My friend came in to visit from TX. I booked the suite so we could have that vacation feel. We really enjoyed ourselves. My daughter and I used the fitness center. The staff was very friendly.

They need more handicapped parking, and to put taller commodes in all rooms a tall or oeople with bad knees struggle. I had to buy a handicapped seat.

I was pleased with the cleanliness of the room & the staff who assisted me at the front desk. I would have give the property a 5 BUT, when I returned to my room late that evening from an event, I used a side entrance rather than enter through the lobby and the door/card reader did not work. I was able to enter the building with unrestricted or unsecured access. I simply followed the instructions on the door and walked right in.

Property was in the midst of a construction project. At check in they proceeded to give us a room that was not cleaned fully, nor had all the light bulbs in place. Many of the furniture pieces were either warped or worn down. All of the construction pieces were outside of our window. We had very little consistency with hot water as it would come for about 2 minutes and then be cold for the rest of the shower. Breakfast options were great as there was a wonderful spread each morning.

This was my second time to stay. I like the room accommodations but it desperately needs an update. Room doors are heavy and hard to open and close. Furniture is kind of outdated. We never could figure out when the pool was open or closed. They were having issues with it. The side door which was close to our room didn't work with our key card and we had to walk around to the front of the hotel to get in several times. The room was clean, the staff was great and the food was good. I would probably stay again. What issues they were dealing with on this trip will probably be fixed by my next trip. The main issue is that it is just an old hotel that needs an update. They did have signs on the table in the lobby that an update was coming.

My carpet in the room was full of pet hair. The tub was not clean it had a gridity feel. The tub had a some amount of dirt on the inside if the tub. The pet hair was all over the room.. I was all over my socks and pants. Other than the cleanliness of the room it was a great stay.

Room was very musty and smelled like mold. Could also use some new carpeting and a few coats of paint in the bathroom. The king bed also felt like a pull out bed, and although the room sleeps four, they don’t give you enough towels or sheets. There only seemed to be one staff member working the front desk, yet when we arrived to check in he was out front smoking a cigarette, and said he would be right in and seemed ill concerned with actually doing his job. The real only positives about our stay was it was quiet, and the free breakfast was pretty decent.

Overall, i love staying here. Nice, quiet hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. The beds and pillows are some of the best that I've ever slept in! My only gripe is that all of the wooden furniture is broken. Also my door wouldn't lock consistently. I had to open close my door several times in order to get my door to engage. Besides that, i would stay ther again.

I was disappointed in the room. The bathroom door did not work properly nor did the shower door. The air conditioner and air return was right at the foot of the bed which was very noisy. This made it very difficult to sleep.

I am a frequent user of the brand residence, but this time I left very dissatisfied; the hallway leading to my room was dirty, the TV did not turn on, there was no trash can in the room and the bathroom door did not close and to top it off the night staff was rude.

I have always loved staying at this hotel, but the hotel needs to update their mattresses. Both beds were uncomfortable because you could feel the springs. I had to sleep in the middle of the bed(less worse).

The AC was broken in the first suite we were given. The 2nd suites AC did work but 3 lights were burnt out and there were massive stains on the pull out couch. The bedroom comforter was also stained. The carpet was dirty and pulling up in so many areas. The positive thing was the location and the complimentary breakfast. The guy working it was very kind and constantly made sure everything was filled. Overall we were a little disappointed with it being a Marriott.

At this point I am a regular at the property due to this being the only hotel in the area with two bedroom suites. My reservation was canceled although I called prior to inform the hotel. I had scrambled to find somewhere to go until check in at 3p. The breakfast condiments /single serve were dirty. Overall the stay was to be expected considering the location. The staff were very polite, patient and accommodating. The room itself was overall clean except the blow dryer was sticky and dirty.

The hotel was great, the cleanliness was perfect. I loved our room, the big shower so lovely. The price was great. The breakfast was off the chain it was good. I just have one problem. No place for a phone cable. I left my charging block (cube) at home. Therefore i couldn't charge my phone. Me and several other people have to charge our phone in our cars 🚗. But i had a lovely stay. Thanks.

My only complaint would be breakfast. It was excellent the first time I visited this hotel. This go round I could’ve went to McDonald’s or Chick-fil-A and had a better breakfast. It was very mediocre. Also, for some reason I was put in a handicap accessible room, which I did not book so instead of having plenty of room I felt very cramped except for in the bathroom.

Booked a last minute same-day business trip for just one night. The rooms were massive, like an apartment. Everything was clean. The bed was very comfortable. And the breakfast was amazing (potatoes were some of the best I’ve ever had). Staff was so friendly! And the price was a third of what I’d expect to pay for a suite this nice!

First room we got bathroom light went out so we had to change rooms. The room we were changed to had a little hair in the shower, but thankfully I brought my own cleaning supplies!! But overall customer service was good! And breakfast was great!

Let me start by saying I would definitely stay here again. However, they were renovating and if they did my room it was sloppy. The tile on the floor before the bathroom came up if you stepped on it the wrong way. The dishwasher wasn’t attached. It came away from the counter out if you rolled the bottom drawer out. The shower door wouldn’t stay closed. Maintenance came to fix it but it still wouldn’t stay closed. Breakfast was the BOMB!!!! The staff was phenomenal!!! And the property was clean inside and out! Again the things above can be fixed. No biggie! I will stay again

Bathroom smelled musty and toilet still had ring around it inside. Tub wasn’t clean, and no ceiling fan in the bathroom either. Closet was broken. The only food for breakfast that was edible was the waffles, and cereal, everything else was suspect even the coffee which was not brewed correctly, so it was very watered down.
