What a wonderful little find this was, very helpful staff, always smiling in this wonderful clean hotel which is within walking distance to the centre and docks. We loved our stay here, the kids loved the pool and we all loved the food. Close enough to walk in the heat of summer to the centre but not too close that I was relaxing in the evening. Rooms were perfect, everything we needed. Thank you Hotel Estee for a wonderful stay!

Le parking gratuit est très appréciable.Nous avons passé la nuit puis le lendemain nous avons laissé la voiture à l'hôtel, nous avons pris le bateau pour Sirmione puis Lazise,.Le centre de Desensano et la navette bateau se trouvent à 10 minutes à pied de l'hôtel. La chambre était spacieuse avec une très très grande terrasse,(table et chaises longues) et une vue superbe sur le lac. Le petit déjeuner est très correct,la salle avec vue formidable sur le lac. Vi hadde to dagers opphold på dette hotellet. Kjempefint hotel med en fantastisk god service. Hotellet ligger helt i sjøkanten og har eget basseng ute samt parkering. Trekker ned litt på komforten siden det var veldig varmt i restauranten. Vi kommer gjerne tilbake.

The Hotel Estee is in a wonderful location overlooking Lake Garda and the mountains. It is a short walk from the centre of Desenzano but far enough to away from any late night noise from bars and restaurants. The reception staff were all wonderful- helpful, informative and always very welcoming. There was a very good hot and cold breakfast buffet selection and the restaurant had views of the lake. The rooms were comfortable and tastefully decorated. Tv had a few channels in English and the safe had a basic key operation. There was a unit for effective air conditioning. The bathroom had a large wash basin, bidet and all the fittings had ornate edging. there was a nice pool area with sunloungers. All in all very good.

Would stay here again! Visited for a week because my aon had a race at South Garda track. This hotel is right on the lake, walking distance to everything. Grab a ferry to the other towns on the lake for some adventures. On site restaurant was amazing, great local wine selections. Breakfast was great. Every staff member was so friendly and helpful and didnt laugh when my italian wasn't spot on. Shower was hot and the pressure was good. My only complaint is that the bed is not the comfiest and it took me a whole day to figure out how to turn the AC on. And whatever you do, dont open the windows at night.

Property location and stuff was wonderful. Room was equipped with all the necessary amenities, coffee/tea maker's and fridge. Being by the water musty smell exist. I enjoyed breakfast and specially the gentleman from night shifts who made sure, I had my cappuccino and breakfast was ready at 615AM. Grazie mille.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! ant infestations in all the rooms. We got moved to another room (after first blaming us for eating in the room which we did not) to then find second room full of ants. We arrived at the 3rd room and seemed ok until a day later and ants again. The lady on the reception desk was apologetic and nice but the owner he was arrogant and rude & made my daughter cry as he was shouting at me. The pool was also freezing

Im Zimmer 13 war die Flüssigkeit der Klimaanlage total verdreckt und mit Modder/ Schimmel bedeckt....dies ist höchst GESUNDHEITSSCHÄDLICH. Vermutlich auch dadurch der üble Geruch! Es ist eine Unverschämtheit einem Gast so ein Zimmer zu überlassen, bzw zu verkaufen! Nach langen Diskusionen dann Stunden später ein anderes Zimmer erhalten. Alle Einzelzimmer gehen zur Straße hin und sind sehr laut. Da ich an diesem Abend keine andere Möglichkeit ein anderes Hotel aufzusuchen musste ich dort eine Nacht verbringen. Eigentlich hatte ich das Hotel für 3 Nächte gebucht. Hier konnte ich unter keinen Umständen mehr bleiben. Der Besitzer ließ mich das Zimmer nach der ersten Nacht stornieren, allerdings musste ich für die eine Nacht den Preis für 2 Nächte bezahlen!!!... Ich kann das Hotel bestimmt nicht weiterempfehlen.

We stayed for 4 nights on a road trip in Italy. The check was easy and quick and we got room 20 on the second floor. Partial Lake view. Overall the room was fine. A little dated and showing signs of wear and tear. The third bed in the family room is very short. Our daughter is 5’6 and barely fitted with her legs bent. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good and cappuccinos were free flowing. Overall a good stay but the hotel would benefit from some updating.

Beautiful older property on Lake Garda.. Room with a balcony view of the Lake. The bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well, bathroom was well maintained! I booked lakeside rooms for the view. The rooms themselves were modern/corporate where functionality beats aesthetics. The bed was very comfortable. We dined at the hotel in the evening and had a reasonable meal with decent service. Nothing special, just OK. The breakfast (included) was one of the best we experience on our 10 day driving holiday. This was a middle of the road hotel for us, ranking 4th out of the 10 we visited on our tour.
