Homewood Suites by Hilton Minneapolis-Mall Of America

The staff was wonderful. We had a nice 2 bdrm suite. Perfect for our 4 person trip. The rooms were clean but the hotel is an older/outdated hotel so you can tell a bit it needs some remodeling. It did the job for the price. We were right across from the mall with a bridge to the entrance right in front. There are a few restaurants right around within walking distance.

The staff was exceptional. Very friendly and helpful. We loved the room! Very handy short walk to a Mall of America entrance. Breakfast was excellent. I especially liked the option of tacos for breakfast. Donuts were exceptional. We actually booked this hotel by mistake but we are definitely coming back here next time!

They have accent lights completely around beds. Looks nice when you 1st arrive. But at night, evertime someone gets up or moves, all the lights come on. Horrible

TV remote in bedroom didn't work and the night time staff seemed a little confused about my reservation/payment. Otherwise, the amenities in the suite and the cleanliness was great.
