Room is clean. The check-in instruction was clearly explained before arrival. The owner Valter is very friendly and responsive. He is very accommodating and started the breakfast early for us to catch the train. Just a note that the quadruple room has a shared bathroom which luckily only shared with another room and they were neat guests.

Lovely courtyard to eat the included breakfast. Short walk to the train station. Close to several restaurants. Friendly owner. We enjoyed our time there.

Good location, quiet, friendly staff. Location of the hotel is very optimal as it is close to all that you could think of. Lots of things to around in this area, and the bed was quite comfortable. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would recommend to anyone who's thinking about coming here.

A one-night stay for us, and it was fine for what we needed. Location is excellent and on the main island unlike most reasonably priced accommodation. It's a budget hotel, and by that I mean Venice version of a budget. The room was incredibly dated, parts of the bathroom looked like they were on their last legs. I was a very frustrated on arrival as I booked a triple room - one queen bed and one single - and our room was just one double bed for me and my brother. Fortunately it turned out they were two singles pushed together however they were made-up with bedding for a double bed so we had to improvise. There were no staff on the premises for me to raise this with and as we were only staying for one night we made do. Like I said, the location is great so if its a flying visit then I would happily stay again but certainly not for any longer period of time.

Nice place to stay, the space is ok, clean and quiet, host was very kind, distance to the city was fine to walk. All perfect for a couple of vacations days. Recommended 100%
