout while admiring the Aegean Sea! Is a small gym but it has everything you need for a nice workout at your stay. All staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful they truly made our stay a great experience. The car service from the hotel is very affordable and lets you enjoy Mykonos in a safe and trustworthy way. Don’t hesitate to book their service to visit downtown or to transfer to the airport.

So the miniature pool in the room was literally like a bathtub on a closet balcony. It was a beautiful resort. It was up on a cliff, so it was removed from right in town stuff, but that was fine. The view was gorgeous. Staff was great.

We stayed at Rocabella hotel for our honeymoon and it was a GREAT experience. The front desk was so helpful. They helped us with dinner reservations and helped us with setting up a buggy for transportation around the island. The main pool was so comfy and beautiful. Very clean and felt very safe here. Thank you so much for our amazing stay!

This is a gorgeous property on the outskirts of Mykonos town. It is somewhat remote, so transportation or the hotel's driver is necessary to get you around the island. It is tranquil and beautiful and has a great, relaxing pool, good wine list, and fresh food. The staff is also very attentive an wonderful.

Our stay at Rocabella Mykonos was great! The property is beautiful, lots of attention to detail. Even though they were working on the garage gate they made every effort for it to be quick and as little noise as possible. Staff were all great and attentive. Pool area lovely. We also got a nice room with a private pool which was a great surprise :) the food is very good... And we slept super well! Great quality linen. And lovely touch giving the little gift at turn down. We also got a bottle of wine as i am Gold Expedia member. The little things they have to work on that would make the experience perfect: we found for the price pe night we should have a bottle of water free daily and refills of coffee and tea bags also in the room. And lastly, i had little bottles of cream and conditioner in the room and when i asked if I could have the shampoo (won't lie love the Apitiva products and wanted to bring them home with me where I don't find them) i was told they don't put small bottles into the bathrooms and if i wanted any of those products I had to pay. So the only thing I found really strange and in the end gave up and left the products.

Comfortable stay, due to miscommunication our complimentary drinks ended up being billed to the room which caught us off guard. The staff are friendly and very accessible through WhatsApp, rooms are clean, breakfast is yummy! If you are planning to rent vehicles it is a great place to be as the area is not very walkable.

The aesthetic of the hotel and the view were highlights. On check in I told reception we were separate, but instead of treating me as a separate entity they decided to show the two friends I came with my room first. After checking out I found out they billed what should have been billed to my room to their room. My room was smaller than theirs, which was upsetting as I know we paid the same price. The bathroom door had a lock but didn’t lock. Its outward swing blocked the circulation of the room. The drawers either wouldn’t work or would get jammed and fall out. The quality of house keeping to turn over my room was poor. Clumps of hair left by the sink. Furniture was left askew. Never left more toothpaste or q-tips when I finished what was originally given on check-in. My requests through WhatsApp were granted. There was a friendly cat on site.

This property was very nice! The customer service was impeccable… it was also a plus because reeza restaurant was actually one of my favorite restaurants in Mykonos and It sat right below us!!! The grounds were beautiful! The spa treatment was outstanding! It was an amazing experience, I'm glad meand my friend chose this hotel for our first time in Mykonos...I really don't have anything bad to say besides the small black bugs I saw here And there in our room…because of that

This hotel exceeded our expectations. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Mykonos. Breakfast was included and the food was amazing. We had the yogurt with fruits and honey, oats, omelette, kayanas, boiled egg, and espresso (favorite was the kayanas). The receptionist assisted us with getting in contact with a rental company. The rental company came to the hotel to drop off the car and also accommodated us so we can drop off the car in the port on the day of departure. The service in this hotel is exceptional and let me tell you how people ran to us to take our luggage. During the day you can enjoy in the daybeds overlooking the ocean. We went during the end of May so the water was very cold (many people still got in). The room was clean, spacious and we received complimentary water bottles.

The location was ok, a little out of the way to access restaurants. Hard to get a taxi to pick you up so you have to use the hotel car at 25 euros per drive. Breakfast was good a la carte but buffet was very limited and sad. Coffee was impossible to get hot, it was a task. Pool area is beautiful, rooms were nice, lots of mosquitoes, could be the season. The front desk staff were amazing, the pool towel assistant from Pakistan was the sweetest man in the world, wishing everyone a healthy long life and great days, that in itself made out day everyday. The hotel did set up a rental car for us and it was flawless. The Company Assimomitis is the best rental Company I have ever used! Not sure I would come back to this hotel.

Had an amazing time at this lovely hotel, I feel like what set this place apart was the customer service and the great attitudes of all of the staff. We arrived and were upgraded to a suite, they arranged our car rental as well. Food was fantastic, room was clean. Overall just a very nice stay.

This was a WOW ! property. Just what we were looking for. The best part was our room!! We would get up in the morning n see water from bed that was awesome. The staff were so so amazing and friendly. They were very helpful & treated us so nice. We met the owner Roy and she is a fantastic person. I will definitely go back there again. We highly recommend this place to everyone. Thank you all Rockabella Staff.
This was a WOW ! property. Just what we were looking for. The best part was our room!! We would get up in the morning n see water from bed that was awesome. The staff were so so amazing and friendly. They were very helpful & treated us so nice. We met the owner Roy and she is a fantastic person. I will definitely go back there again. We highly recommend this place to everyone. This was our first stay at Rocabella Hotel in Myconos. The hotel was much more beautiful than what we expected and the service was excellent. The ocean view is breath taking, you get to see a beautiful and huge view of a beautiful bay. Although Mykonos is a very Windy City all year round, the hotel has an open restaurant next to the pool that is very comfortable and lets you enjoy the views while having a nice meal. The rooms are nicely decorated in the Mediterranean style, with minibar and a coffee machine. The air conditioner is very good and the window shutters are very helpful for good night sleep. The bathroom amenities are thoughtful with very good quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion. The gym is just in front of the ocean view so you can workout while admiring the Aegean Sea! Is a small gym but it has everything you need for a nice workout at your stay. All staff at the hotel are super friendly and helpful they truly made our stay a great experience. The car service from the hotel is very affordable and lets you enjoy Mykonos in a safe and trustworthy way. Don’t hesitate to book their service to visit downtown or to transfer to the airport.

So the miniature pool in the room was literally like a bathtub on a closet balcony. It was a beautiful resort. It was up on a cliff, so it was removed from right in town stuff, but that was fine. The view was gorgeous. Staff was great.

Our stay at Rocabella Mykonos was great! The property is beautiful, lots of attention to detail. Even though they were working on the garage gate they made every effort for it to be quick and as little noise as possible. Staff were all great and attentive. Pool area lovely. We also got a nice room with a private pool which was a great surprise :) the food is very good... And we slept super well! Great quality linen. And lovely touch giving the little gift at turn down. We also got a bottle of wine as i am Gold Expedia member. The little things they have to work on that would make the experience perfect: we found for the price pe night we should have a bottle of water free daily and refills of coffee and tea bags also in the room. And lastly, i had little bottles of cream and conditioner in the room and when i asked if I could have the shampoo (won't lie love the Apitiva products and wanted to bring them home with me where I don't find them) i was told they don't put small bottles into the bathrooms and if i wanted any of those products I had to pay. So the only thing I found really strange and in the end gave up and left the products.

We stayed in Santorini and Athens after our stay here and honestly nothing compared to our experience here. We were lucky enough to meet Julia, Nico the Office Manager and Nico at the bar, the twin drivers - Stavros and Nico, Athena at the restaurant and the lovely women who looked after our room. This hotel deserves all of the fabulous reviews that it has received. It was hard to leave as we felt we were saying goodbye to family. We felt lucky to have stayed at the Rocabella Mykonos Hotel and it will be our first stop when we return to Mykonos.

Comfortable stay, due to miscommunication our complimentary drinks ended up being billed to the room which caught us off guard. The staff are friendly and very accessible through WhatsApp, rooms are clean, breakfast is yummy! If you are planning to rent vehicles it is a great place to be as the area is not very walkable.

On check in I told reception we were separate, but instead of treating me as a separate entity they decided to show the two friends I came with my room first. After checking out I found out they billed what should have been billed to my room to their room. My room was smaller than theirs, which was upsetting as I know we paid the same price. The bathroom door had a lock but didn’t lock. Its outward swing blocked the circulation of the room. The drawers either wouldn’t work or would get jammed and fall out. The quality of house keeping to turn over my room was poor. Clumps of hair left by the sink. Furniture was left askew. The first night we arrived at the Rocabella hotel in Mykonos was probably the worst out of our stay. We were greeted by a rude receptionist (Evans), who sat us down in the restaurant for a welcoming drink, which was yellow coloured water. After around 10 minutes of waiting, I got up to see what was happening with our check in process and was told to go and sit back down and wait a little longer. Finally, 10 minutes later we were then escorted to our room by the same rude receptionist. The very same rude receptionist (Evans) was very insulting and eventually caused a bit of an argument where we told him repetitivily to stop being rude and leave us alone in our room, he then left slamming the room door. Throughout the first night stay, there was a loud banging sound coming from outside of the room, it was extremely loud. I got up to investigate and found that a door outside near the room was faulty, and kept opening and slamming shut because of the wind. I had to use a plank of wood that I found to wedge it open, so the wind wouldn’t keep slamming it shut. Finally, 3am I managed to get to sleep! All in all, the hotel is on a beautiful island with beautiful views, we will definitely come back as long as Evans doesn’t work there anymore. All that Rocabella needs is a shift in its staff. The breakfast staff including the hotel driver are what made my time at the Rocabella hotel bareable.

Had an amazing time at this lovely hotel, I feel like what set this place apart was the customer service and the great attitudes of all of the staff. We arrived and were upgraded to a suite, they arranged our car rental as well. Food was fantastic, room was clean. Overall just a very nice stay.

This is a small and very pretty hotel! It has amazing decor and staff were very helpful and friendly, we were on the last days before the hotel closed for the season and they even let us checked out 2 hours later. It is located 10 min from the airport aprox and about 6min from the ferry port. Definitely recommended!

The location was ok, a little out of the way to access restaurants. Hard to get a taxi to pick you up so you have to use the hotel car at 25 euros per drive. Breakfast was good a la carte but buffet was very limited and sad. Coffee was impossible to get hot, it was a task. Pool area is beautiful, rooms were nice, lots of mosquitoes, could be the season. The front desk staff were amazing, the pool towel assistant from Pakistan was the sweetest man in the world, wishing everyone a healthy long life and great days, that in itself made out day everyday. The hotel did set up a rental car for us and it was flawless. The Company Assimomitis is the best rental Company I have ever used! Not sure I would come back to this hotel.

This is a gorgeous property on the outskirts of Mykonos town. It is somewhat remote, so transportation or the hotel's driver is necessary to get you around the island. The pool and the view is what you are paying for. They are great, but I wouldn’t say this hotel is 5 star. More like a 3-4 it’s also pretty expensive and not worth the price they charge. The food was mediocre at best. And the neighbors gave us a noise complaint on a Saturday night for chatting on the phone on the balcony. Overall nice place, staff was friendly but not worth the price. Will not stay again

This hotel exceeded our expectations. My husband and I came for our honeymoon and they went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time in Mykonos. Breakfast was included and the food was amazing. We had the yogurt with fruits and honey, oats, omelette, kayanas, boiled egg, and espresso (favorite was the kayanas). The receptionist assisted us with getting in contact with a rental company. The rental company came to the hotel to drop off the car and also accommodated us so we can drop off the car in the port on the day of departure. The service in this hotel is exceptional and let me tell you how people ran to us to take our luggage. During the day you can enjoy in the daybeds overlooking the ocean. We went during the end of May so the water was very cold (many people still got in). The room was clean, spacious and we received complimentary water bottles.

Breakfast was good a la carte but buffet was very limited and sad. Coffee was impossible to get hot, it was a task. Pool area is beautiful, rooms were nice, lots of mosquitoes, could be the season. The front desk staff were amazing, the pool towel assistant from Pakistan was the sweetest man in the world, wishing everyone a healthy long life and great days, that in itself made out day everyday. The hotel did set up a rental car for us and it was flawless. The Company Assimomitis is the best rental Company I have ever used! Not sure I would come back to this hotel.

This is a gorgeous property on the outskirts of Mykonos town. It is somewhat remote, so transportation or the hotel's driver is necessary to get you around the island. It is tranquil and beautiful and has a great, relaxing pool, good wine list, and fresh food. The staff is also very attentive an wonderful.

The staff at Rocabella was nothing short of amazing. They treated us so spectacular. Service was amazing , food was amazing, anything we needed we received and then some. I truly want to thank the staff for making our stay in Mykonos and at the Rocabella special.

The property was beautiful and clean, however, our room had a heavy odor of cigarette smoke. Staff was minimal, all amenities were not staffed, and we felt as though we were alone in a 'closed' resort.
