We loved our stay and the central / gated location was perfect! The view from all of the rooms balconies face the water to enjoy the sunset and it’s small enough to feel very private. Loved the bar restaurant, The Black Siren, next door! The service, food and drinks were perfect! Yes, it a bit dated but we knew that and it added to the fishing village vibe. We would definitely stay again!

Loved the bar restaurant, The Black Siren, next door! The service, food and drinks were perfect! Yes, it a bit dated but we knew that and it added to the fishing village vibe. We would definitely stay again!

While the view is good the room itself was damp and wet feeling. The bed was horrible. Bed was worn out sagging and like everything else damp feeling. We left a day early. Location was horrible. Don’t believe the pictures on website. Bar across from the hotel was playing loud music until midnight and I mean very loud. Only good thing was pool and lounge chairs.

Positives- Stayed for 6 days (and I hope to stay there again), VERY clean room, one of the cleanest pools that I have ever seen and the rest of the grounds were spotless. Every employee that I interacted with was smiling, talkative and very helpful with any questions I had. Negatives- Our bed could have used a new mattress-getting worn and it would have been great if the units and an oven because all we could do was cook on the cooktop and in the microwave. Should consider installing key cards for the rooms instead of the old school metal keys. Upgrade the furniture to more modern.

This resort is dated but well maintained. Staff is excellent. I would prefer fully non-smoking, where outdoor smoking is permitted here. We chose because of access to water for kayaking and this property is good for that. Also we wanted kitchen facilities. Overall adequate and comfortable stay.

Have stayed here many times and will continue to do so. Near my daughter and lots of other things to do. It is a two room suite overlooking Florida Bay. Got a boat? Dock it here. Rooms are big, spotless, comfortable and a kitchenette included. Five stars.

We had top floor (5th floor) unit. Great views, nice net-enclosed balcony. Spacious with lounge and kitchen. After sunset outdoors, cover yourself fully otherwise you will get bites all over from tiny insects!

GORGEOUS VIEW AND PROPERTY. PEOPLE VERY FRIENDLY, GATED AND LOCKED, DEFINATELY SAFE. WE HAVE MEDICAL CARE SO CLEANLINESS WAS A BIG CONCERN. IT WAS VERY CLEAN. The only negative review I can give is we had to move a kitchen chair over a soft part in the floor, you can hear the floor shifting and feel the soft spot. We thought we could fall through. I'd definately stay here again and I definately recommend this property.

Reception staff, very friendly and helpful love the Hotel and the surroundings. Absolutely stunning clean very clean staff very friendly Hotel getting a tad tired but didn’t affect our holiday, like anywhere in the Keys, you have to drive to the shops restaurants et cetera but overall it was stunning great for a break

We only stayed one night. The unit was clean but very dated and the sofa bed was terrible. 2nd floor unit and the tile floors in the living room have separated from the subfloor so it popped when you walked on it. The shower had excellent water pressure!

The property is pretty tired. Mismatched tiles, broken countertop, peeling cabinets, cracks in the bathroom wall, poor bed frame, and outdated. They did adjust the room rate due to the local fires and resulting very late arrival. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms should look as nice as the lobby!

So we actually never stayed here. We were supposed to but there was an emergency with our room so they bent over backwards to get us another room at another hotel. Very friendly staff and accommodating. I would try again to stay here

It is a wonderful place to stay. We have been to Key Largo several times. First time we ever stayed here. Probally the best time we have ever had. Very peacefull and relaxing. Ryan was great. We will be back.

Very nice place to stay. Great location if you need to be near Homestead, Florida but want to enjoy part of the Keys. We loved our stay and the central / gated location was perfect! The view from all of the rooms balconies face the water to enjoy the sunset and it’s small enough to feel very private. Loved the bar restaurant, The Black Siren, next door! The service, food and drinks were perfect! Yes, it a bit dated but we knew that and it added to the fishing village vibe. We would definitely stay again!

While the view is good the room itself was damp and wet feeling. The bed was horrible. Bed was worn out sagging and like everything else damp feeling. We left a day early. Location was horrible. Don’t believe the pictures on website. Bar across from the hotel was playing loud music until midnight and I mean very loud. Only good thing was pool and lounge chairs.

My trip was wonderful! Room was super clean, spacious, had everything I needed, bed was extremely comfortable, and the view was spectacular! The grounds are well kept and clean. Everyone was extremely nice and pleasant. I will definitely be back!

We didn’t realize this is not a typical hotel situation, with a front desk staff available 24/7. Shuffleboard was advertised, but to get the stuff the office has to be open, and they close at 5pm. Also, there is a hot tub listed, but there isn’t one. It seems they have tried to update the listing, and they were very sorry about the misunderstanding.

It has that classic 50's/60's resort kind of appearance, which i loved. It has two rooms (living room/kitchenette and a separate bedroom) which makes it very spacious, and it comes with a large balcony which had really nice views of the edge of the island/causeway. Really great place to fish too, i caught several, (theres even an outdoor RR, to wash your hands, etc). Pretty nice pool as well. Great property, staff and amenities. Would love to come back someday.
