Wow! From check in to check out we have super friendly staff, the rooms were so clean and aircon/heat worked well. Beds and sofa bed were comfy, breakfast buffet had a great selection for many different eating lifestyles. Plenty of seating and lounging areas. Pool was cleaning and hot tub was cozy! Workout room had good equipment in good condtion.

I needed a place to stay for a few days a good distance south of my house, because of terrible cold weather. I brought my old arthritic dog to the hotel and my stay was just about perfect. The room was super clean and had everything we could possibly need and they were nice enough to make sure I was right around the corner from the door, so that it was easy to take my dog out. the full size fridge and cooktop in the kitchen were super nice to have and there was a little sitting area as well. Lovely hot tub - unfortunately the pool had a red light flashing and looked like it needed to be cleaned so I wasn’t able to swim. But other than that very nice stay - Very comfortable. Will stay here again in the future.

There was no water. I mean NO WATER in the faucets, no water to shower. The toilets could not flush..... x 3 whole days....crazy. We are in 2025. Hotel should be closed if you are changing your pipes. As it's just not human to charge people for a room with no water!!!!!! No accommodations from the staff. Worst experience ever.

We were in town visiting with my son who is at West Point. We'll be back to this hotel! Staff was super friendly and was great to have a pool, hot tub and nice fitness space with a Peloton bike. Rooms are super spacious and well-kept. Breakfast was nice.

After a long day of attending a graduation and attendant festivities at a local college I returned to my room and was disappointed to find that it was exactly as I had left it in the early morning. The bed wasn’t made and linens and other supplies like coffee packets and cups weren’t replaced. I had not put a “Do Not Disturb” sign outside the door and knew no explanation for the lack of service.

Nice 2 bedroom suite easily accommodates family of 8 with 6 children( ages 2-13) 2 adults. The room was exceptionally clean.. i wiped down surfaces and floors before we settled in with lysol wipes and i was surprised there was no dirt. Food was decent, staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was easily able to add another nights stay and they already had another key waiting. Checkin was extremely fast and easy. I would definitely be a returning guest. 10/10!

Stayed for six nights (Dec 27-Jan 02) and the room wasn’t serviced once. No bed linens, no towels, three garbage cans overflowing and one night of coffee service. When I called the front desk on the fourth day I was told it will be done on the fifth day. When I asked the young man the irony of that as it should be the fourth day he blatantly said “that’s the way it it”. And with that, no service the fifth day or any day. I never had issues with this property before when staying 1-3 nights. I’ll be looking for another hotel the next time I visit my daughter from Florida.

The hallways are REALLY long! But they did have several external door to enter through with your key card. The front desk ladies were very nice and accommodating. Our heater didn't work. Maintenance came right away and was very nice but couldn't fix it right away. We were given a nicer room with a heater that worked.

Room was very nice, pillows were awful. Stayed 2 nights. Left room at 10:15 am put ‘clean my room’ sign on the door but when we came back at 3:30pm no one had been in the room. Was kind of surprised by that. Breakfast was very good. Pool and hot tub were great.

The property was beautiful, the room was exactly as posted but the use of WiFi was challenging at times. I wish there was a better/clearer explanation of where and how to order food. We arrived at the hotel around 8pm and b/c of the WiFi it took us almost 2 hours to order food. Other than that the stay was good.

All front desk staff were courteous, friendly, and helpful. The room was excellent and in good working order. I missed the breakfast by 10 minutes. Plenty of restaurants in the local area. I highly recommend staying here.

Terrible terrible experience. I will never stay at this hotel again. From the person behind the desk, to the room, to the continental breakfast. How can they call a room a handicap room and put it at the farthest end of the floor and not even bother to advise us Of this at checkin. The desk clerk was rude and not very helpful at all. He gave us no information about the room. Never told us where the elevators were.

First off the kids who was working at the front desk when I was checking in said that I had to contact Expedia. I showed him every itinerary number confirmation number and everything else and he could get it right. I had to get my car and take a ride for an hour until the next shift came in, and immediately the guy checked me in without any problems and apologize. Aside from the breakfast which was great place is horrible. I got up the following morning and all I can smell was jet fuel throughout the whole hotel. Aside from the guy working when I got there, everyone else was very friendly and helpful. I was extremely extremely pissed off about this guy. He kept telling me I have to call Expedia. Horrible situation.

Hotel and rooms are beautiful and very spacious. Conveniently located near the airport. Breakfast was excellent. Pool and hot tub were relaxing with great views of the mountains. Only issue is lack of phone service in the hotel made connecting with family difficult.

Loves the idea of kitchenette & seperate bedrooms. The wifi wasnt the best for doing work online. There was a old run down building behind the property and at first made our family feel unsafe. The hotel itself was clean and well taken care of
