가족 여행으로 온 호텔. 주차가 정기권 형식으로 사용하기 매우 편했고, 주차 공간도 많았음. 방은 스위트 레지던스 스타일. 넓은 침대에 편한 매트리스, 화장실도 2개 깨끗하게 사용할 수 있었음. 레지던스 스타일이라 별도의 아일랜드가 있어서 이용시 매우 편리했고, 간단한 조리도 가능해서 좋았음. 위치도 신세계, 롯데백화점 앞인데다가. 주변 도보로 1분 거리 내에 스타벅스, 편의점, 슈퍼마켓, 파리바게트 등 매우매우 편리하게 이용 가능함. 지하철도 바로 앞에 있어서 해운대 등으로 이동이 매우 편리.

Absolutely terrible elevators. We had to wait over 30 minutes at times due to the long lines at the main elevators. We had to find other service elevators to go up and down during peak hours (especially when there is a big event near BEXCO).

Property: The stay was average and the hotel was okay for an older hotel with some worn and stained carpet in the hallways. It seems there is a mix of hotel and residence. They do not run AC for the winter months so prepare ahead of time if you stay between October to April as you will not have AC. You will need to leave the windows open but then worry about the traffic noise from the streets that carry up the building. There is a laundry room on the 11th floor which is nice. Staff: The ladies who clean are super nice and so helpful. They really do a good job to accommodate and make sure your room is clean. Food: The hotel has some restaurants on the bottom floor and a convenience store for additional items. The hotel is close to two shopping centers so you can walk to them very close by.

廊下に一日中ビニール袋入りのゴミが起きっぱなしでした。フロント前のソファーにも、食べ残し　飲み残しのゴミがいつもありました。1番の改善点は、バスタブの入り口が段差あり、カーテンしても外に水が漏れ出てしまう事でした。良かった点は、室内に、大きな冷蔵庫と大きな冷凍庫があった事でした。容量600リットルぐらい(冷蔵300リットル、冷凍300)有り暑いこの時期重宝しました。

Checking in and parking were easy. The room was spacious and clean. There are lots of restaurants and two major department stores nearby (Shinsegae and Lotte). The subway stop is not connected but is in the same block. The only minor issue was the bathroom. The shower curtain was rather short, so the bathroom floor got wet after each shower (which is in the bath tub). This could be easily fixed if they wanted.

The room was spacious, but bathroom was terrible due to the shower facility. It didn't have a shower booth. The shower was located in an old tub that was elevated by the two step stairs which is dangerous. Most of all, the shower curtain was so thin without attached magnet to fix the curtain. Whenever I took a shower the curtain swayed like a leaf and the water leaked all over. If I turned on the light in the shower, it made worse due to the wind though the fan. I had to turn off the light in order to prevent the movement of the curtain. I took a shower in the dark. The water still leaked. I had to wipe it and clean it. They need to replace the shower curtain or make the sealed shower booth. I'll never visit that hotel again.

Only stayed one night. More than does the job and good value. Great to have a coffee shop at the lobby and other F&B in walking distance. The room is very spacious, more like a small apartment. The TV can do with an upgrade but otherwise good experience.

Nous avons réservé une chambre pour 3 personnes avec des lits individuels et nous avons été profondément déçus. En consultant les photos avant la réservation, nous avions vu que l’hôtel était lumineux, moderne et que les chambres avaient une baignoire et une douche. Nous avons été surpris de découvrir un hôtel vieillot, sombre dans les couloirs et une chambre pas très accueillante. Les matelas n’étaient pas confortables et la baignoire n’était pas une partie de plaisir. J’ai demandé à la réception de changer de chambre et on m’a répondu que toutes les chambres étaient similaires à part les suites. Les douches se trouvent uniquement dans les suites. L’hôtel a apparement été rénové, mais c’est vraiment vieux. Je ne reviendrai plus dans cet hôtel.

They want to nickle and dime you for anything here I shower in the morning before leaving, left to the beach and came back wanted to shower again, they said they would charge me for giving another set of towels, I've stayed at "less quality hotels" and have gotten at least free washer or soap , they make you pay for washer dryer and soap. Wouldn't recommend.

when I checked into my room initially they gave me a room that had a moldy bathroom. I was able to get into a different room that was in better shape. Pluses for this hotel: very nice laundry facilities, useful for long-term travelers. And there are many great food options nearby but overall I don’t feel it’s worth the price and if I had to do again, I wouldn’t because the staff isn’t very helpful. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is it was supposed to be refundable by a certain date and changeable by a certain date, but when I tried to change my reservation, it wouldn’t allow me to within the correct dates and I either had to cancel the entire reservation or keep the reservation as is so it’s a bit of false advertising that you can modify the reservation. Also I was trying to get information about how to catch the airport shuttle and they didn’t give me the correct information and I missed the shuttle.
