the hotel room was beautiful and super clean. I loved that turndown service included water bottles however, I always keep my DND sign out so I had to go to the front desk to get water which I didn’t mind. my biggest gripe was just how warm the hotel lobby and halls were, LA in summer is hot as it is so coming into the lobby being stuffy was a bummer. when I got to my room I had to blast the a/c because the a/c was off upon walking in which i’m not used to. other than that once it kicked in the a/c was super nice. the hotel breakfast was just alright, it’s enough to make sure you’re sustained so I have no complaints about it. other than that the staff was nice, I wanted to take advantage of the pool but my plans for the weekend didn’t line up for me to do that. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.
